【Product Overview】
The product is an interface converter for data exchange
between USB and RS-485/422, model is USB4485 (1 USB
port + 4 RS-485/422 serial ports + 1 5VDC power supply).

Notice Before Mounting:
Don't place or install the device in area near water or
moist, keep the relative humidity of the device
surrounding between 5%~95% without condensation.
Before power on, first confirm the supported power
supply specification to avoid over-voltage damaging the
device.
The device surface temperature is high after running;
please don't directly contact to avoid scalding.
Notice Before Power on:
Power ON operation: First insert the power supply
terminal block into the device power supply interface,
then plug the power supply plug contact and power on.
Power OFF operation: First, remove the power plug,
then remove the wiring section of terminal block. Please
pay attention to the above operation sequence.
【Power Supply Connection】
USB Power Input
The front panel of the device provides 1 USB storage port,
adopting Type-B connection mode.

As shown in the figure, PIN 1 supports 5VDC power
input.
5VDC power supply input
External power supply supports 5DC power input and
adopts DC round head, whose inside is positive and
outside is negative.
【USB Interface】
The front panel of the device provides 1 USB
storage port, the plug is Type-B female. PIN 1
supports 5VD power input. The pin definitions of
USB interface are shown as follows:

【Serial Port】
The device provides 4 RS-485/422 serial ports,
and the interface adopts DB9 male.
The pin definitions are shown as follows:

【Checking LED Indicator】
The monitoring working status of the LED indicator of the
device can comprehensively simplify the solution of faults.
The detailed status of each indicator is shown in the following
table:
