» Vor Inbetriebnahme Bedienungsan-
leitung lesen und Warn-/Sicherheits-
hinweise beachten.
» Vor Inbetriebnahme elektronische
Funktion, Sicherheitsbremsen und
Steigfußbeläge prüfen.
» Mindestens eine Stunde vor Inbetrieb-
nahme in frostfreier Umgebung lagern.
» Technische Daten beachten.
» Hebeleistung nicht überschreiten.
» Bedienung nur durch eine einzelne
geschulte Person, bei Minderjährigen
ab 16 Jahren nur unter Aufsicht.
Person sollte körperlich und geistig in
der Lage sein, den CargoMaster sicher
zu bedienen.
» Immer mit beiden Händen bedienen.
» Ohne Last und mit niedrigster Ge-
schwindigkeit üben.
» Rutschfestes Schuhwerk tragen.
» Zur Beförderung von Lasten. Nicht
zum Transport von Personen.
» Lasten mit Zurrgurt sichern.
» Feststellschrauben immer fest an-
ziehen.

» Before initial operation, read the user
manual and take note of the warning
and safety instructions.
» Before initial operation, check the
electronic functions, the safety brakes
and the lining of the climbing feet.
» Before initial operation, store the
CargoMaster at least one hour in non-
freezing environment.
» Take note of the technical data.
» The lifting capacity may not be
exceeded.
» Operation only by one trained person,
by a minor of 16 and above only
under supervision. This person should
be physically and intellectually cap-
able of handling the CargoMaster sa-
fely.
» Always operate with both hands.
» Practice driving without load and with
minimum speed.
» Wear non-slip footwear.
» For the transportation of loads, not of
persons.
» Secure the load with the safety belt.
» Always tighten the locking screws.

eis aufgrund eingeschränkter Brems-
wirkung nicht einsetzen.
»Tritt nur eine einseitige bzw. keine
Bremswirkung ein, CargoMaster nicht
benutzen.
» Für rutsch- und stolperfreie Fahrwege
sorgen.
» Nicht auf Rolltreppen oder Lauf-
bändern verwenden.
» Beim Blockieren der Antriebselemente
sofort ausschalten.
» Beim Transport ausschalten.
» Beim Transport in Fahrzeugen gemäß
gültigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften
sichern.
» Niemals am Rahmenuntergestell
heben.
» Akku-Pack nach jedem Gebrauch
laden.
» Steckkontakte müssen trocken sein.
» Vor Feuchtigkeit schützen.
» Ladegerät und Kfz-Ladeleitung vor
Ölen, Fetten, aggressiven Reinigungs-
mitteln, Verdünnungen oder Beschädi-
gungen schützen.
» Sicherheitsbremsen, Bremstrommeln
in Felgen wöchentlich oder bei Ver-
schmutzung mit Spiritus reinigen.
» Keinen Hochdruckreiniger verwenden.
» Während Reinigung nicht rauchen.
» Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Hersteller
oder vom autorisierten Personal durch-
geführt werden.
» Die Oberflächentemperatur kann sich
durch externe Wärmequellen (z.B.
Sonnenlicht) erhöhen.
» Unlock safety brakes before each
climbing process or before driving on
slopes.
» Never put your hand under the toe-
plate or touch rotating or moving parts.
» Due to the restricted braking effect, do
not use the CargoMaster in rain, wet
conditions, snow or ice.
» Do not use the CargoMaster if the
required brake effect (on one side or
both sides) is not guaranteed.
» Make sure that the driveways are free
of obstacles and not slippery.
» Do not use on escalators or moving
belts.
» If the drive elements block, turn off
immediately.
» Turn off for transportation.
» During transportation in vehicles,
secure the CargoMaster according to
the relevant legal regulations.
» Never lift at the frame.
» Charge the battery pack after each use.
» Keep the plug-in contacts dry.
» Protect against humidity.
» Protect the charger and the charging
cable for the car from oils, grease, ag-
gressive cleaning agents, thinners or
damage.
» Clean the safety brakes, the brake
drums in the wheel rims weekly or after
contamination with spirit.
» Do not use a high-pressure cleaning
device.
» Do not smoke during the cleaning.
» Repairs may only be done by the
manufacturer or authorized personnel.
» The surface temperature could
increase due to the influence of
external sources like sunlight.

für die Gerätetypen CC-System CC200
und CC160 ausgelegt. Diese Treppen-
steiger unterscheiden sich lediglich in den
technischen Daten sowie in der Optik.
2.3 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Der CargoMaster CC-System ermöglicht
es Lasten sicher und ohne große Mühe
über Treppen auf und ab zu befördern.

CC160. The only differences
between the stairclimbers are the
technical details as well as deviations
in optics.
