OPERATION
1. Take your unit out of the shipping carton and remove all
protective materials.
CAUTION: Read manual carefully for proper use and
optimal operation.
2. Place the unit in a location away from the wall that allows
air to move freely into, around and out of the unit. The rear
of the unit requires 6 inches or more of open area to allow
unrestricted airflow.
3. Plug the cord into a working electrical outlet.
4. When turning the unit on, turn the speed control to MAX
airflow for a few minutes of initial purification.
5. After a few minutes, adjust the control to the desired
speed.
NOTE: Safety switch turns the power off when door is opened.
There are four settings on the ActivePure
Guardian Air & Surface Pro:
• HEPASilent™
• Moderate fan speed
(for normal use)
• High fan speed
(for a large room)
• Maximum operation
(for initial cleaning)

Guardian Air & Surface Pro 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, giving you the benefits of
ActivePure® day and night.

UTILISATION
1. Sortir l’appareil de son carton d’expédition et retirer tous
les matériaux d’emballage.
ATTENTION: Lire attentivement le manuel afin d’utiliser
correctement l’appareil et d’assurer son
fonctionnement optimal.
2. Installer l’appareil loin de tout mur, à un endroit où l’air
peut circuler librement en entrée, en sortie et autour de
l’appareil. Laisser un dégagement à l’arrière de l’appareil,
au moins 6 pouces, pour permettre à l’air de circuler
librement.
3. Branchez le cordon dans une prise électrique.
4. Lorsque vous allumez l’appareil, tournez le contrôle de
vitesse sur MAX pour quelques minutes de purification
initiale.
5. Au bout de quelques minutes, placer le bouton de réglage
de débit à la position souhaitée.
REMARQUE: Un interrupteur de sécurité coupe lecourant électrique
lorsque la porte est ouverte.
