GETTING STARTED
1 Before rst use: Clean the blender according to the instructions in “Cleaning and Care”. Fill the bottle with ingredi-
ents. Caution! Do not exceed the maximum lling volume: 600 ml. Do not mix dough, mashed potatoes, meat
etc.
2 Fasten the blade assembly on the open end of the bottle, by turning it counterclockwise. Caution! The blades and
inserts are very sharp!
3 Place the blender base on a at, level surface. Plug into a power outlet.
4 Turn the bottle upside down. Push down the bottle into the blender base and rotate it counterclockwise to lock.
Note: When locked, the symbol on the blender assembly should be aligned with on the blender base. Cau-
tion! To reduce risk of injury, never place the blade assembly on the base without the bottle properly attached.
5 Push and hold the On-O button to start mixing. The indicator light will illuminate until the On-O button is
released. Release the On-O button to stop mixing. Caution! If the motor stalls, turn the blender o immediately,
unplug the appliance and let it cool for at least 10 minutes.
6 When the ingredients are fully mixed: Release the On-O button to stop mixing. Make sure the motor has stopped
completely, then turn the bottle clockwise to loosen it. Remove the bottle from the blender base. Replace the blade
assembly with the drinking lid.
CLEANING AND CARE
7 Unplug the appliance. The Tritan plastic bottle and lid are dishwasher-safe. Please wash the blades by hand.
Caution! The blades and inserts are very sharp!
8 Clean the blender base with a damp cloth. Caution! Never immerse the blender base in water! Do not use abrasive
cleaners or scouring pads when cleaning the appliance.
9 Available optional accessories: Extra bottles ASBEB1, ASBEB2.

Read the following instruction carefully before using the appliance for the

• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its
cord out of reach of children. Appliances can be used by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
• The appliance may only be connected to a power supply whose voltage and
frequency comply with the specications on the rating plate!

• Never use or pick up the appliance if:
– the supply cord is damaged,
– the housing is damaged.
• If the appliance or the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied person, in order to
avoid hazard.
• Always place the appliance on a at, level surface.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, do not let cord contact
hot surface, including the stove.
• Never use accessories or parts made by other manufactures not
recommended or sold; may cause a risk of injury to persons.
• Make sure the motor has completely stopped before disassembling and
cleaning.
• Avoid contact with moving parts. Contact could result in injury!
• The blades and inserts are very sharp! Danger of injury! Caution when
assembling, disassembling after use or when cleaning! Ensure that the
appliance is disconnected from the mains supply.
• Do not use the appliance for other purpose than its intended use.
• Do not attempt to bypass the safety interlock system that powers the
appliance on.
• Never process boiling liquids (max 80 °C).
• Do not let this appliance run for more than 1 minutes at a time using heavy
loads. After running for 1 minutes with heavy loads, the appliance should be
left to cool for at least 10 minutes.
• When the mixer is subject to heavy use for chopping hard, dry substances
such as nuts, the blades may become blunt. The mixer is not suitable for
crushing ice, e.g. for cocktails. It is possible to add nuts occasionally to a
mixture as long as this is not done on a continuous basis, as this will blunt
the blades.
• Do not use this appliance to stir paint. Danger, could result in an explosion!
• Do not exceed the maximum lling volume as indicated on the appliance.
• This appliance is intended for domestic use only. The manufacturer cannot
accept any liability for possible damage caused by improper or incorrect use.

TROUBLESHOOTING

no larger than 1.8 cm² to 2.5 cm².
Wrong ingredients. The appliance intended use is production of
beverages. Add fruits, vegetables or similiar.
Never mix ingredients such as dough,
mashed potatoes, meat or similar.

ERSTE SCHRITTE
1 Vor dem ersten Gebrauch: Reinigen Sie den Mixer gemäß den Anweisungen im Abschnitt „Reinigung und Pege“.
Befüllen Sie das Mixgefäß mit den Zutaten. Vorsicht! Überschreiten Sie nicht die maximale Füllmenge: 600 ml.
Verwenden Sie den Mixer nicht zur Verarbeitung von Teig, Kartoelpüree, Fleisch etc.
2 Befestigen Sie die Messereinheit am oenen unteren Ende des Mixgefäßes, indem Sie sie entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Vorsicht! Die Messer und Einsätze sind scharfkantig!
3 Stellen Sie den Mixersockel auf einer achen, ebenen Oberäche ab. Schließen Sie ihn an eine Steckdose an.
4 Drehen Sie das Mixgefäß um. Drücken Sie das Mixgefäß in den Mixersockel, und drehen Sie es entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn, bis es einrastet. Hinweis: Wenn das Mixgefäß ordnungsgemäß eingerastet ist, ist das Symbol „ “
auf der Messereinheit auf das Symbol „ “ auf dem Mixersockel ausgerichtet. Vorsicht! Um Verletzungen zu ver-
meiden, befestigen Sie niemals die Messereinheit auf dem Mixersockel, ohne vorher das Mixgefäß ordnungsgemäß
angebracht zu haben.
5 Drücken und halten Sie die Aus-/Ein-Taste, um den Mixvorgang zu starten. Die Kontrollleuchte bleibt aktiv, bis
Sie die Ein-Aus-Taste wieder loslassen. Lassen Sie die Ein-/Aus-Taste wieder los, um den Mixvorgang zu beenden.
Vorsicht! Wenn der Motor anfängt zu stottern, schalten Sie den Mixer sofort aus, ziehen Sie das Netzkabel aus der
Steckdose, und lassen Sie das Gerät mindestens 10 Minuten lang abkühlen.
6 Wenn alle Zutaten vollständig miteinander vermengt sind: Lassen Sie die Ein-/Aus-Taste wieder los, um den
Mixvorgang zu beenden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Motor vollständig zum Stillstand gekommen ist, und drehen Sie
dann das Mixgefäß im Uhrzeigersinn, um es zu lösen. Nehmen Sie das Mixgefäß vom Mixersockel. Tauschen Sie die
Messereinheit mit der Trinkkappe aus.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
7 Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel aus der Steckdose. Die Tritan-Plastikasche samt Kappe ist spülmaschinenfest. Waschen
Sie das Messer von Hand. Achtung: Das Messer ist scharf. Vorsicht! Die Messer und Einsätze sind scharfkantig!
8 Reinigen Sie den Mixersockel mit einem feuchten Tuch. Vorsicht! Tauchen Sie den Mixersockel niemals in Wasser!
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Geräts keine Scheuermittel oder Topfreiniger.
9 Optional als Zubehör erhältlich: Extra-Flaschen ASBEB1 und ASBEB2.

• Das Gerät vor dem Zusammensetzen, Auseinandernehmen, Reinigen oder
wenn es unbeaufsichtigt ist, immer von der Stromversorgung trennen.
• Das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten eintauchen.
• Das Kabel nicht über die Kante des Tischs oder der Arbeitsäche hängen
lassen. Das Kabel darf nicht mit einer heißen Fläche, einschließlich Ofen, in
Kontakt kommen.
• Niemals Zubehör oder Teile anderer Hersteller, die nicht empfohlen oder
verkauft werden, verwenden. Dies könnte zu Verletzungen führen.

• Gießen Sie niemals kochend heiße Flüssigkeiten in das Gerät (maximale
Temperatur: 80 °C).
• Lassen Sie das Gerät bei vollständig gefülltem Mixgefäß nicht länger
als 1 Minuten am Stück laufen. Wenn Sie das Gerät 1 Minuten lang bei
vollständig gefülltem Mixgefäß haben laufen lassen, dann sollten Sie das
Gerät anschließend mindestens 10 Minuten lang abkühlen lassen.
• Bei starkem Gebrauch des Mixers zum Zerkleinern von harten, trockenen
Substanzen wie z. B. Nüssen können die Messer stumpf werden. Für das
Zerstoßen von Eis z. B. für Cocktails ist der Mixer nicht geeignet. Das
gelegentliche Beimengen von Nüssen zum Mixgut ist möglich, wenn nicht

permanent, da andernfalls die Messer stumpf werden.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht zum Umrühren von Farbe. Unmittelbar

Füllmenge.
• Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Einsatz im Haushalt geeignet. Der Hersteller

INTRODUCCIÓN
1 Antes del primer uso: Limpie la batidora según las instrucciones que se indican en la sección “Limpieza y manten-
imiento”. Rellene el vaso con los ingredientes que desee. Precaución: No supere el volumen de llenado máximo:
(600 ml). No bata ningún tipo de masa, puré de patatas, carne, etc.
2 En el lado del extremo abierto del vaso, monte las cuchillas en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj para jarlas
a este. Precaución: Las cuchillas y las piezas internas están muy aladas.
3 Coloque la base de la batidora en una supercie plana y llana. Enchúfela a una toma de corriente.
4 Dele la vuelta al vaso. Presione el conjunto de vaso y cuchilla hacia abajo en la base de la batidora y gírelo en el
sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj para que quede bloqueado. Nota: Cuando está bloqueado, el símbolo de
las cuchillas debe estar alineado con el símbolo de la base de la batidora. Precaución: Para reducir el riesgo de
