GETTING STARTED
1 Before using the blender for the rst time, wash all parts except for the motor housing. Assembling: Place the
blade rubber seal on top of the blade assembly (A). Then place the blade assembly with the rubber seal into the col-
lar (B). Carefully assemble the blades and collar into the jug. Tilt the collar slightly for easy access of knives into the
jug. Once in place, turn the collar counter-clockwise to lock in place (C ).
2 Place the blender on a at surface and then place the jug on top of the motor housing. The jug can be placed is
several dierent positions with handle on either sides, or in front. Put the ingredients in the jug.
(Do not exceed the maximum level as indicated on the jug.)
3 Close the lid (A) and insert the measuring cup in the ller hole and (B) lock into position. (You can use the measur-
ing cup to add ingredients while the blender is running. Close the ller hole immediately after, to avoid splashing.)
Caution! When processing hot liquids, see paragraph 4.
4 Processing hot liquids: We recommend to allow hot liquids to cool down (max 90 °C) before lling the jug. Fill the
jug only half full and start processing on low speed. The blender jug can become very warm – take care to protect
your hands and to ventilate steam out through the ller hole. Always replace the lid before use.
5 Start the blender: Plug into mains. Press the On/O button (A), the LED light will illuminate. Press the “Low” (B) or
“High” (C) button to select your desired processing speed, or choose one of 3 special functions. Light will indicate the
speed selected. To pause, press the selected speed button again.
Auto-O: If the machine is not turned o manually, the Safety Auto-O function turns it o after 30 minutes.
6 Pulse Function: Press the “Pulse” button (A) when you need a short burst of power.
Smoothie Function: Press the “Smooth” button (B) to get ice crushed and your smoothie blended to the desired
consistency.
Crush Ice Function: Press the “Crush” button (C) to crush ice.
(For best results, work in small batches.)
CLEANING AND CARE
7 Quick cleaning: Pour warm water into the jug, add a few drops of detergent. Mix water and detergent by pressing the
“PULSE” button. Finally, rinse the jug under running water.
8 Thorough cleaning: Turn the blender o and unplug the power cord. Wipe the motor housing with a damp cloth.
Warning! Never immerse the housing, plug, and cord in water or any other uid.
9 Remove the lid and jug.
Turn the collar clockwise to unlock. Then carefully remove the collar and knives by pulling the collar downwards. Lift
o the blade assembly and the rubber seal from the collar. Rinse the blade assembly in water and detergent.
Caution! Handle carefully, the blades are very sharp! The lid, jug and measuring cup can be washed in the dish-
washer.

Read the following instruction carefully before using the appliance for the rst time.
• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
• The appliance may only be connected to a power supply whose voltage and
frequency comply with the specications on the rating plate!
• Never use or pick up the appliance if
– the supply cord is damaged,
– the housing is damaged.
• If the appliance or the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied person, in order to avoid hazard.
• Always place the appliance on a at, level surface.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• Never touch the blades or inserts with your hand or any tools while the appliance is
plugged in.
• The blades and inserts are very sharp! Danger of injury! Caution when assembling,
disassembling after use or when cleaning! Ensure that the appliance is disconnected
from the mains supply.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Do not let the blender run for more than 2 minutes at a time using heavy loads. After
running for 2 minutes with heavy loads, the blender should be left to cool for at least
10 minutes.
• Do not exceed the maximum lling volume as indicated on the appliances.
• Never process boiling liquids (max 90 °C).
• Do not use this appliance to stir paint. Danger, could result in an explosion!
• Never operate appliance without lid.
• Do not let the power cord touch hot surfaces or hang over edge of table or counter.
• Never use accessories or parts made by other manufactures not recommended or
sold; may cause a risk of injury to persons.
• The appliance can not be used for blending or grinding hard and dry substance,
except for ice cubes.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the blender during operation to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or damage to the blender.
• Ensure that the blender is switched o before removing it from the stand.
• This appliance is intended for domestic use only. The manufacturer cannot accept
any liability for possible damage caused by improper or incorrect use.
• CAUTION - NEVER PLACE BLADE ASSEMBLY ON BASE UNLESS ASSEMBLED TO JAR.

TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM CAUSE SOLUTION
The blender does not
switch on.
Components are not xed properly. Check if all the components are properly locked
into position.
The On/O button is not pressed. Make sure the On/O button is illuminated.
If not, press the On/O button to turn the
blender on.
The jug is overlled. Empty the jug so you do not exceed the
maximum level.
The plug is not properly connected to the power
outlet.
Check the connection of the plug to the outlet
or try another outlet.
Power outage. Wait until power outage is over.
Functional problem. Contact authorized service.
The appliance is overheated and the thermal
protector was activated.
Unplug the appliance from the socket and
leave it to cool down for at least an hour before
next use.

ERSTE SCHRITTE
1 Vor der ersten Verwendung des Mixers alle Teile außer dem Motorgehäuse reinigen. Aufbau: Setzen Sie die Gum-
midichtung für die Messereinheit auf die Messereinheit (A). Setzen Sie die Messereinheit mit der Gummidichtung
dann in die Einfassung (B). Montieren Sie vorsichtig die Messereinheit mit der Einfassung am Krug. Kippen Sie die
Einfassung etwas, um die Messereinheit leichter in den Krug einsetzen zu können. Sobald sie eingesetzt wurde,
drehen Sie die Einfassung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis sie einrastet (C).
2 Stellen Sie den Mixer auf einer ebenen Fläche ab und setzen Sie den Krug auf das Motorgehäuse. Der Krug kann
in mehreren verschiedenen Positionen angebracht werden; dabei kann sich der Gri auf beiden Seiten oder vorne
benden. Die Zutaten in den Behälter füllen. (Die maximale Füllmenge darf nicht überschritten werden.)
3 Die Abdeckung schließen (A) und den Messbecher in die Einfüllönung einsetzen und (B) einrasten lassen. (Mit
dem Messbecher können Zutaten hinzugefügt werden, während der Mixer läuft. Um Spritzer zu vermeiden, die Einfül-
lönung danach sofort wieder verschließen.) Vorsicht! Zur Verarbeitung heißer Flüssigkeiten siehe Absatz 4.
4 Verarbeitung heißer Flüssigkeiten: Wir empfehlen, heiße Flüssigkeiten abkühlen zu lassen (max. 90 °C), bevor der
Krug gefüllt wird Den Behälter nur zur Hälfte füllen und die Verarbeitung mit geringer Geschwindigkeit beginnen. Der
Mixerbehälter kann sehr warm werden. Hände schützen und Dampf durch die Einfüllönung entweichen lassen.
Vor der Verwendung immer die Abdeckung aufsetzen.
5 Bedienung des Mixers: Netzstecker in Steckdose stecken. „Nach dem Drücken der Ein-/Aus-Taste (A), leuchtet eine
LED auf. Drücken Sie die Tasten „Niedrig“ (B) oder „Hoch“ (C), um die gewünschte Geschwindigkeit einzustellen, oder
wählen Sie eine von 3 speziellen Funktionen aus. Die LED zeigt die eingestellte Geschwindigkeit an. Drücken Sie die
jeweilige Taste erneut, um den Gerätebetrieb zu unterbrechen.

Abschaltautomatik: Wird die Maschine nicht mit der Hand ausgeschaltet, schaltet sie die Sicherheitsabschaltung
nach 30 Minuten automatisch aus.
6 Impuls-Funktion: Drücken Sie die „Impuls“ Taste (A), wenn kurzfristig etwas mehr Drehzahl erforderlich ist.
Smoothie-Funktion: Drücken Sie die „Smoothie“ (B) Taste, um zerstoßenes Eis zuzubereiten und ihren Smoothie
damit nach ihrem Geschmack zu verfeinern.
Funktion „Ice Crush“: Drücken Sie die „Ice Crush“ Taste (C) für gestoßenes Eis. (Bereiten Sie für optimale Ergebnisse
kleinere Portionen zu.)
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
7 Schnelle Reinigung: Warmes Wasser in den Behälter füllen und ein paar Tropfen Spülmittel hinzufügen.
Mischen Sie das Wasser und das Spülmittel durch Drücken der Impuls-Taste. Danach den Behälter unter ießendem
Wasser ausspülen.
8 Gründliche Reinigung: Den Mixer ausschalten und den Netzstecker ziehen. Das Motorgehäuse mit einem feuchten
Tuch abwischen.
Warnhinweis! Gehäuse, Netzstecker und Kabel niemals in Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit eintauchen.
9 Abdeckung und Behälter abnehmen.
Drehen Sie die Einfassung im Uhrzeigersinn, um sie ausrasten zu lassen. Entfernen Sie dann vorsichtig die Einfassung
und die Messereinheit, indem Sie die Einfassung nach unten ziehen. Heben Sie die Messereinheit und die Gummidi-
chtung aus der Einfassung. Das Klingenaggregat mit Wasser und Spülmittel reinigen. Vorsicht! Vorsichtig anfassen,
die Klingen sind sehr scharf! Abdeckung, Behälter und Messbecher können im Geschirrspüler gereinigt werden.

• Das Gerät darf nur an eine Stromversorgung angeschlossen werden, deren Spannung und
Frequenz mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmt!
• Das Gerät niemals verwenden, wenn
– das Netzkabel oder
– das Gehäuse beschädigt ist.
• Wenn das Gerät oder das Netzkabel beschädigt ist, muss es zur Vermeidung von Gefahren
vom Hersteller, vom Kundendienst oder von einer entsprechend qualizierten Person
ausgetauscht werden.
• Das Gerät immer auf eine ebene Fläche stellen.
• Das Gerät vor dem Zusammensetzen, Auseinandernehmen, Reinigen oder wenn es
unbeaufsichtigt ist, immer von der Stromversorgung trennen.
• Die Klingen oder Einsätze nie mit der Hand oder Werkzeugen berühren, wenn das Gerät
noch eingesteckt ist.
• Die Klingen und Einsätze sind sehr scharf! Verletzungsgefahr! Vorsicht beim

Gerät muss vom Stromnetz getrennt sein.
• Das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten eintauchen.
• Den Mixer mit schweren Zutaten nicht länger als 2 Minuten am Stück laufen lassen. Nach
2-minütigem Betrieb mit schweren Zutaten muss sich der Mixer mindestens 10 Minuten
lang abkühlen.
• Die auf den Geräten angegebene maximale Füllhöhe nicht überschreiten.
• Arbeiten Sie nie mit kochenden Flüssigkeiten (maximal 90 °C).
• Das Gerät darf nicht zum Umrühren von Farbe verwendet werden. Vorsicht,
Explosionsgefahr!
• Das Gerät nie ohne Abdeckung betreiben.
• Kabel nicht mit heißen Oberächen in Berührung kommen oder über den Tisch- oder
Arbeitsplattenrand hängen lassen.
• Niemals Zubehör oder Teile von anderen, nicht empfohlenen Herstellern verwenden, da dies
ein Verletzungsrisiko zur Folge haben kann.
• Mit Ausnahme von Eiswürfeln ist das Gerät nicht für das Mixen oder Mahlen harter,
trockener Substanzen geeignet.
• Während des Mixens Hände und Utensilien nicht in den Behälter stecken, um ernsthafte
Verletzungen von Personen oder Beschädigungen des Mixers zu vermeiden.
• Vor Entfernung des Mixbehälters immer erst das Gerät ausschalten.
• Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Einsatz im Haushalt geeignet. Der Hersteller übernimmt keine
Haftung für durch unsachgemäßen Einsatz verursachte mögliche Schäden.
• VORSICHT: BEFESTIGEN SIE DIE MESSEREINHEIT NUR DANN AUF DEM MIXERSOCKEL,

FEHLERSUCHE
SYMPTOM URSACHE LÖSUNG
Der Mixer lässt sich nicht
einschalten.
Die Teile sind nicht richtig miteinander verbunden. Sicherstellen, dass alle Teile richtig eingerastet sind.
Die Ein-/Aus-Taste ist nicht gedrückt. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Ein-/Aus-Taste
aueuchtet. Wenn sie nicht aueuchtet, drücken Sie
die Ein/Aus-Taste, um den Mixer einzuschalten.
Der Behälter ist überfüllt. Den Behälter leeren, sodass die maximale
Füllmenge nicht überschritten wird.
Der Stecker ist nicht richtig mit der Steckdose
verbunden.
Den Sitz des Steckers in der Steckdose überprüfen
oder eine andere Steckdose verwenden.
Stromausfall. Warten, bis der Stromausfall behoben wurde.
Funktionales Problem. Kontakt mit dem autorisierten Kundendienst
aufnehmen.
Das Gerät ist überhitzt und der Thermoschutz
aktiv.
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker des Geräts aus der
Steckdose und lassen Sie es für mind. 1 Stunde
abkühlen, bevor Sie das Gerät erneut verwenden.

INTRODUCCIÓN
1 Antes de usar la licuadora por primera vez, lave todas las piezas excepto la carcasa del motor. Montaje: Coloque la
junta de goma de las cuchillas en la parte superior del conjunto de cuchillas (A). A continuación, coloque el conjunto
de cuchillas con la junta de goma en el collar (B). Monte cuidadosamente las cuchillas y el collar en la jarra. Incline
ligeramente el collar para que los cuchillos dispongan de un acceso fácil a la jarra. Una vez en su sitio, gire el collar en
el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj para bloquearlo en su sitio (C).
2 Coloque la batidora en una supercie plana y, a continuación, sitúe la jarra en la parte superior del compartimento
del motor. La jarra se puede colocar en varias posiciones, con el asa en uno de los laterales o en la parte superior.
Coloque los ingredientes en el vaso. (No supere la capacidad máxima.)
3 Cierre la tapa (A) y inserte la taza medidora en el oricio de llenado y (B) fíjela en su posición. (Puede usar la taza
medidora para añadir ingredientes mientras la licuadora está en marcha. Cierre el oricio de llenado inmediatamente
después para evitar salpicaduras.) Precaución: Cuando utilice líquidos calientes, consulte el párrafo 4.
4 Tratamiento de líquidos calientes: Se recomienda dejar que los líquidos calientes se enfríen (máx. 90 °C) antes de
llenar la jarra. Llene el vaso solo hasta la mitad e inicie el proceso a baja velocidad. El vaso de la licuadora puede
calentarse bastante – proteja sus manos y deje salir el vapor por el oricio de llenado. Coloque siempre la tapa
antes de usar la licuadora.

5 Encendido de la batidora: Enchufe el aparato a la red. Pulse la tecla de encendido/apagado (A); el LED se enciende.
Pulse la tecla “Low” (B) o “High” (C) para seleccionar la velocidad de procesamiento que desee, o seleccione una de
las 3 funciones especiales. La luz indica la velocidad seleccionada. Para realizar una pausa, pulse de nuevo la tecla de
la velocidad seleccionada. Desconexión automática: Si la máquina no se apaga manualmente, la función de apagado
automático de seguridad la apaga después de 30 minutos.
6 Función de pulsación: Pulse la tecla “Pulse” (A) cuando necesite una breve inyección de potencia. Función de bati-
dos: Pulse la tecla “Smooth” (B) para obtener hielo picado y el batido licuado con la consistencia deseada.
Función de hielo picado: Pulse la tecla “Crush” (C) para picar hielo. (Para obtener mejores resultados, trabaje con
lotes pequeños.)
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
7 Limpieza rápida: Vierta agua templada en el vaso y añada unas pocas gotas de detergente. Mezcle el agua y el
detergente pulsando tecla “PULSE”. Por último, aclare el vaso con agua corriente.
8 Limpieza minuciosa: Apague la licuadora y desenchufe el cable de alimentación. Limpie la carcasa del motor con un
paño húmedo.
¡Advertencia! Nunca sumerja la carcasa, el conector ni el cable en agua u otro líquido.
9 Quite la tapa y el vaso. Gire el collar en el sentido de las agujas del reloj para desbloquear. A continuación, extraiga
cuidadosamente el collar y los cuchillos; para ello, tire del collar hacia abajo. Levante el conjunto de cuchillas y la
junta de goma para extraerlos del collar. Lave la unidad de cuchillas con agua y detergente. Precaución: manejar con
cuidado, las cuchillas están muy aladas. La tapa, el vaso y la taza medidora pueden lavarse en el lavavajillas.

CONSEJO DE SEGURIDAD

• Desconecte siempre el electrodoméstico de la toma de alimentación si se va a dejar sin
supervisión y antes de montarlo, desmontarlo o limpiarlo.
• No toque nunca las cuchillas ni los accesorios con la mano ni con cualquier herramienta
mientras el electrodoméstico está enchufado.
• Las cuchillas y los accesorios están muy alados. ¡Peligro de lesión! Proceda con
precaución al montar, desmontar o limpiar después del uso. Compruebe que el aparato está
desconectado de la toma eléctrica.
• No sumerja el electrodoméstico en agua ni en cualquier otro líquido.
• No deje que la licuadora funcione durante más de 2 minutos seguidos con cargas pesadas.
Tras 2 minutos de funcionamiento de este modo, debe dejarse que la licuadora se enfríe

durante un mínimo de 10 minutos.
• No supere el volumen máximo de llenado, como se indica en los aparatos.
• Nunca procese líquidos hirviendo (máx. 90 °C).
• No utilice este aparato para mezclar pintura. Podría producirse una explosión.
• No utilice nunca el electrodoméstico sin tapa.
• El cable de alimentación no debe estar en contacto con supercies calientes ni colgar por el
borde de la mesa o la encimera.
• Nunca utilice accesorios o piezas de otros fabricantes que no se recomienden o
comercialicen, ya que podrían causar lesiones personales.
• El aparato no se debe utilizar para mezclar o triturar sustancias duras y secas, a excepción
de cubitos de hielo.
• Mantenga las manos y los utensilios alejados de la batidora durante su funcionamiento con
el n de reducir el riesgo de lesiones graves a personas o daños en el aparato.
• Asegúrese de que la batidora está apagada antes de sacarla del soporte.

El vaso de la licuadora se desborda. Vacíe el vaso para no superar el nivel máximo.
El enchufe no está bien conectado a la toma de

Corte de luz. Espere hasta que se restablezca el suministro.
Problema funcional. Póngase en contacto con el servicio técnico
autorizado.
El aparato se ha sobrecalentado y se ha activado el
protector térmico.
Desenchufe el aparato de la toma de corriente y
deje que se enfríe durante al menos una hora antes
de volver a utilizarlo.

PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
1 Avant la première utilisation du blender, nettoyer toutes les pièces à l’exception du bloc moteur.
Montage : Placez le joint en caoutchouc au-dessus du bloc de lames (A). Placez ensuite le bloc de lames avec le joint en
caoutchouc dans le collier (B). Assemblez soigneusement les lames et le collier avec la verseuse. Inclinez légèrement le collier
pour que les lames entrent facilement dans la verseuse. Une fois l’ensemble en place, faites tourner le collier dans le sens
inverse des aiguilles d’une montre pour le verrouiller (C).
2 Placez le blender sur une surface plane puis placez la verseuse sur le boîtier du moteur. La verseuse peut être placée sur
diérentes positions avec la poignée sur un côté ou à l’avant. Ajouter les ingrédients dans bol. (Ne pas remplir le bol au-delà
de sa capacité maximale).
3 Fermer le couvercle (A) et insérer le bouchon doseur dans l’orice de remplissage puis (B) verrouiller. (Il est possible d’utiliser
la le bouchon doseur pour ajouter des ingrédients pendant que le blender fonctionne. Fermer l’orice de remplissage immédi-
atement après ajout, pour éviter les éclaboussures.) Attention ! Pour la préparation des liquides chauds, voir le paragraphe
4.
4 Préparation des liquides chauds : Nous vous conseillons de laisser refroidir les liquides chauds (max. 90 °C) avant de remplir
la verseuse. Remplir le bol uniquement à moitié et commencer à vitesse lente. Le bol du blender peut atteindre une tempé-
rature élevée : se protéger les mains et prendre garde à la vapeur s’échappant de l’orice de remplissage. Avant utilisation,
toujours remettre le couvercle en place.
5 Comment démarrer le mixer : Branchez l’appareil à la prise. Appuyez sur la touche Marche/Arrêt (A), le voyant à LED
s’allume. Appuyez sur la touche « Basse » (B) ou « Élevée » (C) pour sélectionner la vitesse de votre choix ou choisissez l’une
des 3 fonctions spéciales. Le voyant indiquera la vitesse sélectionnée. Pour mettre sur pause, appuyez à nouveau sur la
touche de vitesse sélectionnée.
Arrêt automatique : Si la machine n’est pas éteinte manuellement, la fonction d’arrêt automatique de sécurité s’éteint au bout
de 30 minutes.
6 Fonction d’impulsions : Appuyez sur la touche « Impulsions » (A) lorsque vous avez besoin d’un bref surplus de puissance.
Fonction Smoothie : Appuyez sur la touche « Lisse » (B) pour obtenir de la glace pilée et pour mélanger votre smoothie
jusqu’à obtention de la consistance souhaitée.
Fonction Glace pilée : Appuyez sur la touche « Piler » (C) pour piler la glace. (Pour des résultats optimaux, travaillez avec de
petites quantités.)
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
7 Nettoyage rapide : Verser de l’eau chaude dans le bol avec quelques gouttes de produit nettoyant. Mélangez l’eau et le
produit détergent en appuyant sur la touche « IMPULSIONS ». Enn, rincer le bol à l’eau courante.
8 Nettoyage en profondeur : Éteindre le blender et débrancher le cordon d’alimentation. Nettoyer le bloc moteur avec un
chion humide.
Attention ! Ne plongez jamais le boîtier, la prise et le cordon dans de l’eau ou tout autre liquide.
9 Retirer le couvercle et le bol.
Faites tourner le collier dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour le déverrouiller Puis enlevez soigneusement le collier et
les lames en tirant le collier vers le bas. Retirez le bloc de lames et le joint en caoutchouc du collier. Rincer le couteau à l’eau
courante avec un peu de produit nettoyant. Attention ! Manipuler avec précaution, les lames sont très coupantes ! Le
couvercle, le bol et le bouchon doseur peuvent être nettoyés au lave-vaisselle.
