Note: If the EasyPull is used to transport a
wheelchair that is different to the one previously
transported, the EasyPull must be re-adjusted as
described in the Operating Instructions.
Warning! The occupied or empty wheelchair can
move in an uncontrolled manner when it is pulled
into the vehicle by the EasyPull. Guide the
occupied or empty wheelchair by hand until it has
reached its foreseen position in the vehicle.
Loading a Passenger / Wheelchair
1. Fold the access ramp out.
2. Accompany the occupied or empty wheelchair to the
bottom of the access ramp.
3. Apply the wheelchair's brakes.
4. Take the EasyPull belts up with one hand.
5. Press and hold push-button “C” on the remote control to
reel the belts out quickly.
A beep sounds.
6. Pull the EasyPull belts out to the wheelchair.
7. Release the push-button.
The beeping sound stops.
8. Attach the belts to the front hitching point adapters on the
wheelchair. Use the belt loops if no hitching point
adapters are available.
9. Release the wheelchair’s brakes.
10. Take up a position behind the wheelchair and keep a firm
hold of it by the handles.
11. Press and hold push-button “B” on the remote control.
An intermittent beep sounds.
12. Guide the wheelchair whilst it is being pulled into the rear
of the vehicle. Make sure that the belts are always lightly
tensioned when doing so.
When the wheelchair has reached its foreseen position in the
vehicle, the EasyPull will stop and the latch will be applied to
the winch.
A continuous beep sounds.
13. Try to pull the wheelchair backwards to make certain that
the latch has been applied to the winch.
14. Release push-button “B”.
The beeping sound stops.
15. Apply the wheelchair's brakes.
16. Secure the rear of the wheelchair using the belts
provided.
Note: If the EasyPull has not stopped and latched
in position or if the rear of the wheelchair can not
be secured with the rear belts, the EasyPull must
be re-adjusted as described in the Operating
Instructions.
17. Secure the passenger with a seat belt.
18. Fold the access ramp up.
19. Close the rear doors / tailgate.
Disembarking a Passenger / Unloading a
Wheelchair
1. Fold the access ramp out.
2. Release the passenger’s seat belt.
3. Detach and remove the rear belts securing the rear of
the wheelchair.
4. Release the wheelchair's brakes.
5. Take up a position behind the wheelchair and keep a
firm hold of it by the handles.
6. Press and hold push-button “A” on the remote control.
A beep sounds.
7. Accompany the passenger / wheelchair out of the
vehicle.
8. Remain in position behind the wheelchair until it has left
the access ramp completely.
9. Release the push-button.
The beeping sound stops.
10. Apply the wheelchair's brakes.
11. Detach the EasyPull belts from the wheelchair.
12. Hold the belts up with one hand.
13. Press and hold push-button “B” on the remote control.
An intermittent beep sounds.
The EasyPull reels the belts into the vehicle.
14. Keep the belts under tension whilst they are being
reeled into the vehicle.
15. Make certain that the belts are not twisted.
The winch stops and the latch is applied when at least one
magnet reaches the winch housing.
A continuous beep sounds.
16. Release push-button “B”.
The beeping sound stops.
17. Fold the access ramp up.
18. Close the rear doors / tailgate.
