1. Safety Matters
●Please read these explicit rules. Act in violation of them can affect normal operation of the equipment,
cause damage to the equipment or result in danger.
Use 220VAC±10% at 50HZ or 110VAC±10% at 60HZ
The input power supply must have good earthing
The equipment should be installed far away from flammable and explosive objects
Don’t open the equipment without authorization to prevent high voltage shock
Only professional maintenance worker are allowed to repair this product
Use fuses with correct capacity
Ensure that the power supply socket and circuit are able to withstand at least two times
The equipment should be installed far away from any interference source
◼Electrical Protection Ratings: I class, B type
◼Baleful liquid Leak-in proof degree: Normal (enclosed equipment without liquid leak-in
proof)
◼Working system: Continuous running
● Installation environment
(1) More than 20cm of space around the equipment for heat dissipation.
(2) Free of water-drop ,steam, dust(including oily dust and flying dust)
(3) Free of corrosive, flammable and explosive gas and liquid
(4) Firm and without vibration
(5) Free of electromagnetic interference
(6) Ambient temperature and relative humidity at 5℃—+40℃ and less than 90%,respectively
● Delivery inspection
Although the product has already been inspected on quality before leaving the factory, the following
inspection is necessary at delivery because many be damaged and accessories get missing caused by
careless handling during transportation.
(1) Open the packing boxes and check the contents to make sure that there is the product, operation manual,
certificate, packing list and accessories.
(2) Check the nameplate to make sure that the product is the one you ordered.
（3）Make sure that the product and accessories do not get damaged or missing during transportation.

5. Operation Explanation

●Temperature Set
Connect to power supply and turn on the power switch(see Fig 1).
▲Attention：The Voltage must be same as the remarked on the nameplate, or it will
broken the machine.
Press ，green indicate lamp is light，and then press to set the
temperature as your desired.
●For example 1：current acutal temperature is ambient 25℃，the required
temperature is 70℃。
a. Press and the indicate lamp is on green light
b．Press continuous until the LED display to 70
LED：display the actual
temp.or set temp.
Increase
Decrease
Temp.Set
Start/Standby
Indicate Lamp：
Red----The machine is on the heating
Green----The machine is on the temperature setting status.
No light----The machine is on standby.

c. Press again to exit the set status.
d．Press to active the heating while the indicate light is on Red.
After finished the setting, the LED screen will display the temperature degree
increasing from 25℃to 70℃. After reach to 70℃, the indicate lamp will no light, the
machine stop heating and the temperature degree decrease, but the machine will re-start to
heating when the actual temperature is lower than 70℃.（Please note: If press to stop the
heating before the temperate reached to 70℃, the temperature degree will decrease and it also
displayed on the LED screen.)
▲Attention：The temperature set range is ambient 0～75℃. If the setting
temperature is over the range, the buzzer could alarm and LED display"OF" to remind the
wrong action.( Press or to cancel the alarm as Fig 3)

●For example 2：If current acutal temperature is ambient 70℃，the required
temperature is 50℃。
a. Press and the indicate lamp is on green light
b．Press continuous until the LED display to 50
c. Press again to exit the set status, and the indicate lamp is no light
After finished the setting, the LED screen will display the temperature degree
increasing from 70℃to decrease while the heating is off. When the temperature reach to
50℃, the indicate lamp will no light. The machine will re-start to heating when the actual
temperature is lower than 50℃while the Red light is on, and when the temperature reach
to 50℃, the heating stop again and Red light is off.

6、Trouble shooting
7、Cleaning＆Maintenance
●Please reading the specification carefully when run the machine，According to the requirements
of the operation.
●Keep clean of the instrument and After hours please clear surface dirt and mesa ice water.
●Forbid to using sharp hard object to harm the worktable.
●Insert the fuse(1) into the fuse socket (2) as it is showed in the Fig 10
and insert the whole fuse socket into the socket (3).
●Before replacing the fuse must turn off the power switch and disconnect the power.
