Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly
• Make sure you have enough
space to layout the parts before
starting.
• Assemble the item as close to
its final position (in the same
room) as possible.
• Assemble on a soft level
surface to avoid damaging the
unit or your floor (use opened
out unit carton).

• From time to time check that
there are no loose screws on
this unit.
• This product should not be
discarded with household
waste. Take to your local
authority waste disposal centre.
• Warning: This unit is heavy.
Please lift with care.
• Check you have all the
components and tools listed.
• Remove all fittings from the
plastic bags and separate them
into their groups.
• Keep children and animals
away from the work area, small
parts could choke if swallowed.
• Parts of the assembly will be
easier with 2 people.

(do not use for
fitting screws)
Spirit

• We do not
recommend the
use of power
drill/drivers for
inserting screws,
as this could damage the unit.
Only use hand screwdrivers.
• Safety note: This unit must
be secured to a wall using the
overbalance protector kits
supplied.
• Dispose of all packaging
carefully and responsibly.

Prepare the 2 sets of
Drawer Sides
Insert a Small Locking
Cam Nut into the 2 Left
Drawer Sides and the 2
Right Drawer Sides.
Note: The arrow on the
Small Locking Cam Nut
must point towards the
hole in the edge of the
panel.
Attach the Drawer
Sides to the Drawer
Fronts
Push the Left Drawer
Sides and Right Drawer
Sides onto the back of
the Drawer Fronts.
Turn the Small Locking
Cam nuts on the Left
Drawer Sides and right
Drawer Sides.
Note: Turn the Small
Locking Cam nuts
clockwise to secure the
panels - more than 1/2 a
turn.

Prepare the Left and
Right Drawer Fronts
Screw 2 Metal Dowels
into the Left and Right
Drawer Fronts.
Note: Tighten the Metal
Dowels up fully against
the panels.
Stick 2 Door Buffers into
the corners of each
Drawer Front, as shown.

Fit the Drawer Bases
Slide the Drawer Bases
down the grooves in the
Drawer Sides and down
into the groove in the Left
and Right Drawer Fronts.
Fit the Drawer Backs
Fit the Drawer Backs
between the Drawer
Sides.
Make sure that the
Drawer Base fits into the
groove in the Drawer
Back.
Hold the Drawer Back
in position and tap the
Knock-in Pegs through
the holes in the Drawer
Sides.
Step 6
Attach the Handles
Attach a Handle to the
Left and Right Drawer
Fronts using two 19mm
Screws.

Fit the Wedgefixes
Turn the drawer
assemblies over and
slide 2 Wedgefixes
into the front and back
grooves, as shown, and
tighten up the screws.

Left Fascia - holes
nearest this side

Prepare the 2 Fascias
Check that the holes are
in the same place as the
diagrams, as one will be
the Left Fascia and one
will be the Right Fascia.
Tap a Wooden Dowel
into each of the 2
Fascias.
Note: Wooden Dowels
must not stick out from
the edge by more than
10mm or they may
damage other panels.

Prepare the Left Side
Tap 2 Wooden Dowels
into the Left Side.
Insert 3 10mm Locking
Cam Nuts into the
side of the Left Side.
Insert 2 12mm Locking
Cam Nuts into the
end of the Left Side.
Note: The arrow on the
Locking Cam Nuts must
point towards the hole in
the edge of the panel.
Push 3 of the Quickfit
Dowels as far as they will
go into the Left Side.
Note: Only the plastic
thread of the Quickfit
Dowel sticks out from the
panel.

Finish preparing the
Left Side
a: Place a runner on the
Left Side as shown. Slide
back the top of Runner
and use the 2nd hole
from the front to fit the
first 9mm Screw.
b: Slide the Runner
back the other way and
fit the second 9mm
Screw into the
corresponding hole in the
Left Side.
Screw 4 metal dowels
into the Left Side.

Fit the Left Fascia to
the Left Side
Push the Left Side down
onto the Left Fascia.
Use a screwdriver to
tighten the 3 MM
Locking Cam Nuts
fitted to the Left Side.
Note: Turn the Locking
Cam Nuts as far as they
will go - more than 1/2 a
turn.
Important: Make sure
there is no gap between
the fitted panels.

Fit the Right Fascia to
the Right Side
Push the Right Side
down onto Right Fascia.
Use a screwdriver to
tighten the 3 MM
Locking Cam Nuts
fitted to the Right Side.
Note: Turn the Locking
Cam Nuts as far as they
will go - more than 1/2 a
turn.
Important: Make sure
there is no gap between
the fitted panels.
