1. Drive-on ramp second platform - main lift
2. Drive-on ramp main platform - main lift
They will be raised by means of the internal scissor lifting system (6) and hydraulic cylinder (7).
3. Freewheel lift
Enables an additional lifting of the vehicle on the rocker panel.
4. Basic frame
For fixing the lift.
5. Rolling jack (optional)
Enables an additional lifting of the vehicle on the axis or chassis.
6. Scissor lifting system
7. Hydraulic lifting cylinder
8. Cover plates
Enables an use of optional turn plates for wheel alignment
9. Control box
Includes the complete electrical control system. All push buttons are protected by a front ring for preventing an
accidental pushing of the button. Furthermore all movements will be interrupted immediately while releasing the
button. ( Deadman control).
Inclusive hydraulic aggregate
With this the hydraulic oil in the tank will be leaded over a gear pump, which is driven by the motor, to the
cylinder. Via a lowering valve the oil will be leaded back again into the tank.
10. Safety notches on main- and freewheel lift
This safety device prevents a lowering of the lift of more than 100 mm in case of any arbitrary defect. Electric
magnets are unlocking this device when lowering the lift.
11. Light barrier
Guarantees a secure synchronization of both scissors.

Operation
1. Lockable main switch with emergency stop function for switching on and off and preventing an operation by
unauthorized persons.
2. Function display
ON shows if the lift is ready for operation
appears as soon as the max. lifting height is reached
appears as soon as the CE-Stop was activated
shows that the hydraulic aggregate works
shows that the main lift operates
shows that the freewheel lift operates
shows that the lift is in the adjustment function (8)

3. Buzzer
Gives an acoustic and visual signal after reaching the CE-Stop
4. Selection switch
Selection between two types of driving mechanism
Position: shows that the main lift works
Position: shows that the freewheel lift works
5. Push button LIFTING
For lifting
6. Push button LOCK UP
For locking the lift into the safety notches. Thereby either the main or the freewheel lift will be activated depending
on the position of the selector switch.
7. Push button LOWERING
After pressing the button for appr. 1-2 seconds the safety notches will be unlocked and following the lift lowers.
After reaching the CE-Stop an additional acoustic signal will be generated.
8. Adjustment –resp. Working switch
Position: WORK indicated that the lift is in the normal operation mode
Position: ADJ indicates that the lift is in the adjustment mode
9. Switch for light barrier
Bridging of the light barrier for adjustment–resp. installation works.

Instructions for transport and storage:
- Lift carefully, support the load by using suitable means of support in perfect working condition.
- Avoid sudden jolts and tugs, watch out for uneven surfaces, bumps etc.
- After removing the packing, check that they are taken to special waste collecting areas inaccesible to children and
animals as long as they are not disposed.
- Storage temperature: -10℃～+40 °C

The lift is designed for an installation in dry rooms. The installation in wet rooms as well as in rooms with a risk of
explosion is not allowed. Furthermore the installation outside is not allowed.

Installation of the lift
This manual is not to be seen as an assembly instruction but only as a help and advice for skilled personal. For
the following works are necessary adequate clothes and individual safety devices. An incorrect installation and
adjustment causes disclaimer of warranty.
1. Positioning and alignment of scissor pairs
a. For IN-GROUND INSTALLATION:
Position both scissor pairs in the existing cavity and put the switching box at the intended place.
For ON-GROUND INSTALLATION:
Position both scissor pairs parallel to each other and put the switching box, as indicated in the technical
data, at the intended place. Before fixing with dowels make sure that both scissors are aligned, if
necessary align with washers or plates.

2. Connection of hydraulic hoses
a. Open the front cover of the switching box.
b. Connect the hydraulic hose resp. hoses as shown below.
Retighten all hydraulic connections.

3. Pneumatic connection
a. Connect the pneumatic hose or hoses as shown below.
P1 = Second scissors main lift
P2 = Main scissor main lift
A-2 = Second cylinder freewheel lift
AV1 = Unlocking freewheel lift
AV2 = Unlocking main lift
AV3 = Lowering speed acceleration valve

4. Hydraulic oil
a. Fill in the hydraulic oil until the marking on the dipstick.
5. Electrical connection
a. The limit switches of the lift are only connected in this step. Please install them only at point 11.
Hereby the general and local regulations have tob e observed. Therefore only skilled personal is allowed to make
this step.
Pay attention to the necessary supply lines (see technical data).
6. Control before first lifting
a. Check all screws, nuts and so on that they are tight.
b. Check all connections and cylinder for leak and retighten if necessary
c. Set the selector switch (18-1; 4) to main lift
d. Set the adjustment- resp. working switch (18-1; 8) to „WORK“
e. Close the valve 1 and 2 (18-2)
f. Control all buttons to function. Pay attention here that while pushing the button LOWERING all notches
will be unlocked.
g. Pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor
h. Lubricate all slides and axis of the lift, the lubricant to be taken you can see in the lubrication plan.
7. Bleeding of the hydraulic cycle of the main lift
a. Set the selector switch (18-1; 4) to main lift
b. Put the adjustment- resp. Working switch (18-1; 8) to „WORK“
c. Close the valve 1 and 2 (18-2)
d. Push the button for light barrier (18-1; 9) and the button LIFTING (18-1; 5) at the same time.
e. Herewith only the main scissors of the main lift will be moved.
f. Hold down both buttons until the max. height is reached.
g. Push the button for the light barrier (18-1; 9) and the button LOWERING (18-1; 7) at the same time for
lowering the lift completely.
h. Repeat the steps d + f.
i. Set the adjustment- resp. working switch (18-1; 8) to “ADJ”
j. Open the valve 1 (18-2)
k. Repeat the step d. +f. , if necessary hydraulic oil must be refilled
l. Repeat step g.
m. Repeat step k + l appr. 5 times.
n. Repeat step d. until the second scissor reaches the same height as the main scissor.
o. Close valve 1 (18-2)
p. Make step b.
q. Lift and lower the main lift appr. 3 times and check the synchronization. If a synchronization is not given,
repeat the previous steps again.

8. Bleeding of hydraulic cycle of freewheel lift
a. Set the selector switch (18-1; 4) to freewheel lift
b. Set the adjustment- resp. Working switch (18-1; 8) to „WORK“
c. Close the valve 1 and 2 (18-2)
d. Push the button LIFTING (18-1; 5).
e. Herewith only the main scissor of the freewheel lift will be moved.
f. Hold down the button until the max. height is reached.
g. Push the button LOWERING (18-1; 7) to lower the lift completely.
h. Repeat the step d. + f.
i. Put the adjustment- resp. working switch (18-1; 8) to „ADJ“
j. Open the valve 2 (18-2)
k. Repeat step d. + f., if necessary refill hydraulic oil.
l. Repeat step g.
m. Repeat steps k. + l. appr. 5 times
n. Repeat step d. until the second scissors reaches the same height as the main sicssor.
o. Close valve 2 (18-2)
p. Make step b.
q. Lift and lower the freehwheel lift appr .3 times and check the synchronization. If a synchronization is not
given, repeat the previous steps again.
If the synchronization of the freewheel lift cannot be
adjusted, there is another possibility.
Lift the second scissor of the freewheel lift appr. 10
mm.
Loosen the bleeding screw as to be seen in the
adjacent picture for bleeding the cylinder.
Following retighten the bleeding screw again.
