1. INSTALLAZIONE
1.1 AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI
Leggere attentamente il presente libretto in quanto fornisce importanti indicazioni
riguardanti la sicurezza d’installazione, d’uso e di manutenzione dell’apparecchio.
Conservare con cura questo libretto per ogni ulteriore consultazione dei vari operatori.
          

 L’apparecchiatura deve essere utilizzata solo da personale addestrato all’uso
della stessa.
 Impedire ai bambini di avvicinars all’apparecchiatura
 Il funzionamento della apparecchiatura deve essere presidiato.
 Disattivare l’apparecchiatura in caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento. Per
l’eventuale riparazione rivolgersi solamente ad un centro d’assistenza tecnica
autorizzato dal costruttore ed esigere parti di ricambio originali.
 Durante il funzionamento l’apparecchiatura raggiunge alte temperature. Prestare
attenzione, PERICOLO DI USTIONI!
 Il mancato rispetto di quanto sopra può compromettere la sicurezza
dell’apparecchiatura.
L’apparecchiatura è conforme alle seguenti normative:
 direttiva comunitaria CEE2006/95 bassa tensione,
 compatibilità elettromagnetica E.M.C. direttiva CEE89/336 relativa alla limitazione
dei disturbi;
 prescrizioni vigenti antinfortunistiche e antincendio;
 norme per l’installazione degli impianti elettrici;
 norme igieniche.
1.2 POSIZIONAMENTO

Prima di installare l’apparecchio, rimuovere le due viti che bloccano
l’involucro riscaldante posizionate sulla schiena dello stesso (Fig. 1)
Sistemare l’apparecchiatura nel luogo d’utilizzazione avendo
l’accortezza di non posizionarla contro muri, rivestimenti in materiale
      
sotto una cappa di aspirazione per garantire la totale aspirazione
dei vapori che si formano durante la cottura. Evitare di installare la
salamandra nelle immediate vicinanze di piano caldi.
Procedere alla messa in piano e alla regolazione in altezza agendo
sui piedini livellatori.
Togliere dai pannelli esterni la pellicola protettiva staccandola lentamente per evitare
che restino tracce di collante.

Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio venga sistemato su un
tavolo, la distanza minima che bisogna mantenere dalla
schiena alla parete posteriore deve essere di almeno
50mm (Fig.2).
Qualora si voglia posizionare la salamandra a muro ,

unicamente con viti e tasselli metallici adeguati alla
tipologia della parete e al peso dell’apparecchio.

1.3 ALLACCIAMENTO ALLA RETE
 Accertarsi, prima di eseguire il
collegamento elettrico, che la tensione e la frequenza riportate sulla targhetta
tecnica corrispondano a quelle dell’impianto di alimentazione presente.
 L’apparecchio viene consegnato predisposto per il funzionamento indicato sulla


2. ISTRUZIONI D’USO MODELLI HI-LITE
L’apparecchiatura dovrà essere destinata solo all’uso per la quale è stata espressamente
concepita. Ogni altro uso è da ritenersi improprio.
Durante il funzionamento sorvegliare l’apparecchiatura.
2.1 MESSA IN FUNZIONE
L’apparecchio è stato progettato per cuocere, riscaldare e grigliare
derrate alimentare tramite i raggi infrarossi ad una temperatura
molto alta emessi da una sorgente di calore contenuta nella parte
superiore dell’apparecchiatura. Con il posizionamento diverso del
coperchio), si ottiene una regolazione dell’intensità del calore sui
cibi da cuocere. Più grande è la distanza tra il cibo e la fonte di
irraggiamento, minore è l’intensità di penetrazione del calore.
Prima di mettere in funzione la salamandra per la prima volta è
necessario rimuovere tutto il materiale d’imballo e procedere con
una pulizia accurata dai grassi industriali di protezione operando
come segue:
 

2.2 IMPOSTAZIONE

Salamandre a due resistenze: con led L1 acceso le due resistenze funzionano
a piena potenza, con led L2 acceso le due resistenze ciclano.
Salamandre a tre e quattro resistenze: con led L1 acceso funzionano solo le
resistenze centrali, con led L2 acceso la macchina funziona a piena potenza e
le resistenze centrali ciclano.

 Girare la manopola 6 nella posizione desiderata.
 Selezionare il tempo di cottura (15 sec.-20 min.) girando la manopola 5. Il tempo

 Selezionare la fonte di calore premendo il tasto 1.
Nella salamandra a 3 elementi riscaldanti, nel caso venga selezionata la spia 2, durante
la cottura, la resistenza mediana si accende e si spegne a intervalli regolari.
Nella salamandra a 4 elementi riscaldanti, nel caso venga selezionata la spia 2, durante
la cottura le due resistenze centrali si accendono e si spengono a intervalli regolari.
Questo sistema di attacco/stacco delle resistenze centrali permette una uniforme

 Premere il tasto 2 per dare inizio alla cottura.
 Scaduto il tempo di cottura impostato, la salamandra si spegnerà automaticamente
ed azionerà un cicalino che si può spegnere premendo il tasto 3.
ATTENZIONE:
 Ripremendo il tasto 2, la salamandra darà inizio ad un altro ciclo uguale a quello
precedentemente impostato.
 Se si preme il tasto 3 durante il funzionamento, la salamandra si spegne senza
attivare nessun segnale acustico.
SPEGNIMENTO
 Premere il tasto 3.
 Girare la manopola 6 sulla posizione 0.
 Disinserire l’interruttore posto a monte della salamandra
ModalitàMANTENIMENTO:
Il movimento della salamandra deve essere all’altezza massima sopra il livello del piano
di cottura (Fig. 6).
Tramite il funzionamento ad intermittenza delle resistenze laterali, il cibo presente sul
vassoio manterrà nel tempo la temperatura di cottura raggiunta nel precedente ciclo
di cottura.
3.2 IMPOSTAZIONE
Prima di mettere in funzione la salamandra per la prima volta è necessario rimuovere
tutto il materiale d’imballo e procedere con una pulizia accurata dai grassi industriali di
protezione operando come segue:
 
 risciacquare la griglia con acqua pulita.

MODALITA’COTTURA
ACCENSIONE:
 Attivare l’interruttore principale a monte dell’apparecchio.
 Girare la manopola (6) nella posizione 1.
 Il display (4) lampeggerà visualizzando l’ultimo dato impostato precedentemente.
 Attivare la funzione cottura COOK premendo il tasto (2) , si accenderà il led di
riferimento.
 Impostare la durata della cottura ruotando l’encoder (5), il tempo verrà visualizzato
sul display (4).
 Attivare gli elementi riscaldanti che si desiderano utilizzare premendo i tasti
corrispondenti (1). L’elemento è attivato quando il Led di riferimento è acceso.
Nel caso vengano selezionati tutte le tre resistenze (o quattro resistenze), quella
centrale modula automaticamente ad intervalli regolari permettendo un’uniforme

 Per attivare il ciclo si può procedere in due modi:
ATTIVAZIONEMANUALE:
premere il tasto (3) attivando la funzione START (si accenderà il Led corrispondente).
ATTIVAZIONEAUTOMATICA(PRESENZAPIATTO):
posizionare il vassoio con le pietanze da cuocere sul piano di cottura verso l’interno
facendo scattare il meccanismo di trasduzione posto sopra il livello del piano-griglia.
Automaticamente la macchina si metterà in stato di START e il ciclo di cottura partirà.
SPEGNIMENTO:
 Il ciclo di cottura terminerà automaticamente emettendo un segnale acustico allo
scadere del tempo impostato.
3. ISTRUZIONI D’USO MODELLI CON PRESENZA PIATTO
L’apparecchiatura dovrà essere destinata solo all’uso
per la quale è stata espressamente concepita. Ogni
altro uso è da ritenersi improprio.
Durante il funzionamento sorvegliare l’apparecchiatura.
3.1 MESSA IN FUNZIONE
ModalitàCOTTURA:
mediante la regolazione dell’altezza del modulo di
riscaldamento, si ottiene una regolazione dell’intensità
del calore sui cibi da cuocere. Più grande è la distanza
tra il cibo e la fonte d’irraggiamento, minore è l’intensità
di penetrazione del calore.
Nelle apparecchiature con modulo di riscaldamento
       
posizionameto della griglia sui diversi livelli come in Fig. 7 .

Se non si ha impostato il tempo il sistema si manterrà nella condizione di START

(3) accendendo il Led corrispondente allo STOP.
 Girare la manopola (6) sulla posizione 0.
 Disattivare l’interruttore posto a monte della salamandra.
Nota: in un qualsiasi momento l’operatore può comunque intervenire nel sistema
            
resistenze per mezzo dei pulsanti sul pannello (1) o agendo sull’encoder (5) per la
regolazione del tempo di cottura.
MODALITA’MANTENIMENTO
ACCENSIONE:
 Attivare l’interruttore principale a monte dell’apparecchio.
 Girare la manopola (6) nella posizione 1.
 Il display (4) lampeggerà visualizzando l’ultimo dato impostato precedentemente.

Automaticamente la macchina si metterà in stato di START e il ciclo di mantenimento
partirà.
SPEGNIMENTO:
 Il ciclo mantenimento termina nel momento in cui viene tolto il vassoio dal piano di
cottura o si preme il tasto (3) accendendo il Led corrispondente allo STOP.
 Girare la manopola (6) sulla posizione 0.
 Disattivare l’interruttore posto a monte della salamandra.
4. ISTRUZIONI D’USO HI TOUCH (con presenza piatto)
L’apparecchiatura dovrà essere destinata solo all’uso per la quale è stata espressamente
concepita. Ogni altro uso è da ritenersi improprio.
Durante il funzionamento sorvegliare l’apparecchiatura.

4.1 MESSA IN FUNZIONE
ModalitàCOTTURA:

4.3 INTERFACCIA UTENTE

riferiscono tutte a macchina ON e in STOP
Premendo brevemente uno dei 3 tasti si seleziona il programma relativo
        


4.4 MODO D’USO MANUALE
Accendere la salamandra con il tasto ON/OFF
Selezionare, con il tasto MODE SELECT il tipo di funzionamento (cottura o mantenimento
si accende il led corrispondente sopra il display).
Impostare il tempo o la potenza e quindi premere START oppure appoggiare il piatto

tempo impostato (si attiverà un buzzer), il mantenimento si interromperà premendo
START/STOP oppure togliendo il piatto (diseccitando il dispositivo di presenza).

 Accendere la salamandra con il tasto ON/OFF
 Scegliere il programma desiderato con i tasti P1 o P2 o P3
 Premere start o appoggiare il piatto come per il funzionamento in manuale.

Accendere la macchina con il tasto ON/OFF

Nel caso in cui sia stata selezionata la funzione cottura è possibile fare seguire
automaticamente una fase di mantenimento premendo, dopo impostazione del tempo,
il tasto SELECT/MODE, e quindi impostando una potenza da 1 a 8. Premendo il tasto
del programma un’altra volta il programma viene salvato. Se il tasto programma
viene premuto senza prima impostare una fase di mantenimento il programma verrà
memorizzato per la sola cottura.

5. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
5.1 MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
            

Pulire le parti in acciaio inox con acqua tiepida saponata, quindi risciacquare

pagliette di ferro, spazzole o raschietti in acciaio comune. Eventualmente si può usare

leggermente imbevuto di olio di vaselina; si deve inoltre aerare regolarmente l’ambiente
