The vacuum canister is ideal for storing dry and brittle foodstuffs (e.g. cookies,
cereals, etc.); powdered foodstuffs (e.g. flour, coffee, sugar); fresh and puree
fruits and vegetables (e.g. strawberries, tomatoes, etc.), and prepared dishes
(e.g. soup, sauce etc.).
Foodstuffs retain freshness for up to five times longer.
Vacuum canisters can be stacked one on top of the other.
Important tips:
Before beginning use, check if the canister is damaged. Never use damaged
canisters.
Do not use a vacuum canister for marinating.
Do not use a vacuum canister for packaging canned foodstuffs.
Operating temperature:
Only form a vacuum at
room temperature.
The canister is intended for
household vacuum packing
and storage.
Defrost without cover
in the microwave.
Cleaning
Thoroughly clean the vacuum canister and lid after every use. The lower portion of
the canister can be washed in the upper basket of a dishwasher, while the lid must
be washed by hand in warm water with a mild cleaning agent. A dirty canister may
lead to dangerous bacteria and fungus in foodstuffs.
Do not use aggressive or harsh cleaning substances or solvents.
Do not scrape off stubborn dirt with hard or sharp tools.

Carefully clean the vacuum canister and lid.
If the vacuum canister fails to maintain its vacuum, check the condition, cleanliness
and position of seals according to 1a. and 1c. below:
1. Remove the central button (1a.).
2. Remove the entire valve (1), seal (2)
and lid (3).
3. Wash all parts by hand in warm water
with a mild cleaning agent, then rinse
with clean water.
4. Before replacing the lid elements check to ensure that all parts are completely dry.
Replace the valve (1) inside the lid to ensure the seals are located properly (1c.).
Assemble the other parts according to the illustration.
Vacuum packing in the vacuum canister
Place foodstuffs in the
canister, leaving at least
3 cm of free space from
the top edge.
Place the lid on the
vacuum canister.
Connect the lid with
the vacuum packing
machine pump via
the hose.
Press the button
labelled „Canister“
on the control panel.
The unit will create a
vacuum inside the
vacuum canister, and
will shut off after the
process is finished.
Disconnect the hose
from the vacuum
canister. To open,
press the middle
button on the canister
and open the safety
lock.
The sound of air flowing into the vacuum canister means that the contents have been
properly vacuum packaged.
