and recommended by The National Italian
Chefs’ Team (NIC).
The NIC Team have excelled in every
International gastronomic competition since
2002 and have successfully gained final stage
status in every one.
Each member of the team has been selected
by the Italian Chefs Federation, lea by Fabio
Tacchella. They are responsible for promoting
innovation, excellence, and help to set new
high standards throughout the industry.
The team has recently triumphed at the
Integastra 2004 in Stockholm by using
a diverse range of traditional and new
techniques. Their culinary performance led
them to be awarded the Best Overall Team at
the competition.
The team has tested Baumatic products,
taking into consideration efficiency, practicality
and their suitability for users who have not
yet reached ‘Chef’ status. They have also
highlighted products which have met strict
quality, technical and functional requirements
– all of which can significantly help assist in
recreating a ‘Chefs’ masterpiece.
