Elektronisches Stethoskop
Allgemein
Mit Hilfe des elektronischen Stethoskops werden Geräuschquellen schnell und unkompliziert
ausfindig gemacht. Der 1-Wege-Verstärker erlaubt eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Diagnose.
Sicherheitshinweise
- Vorsicht bei Prüfung an laufen Motoren, lose Kleidung, Werkzeuge, Ausrüstung und anderes kann
von drehenden Motorteilen erfasst werden und zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
- Achtung bei Prüfungen an heißen Motoren, es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr.
- Durch Unachtsamkeit kann ein schwerer Unfall verursacht werden, deshalb bei Verwendung des
Prüfgerätes während einer Probefahrt immer eine zweite Person für die eigentliche Prüfung
mitnehmen. Der Fahrer darf während der Fahrt keine Prüfungen vornehmen.
- Keine Probefahrt auf stark befahrenen Straßen unternehmen.

Anwendung
Batterie
Den Batteriefachdeckel leicht mit dem
Daumen herunterdrücken und komplett nach
hinten schieben.
Neue Batterie einsetzen.
Achtung
Auf richtige Polung achten.
Vorbereitung
Den Kopfhörer mit dem Verstärker-Einheit
verbinden, dazu den 3,5 mm Klinkenstecker in
die Buchse am hinteren Ende der Verstärker-
Einheit einstecken.
Einschalten
Die Verstärker-Einheit lässt sich auf der linken
Seite einschalten. Den Regler dafür nach
vorne drehen (leichter Widerstand spürbar) bis
die rote LED leuchtet.
Jetzt kann über die Stellung des Reglers die
Lautstärke eingestellt werden. Je mehr nach
vorne gedreht wird, desto empfindlicher
(lauter) wird das Gerät.
Der 1-Wegeverstärker kann mit oder ohne
Taststift verwendet werden.
Mit Taststift (wird befestigt im Gummiadapter)
Mit dem Taststift kann ein Aggregat (z.B.
Lichtmaschine) berührt werden so haben
äußere Geräusche wenig Einfluss und ein
defektes Lager kann schnell lokalisiert werden.
Ohne Taststift
Geräusche werden übertragen ohne ein
Aggregat zu berühren.
Ungewollte negative Einflüsse wie z.B.
Luftströmung durch Gebläse werden verstärkt
und auch auf den Kopfhörer übertragen.
Wartung / Pflege
Das Gerät darf nur mit einem weichen und trockenem Tuch gereinigt werden.
Die vorgehensweise bei einem Batteriewechsel können Sie dem unten stehendem Text entnehmen.
Von einer Reinigung mit Lösungs- und anderen scharfen Reinigungsmitteln ist abzusehen.

Electronic Stethoscope
General
This stethoscope allows you to locate noise fast and easy. Due to the six provided probe heads and
the six-way amplifier, you can operate this stethoscope while driving and at six different testing spots
at the same time. The six switchable testing channels allow a precise localization of noise sources.
The one-way amplifier, used with or without a tracer pin, allows a fast and convenient diagnosis.
Safety advice
- Be careful when testing on running engines: loose clothing, tools, accessories can be caught up in
revolving parts of the engine and might lead to serious personal injury or property damage.
- Be careful when testing on hot engines: risk of burning.
- Carelessness leads to severe personal injury or property damage. That’s why you should always
have a second person to do the testing while the first one is driving the vehicle. The driver is never
allowed to do the testing while driving.
- Do not test drive on a highly frequented road.

Operation
Battery
Push down the cover of the battery compartment
gently and shove it backwards. Replace battery.
Caution
Check for the correct polarity.
Preparation
Connect the headphones with the one-way
amplifier by plugging in the 3.5mm input jack into
the plug socket at the rear end of the amplifier.
Activation
You can switch on the stethoscope on its left side.
Turn the volume control knob forwards (there is a
slight resistance) until the red LED lights up.
Now you can dial in the desired testing volume by
turning the control knob.
The one-way amplifier can be operated with or
without a tracer pin.
With tracer pin (attached via rubber adaptor)
Touch any aggregate (ex. alternator) and other
noises won’t have any influence on your testing
procedure. You can easily detect a defective
bearing.
Without tracer pin
Noise is transferred without touching an
aggregate. Unintended negative influences
caused by streams of air through the car’s fan are
amplified and will be made audible by the
headphones.
Maintenance
Clean this device with a soft and dry cloth, only. You will find instructions how to replace batteries
further down below. Do not use strong cleansers or solvents for cleaning.

Estetoscopio electrónico
General
Este estetoscopio permite localizar ruidos de forma fácil y rápida. Debido a las 6 sondas que
contiene y al amplificador de 6 vías, usted puede accionar el estetoscopio mientras dirigir y prueba 6
puntos distintos al mismo tiempo. Los seis canales válidos de prueba permiten una localización
precisa de la fuente de sonido. El amplificador de una vía, se usa con o sin trazador y permite un
diagnostico rápido y bueno.
Avisos de seguridad
- Tenga cuidado cuando pruebe motores encendidos: ropa floja, herramientas y accesorios puede
engancharse en las partes móviles del motor y pueden causar serias lesiones personales o
daños materiales.
- Tenga cuidado cuando compruebe motores calientes: hay riesgo de quemaduras.
- Los descuidos pueden causar serias lesiones personales o daños materiales. Esto es por lo que
debe tener siempre una segunda persona para hacer la prueba, una debe dirigir el vehículo. El
conductor nunca debe hacer el test mientras conduce.
- No haga el test en una ruta altamente frecuentada.

Batería
Presione la tapa del compartimento de la batería
y empujelo hacia atrást. Remplace la batería.
Cuidado
Compruebe la polaridad
Preparación
Conecte los auriculares con el amplificador de una
vía con el jack de entrada de 3,5 mm. en la toma
de la parte posterior del amplificador.
Activación
Puede encender el estetoscopio en el interruptor
del lado izquierdo.Deslice el regulador de volumen
hacia arriba (existe una ligera resistencia) hasta
que el LED rojo se encienda. Ahora puede marcar
el volumen deseado para hacer la prueba
moviendo el regulador de volumen.
El estetoscopío puede operar con o sin pin
trazador.
Con pin trazador (mediante adaptador de
goma,adjunto)
Toque cualquier lugar don detecte un ruido (p. ej.,
alternador) y el resto de los ruidos no tendrá
influencia en el proceso de la prueba. Puedrá
detectar un rodamiento defectuoso.
Sin pin trazador
El ruido se transmite sin tocar distintas piezas.
Ruidos no deseados causados por corrientes de
aire del ventilador se amplificaran haciendose
audibles por los auriculares y tendrán influencias
negativas en la detección.
Mantenimiento:
Limpie el dispositivo con un paño seco y suave únicamente.
Encontrará instrucciones sobre cómo cambiar las baterías en la parte inferior.
No use limpiadores fuertes o disolventes para limpiarlo.
