Hydraulischer Karosserie-Richtsatz
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
Zur Verwendung dieses Richtsatzes, drehen Sie das Kontrollventil des Hydraulikkörpers im
Uhrzeigersinn und pumpen Sie den Handgriff auf und ab. Für eine besonders angenehme
Anwendung können Sie das Werkzeug in jeder horizontalen wie auch vertikalen Position anbringen,
solange die Röhre dabei nach unten gerichtet ist.
Sofern dies notwendig ist, können die mitgelieferten Zubehörteile mit dem Hydraulikkörper kombiniert
werden. Um den Richtsatz wieder zu entlasten, drehen Sie das Kontrollventil vorsichtig gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn.
WARTUNG/PFLEGE
Die empfohlene Belastungsgrenze darf nicht überschritten werden.
Die Belastung der Spreizböcke darf eine halbe Tonne nicht übersteigen.
Die empfohlene Belastungsgrenze muss um die Hälfte reduziert werden,
sobald alle Druckrohre verwendet werden.
Der verlängerte Hubkolben darf die Hubdistanz nicht überschreiten.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Prüfen Sie stets den Ölstand. Sollte nicht ausreichend Öl vorhanden sein – füllen Sie
entsprechendes Öl nach.
Decken Sie das Kontrollventil nach der Verwendung ab. So halten Sie es frei von Öl,
Schmutz und Staub.
Vor dem Anheben, justieren Sie den Hydraulikkörper langsam,
so dass das zu hebende Gewicht mittig am Richtsatz ausgerichtet ist.
Die Röhren dürfen nicht gebogen werden, sollten nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von
Schneidewerkzeugen und Feuer verwendet werden und überdies keiner Gewichtsbelastung
ausgesetzt werden.

Body and Fender Repair Kit
OPERATION INSTRUCTION
When you want use this jack, turn the control knob of the valve clockwise, pull and push the handle
for easy to use you can put it in any position from horizontal to vertical, but the tube must face
downwards. If necessary, the components can be combined with the body. When you want release
the jack, turn the control knob of the valve counter clockwise
MAINTENANCE
FOR LOAD
1.Maximum load can not exceed the rated capacity.
2.The load on the spreader ram can not exceed 1/2-ton.
3.The load can not exceed the half of the capacity when all tubes used.
4.The extension of the piston can not exceed the stroke.
FOR SAFETY
1. Check the level of oil, if it is not sufficient, please add the same hydraulic oil.
2. After using, close the valve with the cover, to keep the oil free the dust and dirt.
3. Before lifting, adjust the jack slowly to make the load coaxial with respect to the jack.
4. Tube can not be bent, near to the cutting tools and fires, also can not put the weight on it.

ISTRUZIONE PER L’OPERAZIONE
Quando si vuole usare questo martinetto, girare la manopola della valvola di controllo in senso orario,
tirare e spingere l’impugnatura
per un semplice uso si può mettere in qualsiasi posizione dall’orizzontale al verticale, ma il tubo deve
guardare verso il basso. Se necessario, i componenti possono essere uniti alla carrozzeria. Quando
si vuole rilasciare il martinetto, girare la manopola della valvola di controllo in senso antiorario.
MANUTENZIONE
PER IL CARICO
•1.Il carico massimo non può superare la portata nominale.
•2.il carico sul martinetto di bilanciatura non può superare la 1/2-tonnellata.
•3.il carico non può superare la metà della portata quando tutti i tubi vengono usati.
•4.la prolunga del pistone non può superare la corsa.
PER SICUREZZA
•1. Controllare il livello dell’olio, se non è sufficiente, per favore aggiungere lo stesso olio
idraulico.
•2. Dopo l’uso, chiudere la valvola con il coperchio, per tenere l’olio libero da polvere e sporco.
•3. Prima di sollevare, regolare il martinetto lentamente per far sì che il carico sia coassiale
rispetto al martinetto.
•4. Il tubo non può essere piegato, vicino ad attrezzi da taglio e fiamme, inoltre non ci si può
mettere del peso.
