INNENGEWINDE
Gewindebohrer Halter für Gewindebohrer
1. Ermitteln Sie die Größe des Bohrers anhand der Tabelle (siehe oben) und fertigen Sie eine
Bohrung mit entsprechendem Durchmesser im Werkstück an.
2. Setzen Sie den Gewindebohrer, im rechten Winkel zum Werkstück, in der Bohrung an und
drehen Sie den Gewindeschneider langsam und gefühlvoll in die Kernbohrung. Öl oder Fett
reduzieren den Widerstand beim Schneiden und verbessern den Abtransport der Späne.
3. Stockt der Gewindebohrer, dann fahren Sie nicht mit Gewalt fort, sondern versuchen stattdessen
mit leichter Vor- und Rückwärtsdrehungen die Späne zu brechen.
4. Beenden Sie das Gewindeschneiden bei Durchgangsbohrungen, wenn kein Widerstand mehr
spürbar ist oder bei Sacklöchern, wenn der Gewindebohrer am Ende des Sacklochs anstößt.
AUSSENGEWINDE
Schneideisen Reduzierring Halter für Schneideisen
1. Passendes Gewinde Schneideisen, Halter für Schneideisen und wenn notwendig den
Reduzierring auswählen. Das Schneideisen, mit oder ohne Reduzierring, in den Halter einsetzen
und mit Fixierschrauben befestigen.
2. Setzen Sie das Schneideisen im rechten Winkel am Werkstück an und drehen Sie es langsam
und gefühlvoll. Öl oder Fett reduzieren den Widerstand beim Schneiden und verbessern den
Abtransport der Späne.
3. Stockt der Gewindeschneider, dann fahren Sie nicht mit Gewalt fort, sondern versuchen
stattdessen mit leichter Vor- und Rückwärtsdrehungen die Späne zu brechen.
4. Der Schneidvorgang ist beendet, wenn die erforderliche Gewindelänge erreicht ist.

INTERNAL THREAD Tap Tap holder
1. Determine the size of the drill using the table (see above) and make a hole with the appropriate
diameter in the workpiece.
2. Place the tap at right angles to the workpiece, in the hole and turn the tap slowly and carefully
into the hole. Oil or grease reduce resistance during cutting and improve chip removal.
3. If the tap sticks, do not continue by force, but try to break the chips with gentle forward and
backward rotations instead.
4. For through holes, end the cutting when no more resistance can be felt or, for blind holes, when
the tap makes contact with the end of the blind hole.
EXTERNAL THREAD
Die Reducing ring Die holder
1. Select suitable die, holder for die and when required reducing ring. Insert the die with or without
the reducing ring into holder and fasten it with fixing screws.
2. Place the tap on the workpiece and turn and turn it slowly and carefully. Oil, grease or oil reduce
resistance during cutting and improve chip removal.
3. If the tap sticks, do not continue by force, but try to break the chips with gentle forward and
backward rotations instead.
4. The cutting process is finished when the required thread length is reached.

FILETAGE INTÉRIEUR
tarauds porte-tarauds
1. Déterminez la taille du foret à l'aide du tableau (voir ci-dessus) et faites un trou avec le diamètre
approprié dans la pièce.
2. Placez le taraud perpendiculairement à la pièce, dans le trou et tournez le taraud lentement et
avec précaution dans le trou. L'huile ou la graisse réduit la résistance lors de la coupe et
améliore l'évacuation des copeaux.
3. Si de tarauds ne peut plus être tourné, ne continuez pas avec force, mais essayez plutôt de
briser les copeaux avec de légères rotations vers l'avant et vers l'arrière.
4. Pour les trous débouchants, terminez la coupe lorsqu'il n'y a plus de résistance ou, pour les trous
borgnes, lorsque le taraud entre en contact avec l'extrémité du trou borgne.
FILETAGE MÂLE filières porte-filières
1. Choisir de tailles de filière, porte-filière, si nécessaire, la bague de réduction. Insérez la filière
avec ou sans la bague de réduction dans le support et fixez-la avec les vis de fixation.
2. Placez de filière sur la pièce et tournez-le lentement et avec précaution. L'graisse ou l'huile
réduisent la résistance lors de la coupe et améliorent l'évacuation des copeaux.
3. Si de filière se bloque, ne poursuivez pas l’usinage par la force, mais essayez plutôt de casser
les copeaux avec de légères rotations vers l'avant et vers l'arrière.
4. Le processus de coupe est terminé lorsque la longueur de filetage requise est atteinte.

ROSCA INTERIOR

1. Determine el tamaño del taladro usando la tabla (ver arriba) y taladre un agujero del diámetro
apropiado en la pieza de trabajo.
2. Coloque el macho de roscar en el orificio en ángulo recto con respecto a la pieza de trabajo y
gírelo lenta y cuidadosamente en el orificio. El aceite o la grasa reducen la resistencia al corte y
mejoran la evacuación de las virutas.
3. Si el macho de rosca se atasca, no continúe con la fuerza, sino que intente romper las virutas
con ligeros giros de ida y vuelta.
4. Detenga el corte del hilo cuando ya no sienta resistencia en un agujero pasante, o cuando el
macho de roscar toque el fondo de un agujero ciego.
ROSCA EXTERIOR
terraja de rosca soporte de terraja
1. Seleccione el terraja de rosca adecuado, el porta de terraja de rosca y, si es necesario, el anillo
reductor. Coloque el terraja de rosca en el porta de terraja de rosca, con o sin el anillo reductor, y
fíjelo con los tornillos de sujeción.
2. Coloque el terraja de rosca en ángulo recto con la pieza de trabajo y gírelo lentamente y con
cuidado. El aceite o la grasa reducen la resistencia al cortar y mejoran la evacuación de las
virutas.
3. Si el macho se atasca, no continúe forzando, sino trate de romper las virutas con giros suaves
hacia adelante y hacia atrás.
4. El proceso de corte finaliza cuando se ha alcanzado la longitud de rosca requerida..
