Step 01
INSTALL THE ADJUSTABLE GLIDES.
Prior to assembly, install the adjustable glides
into the bottom of each leg by threading
clockwise.

Step 02
ATTACH THE SIDE RAILS.
Attach the left and right side rails to the
headboard as shown.
Loosely install the provided hardware.
Tighten after this step once all six bolts are
installed.

Step 03
ATTACH THE FOOTBOARD.
Attach the footboard to the side rails as
shown.
Loosely install the provided hardware.
Tighten after this step once all six bolts are
installed.

Step 04*
INSTALL THE CENTER LEG.
Use the provided hardware to attach the
center leg as shown.
*If assembling the twin size configuration,
you can skip to step 6.

Step 05
ATTACH THE CENTER RAIL TO THE BED FRAME.
Attach the center rail to the headboard and
footboard by slotting each end into the pre-
attached brackets.
Level the bed by adjusting the glides on the
bottom of each leg.

Step 06
INSTALLING THE SLATS.
Install the slats as shown. Note slat anchor
block locations on the rails.
The twin configuration only has one slat roll
included.
Additional Information
CLEAN
Clean with a slightly damp, soft cloth. To remove dirt and fingerprints, use a quality cleaner formulated
for use on painted metal furniture. Wipe completely dry with a soft cloth.
