BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE
yCâble avec fiche de raccordement fourni avec l’appareil de section 1mm², 2 phases + Terre.
yTension 230V monophasé 50/60 Hz.
yL’appareil doit se connecter sur une prise femelle monophasée 16 Ampères avec Terre et sera raccordé sous la dépen-
dance d’un dispositif différentiel haute sensibilité et protégé contre les surintensités. Il est nécessaire d’inclure l’appareil
dans une liaison équipotentielle par branchement à la borne située à l’arrière.
yAvant tout branchement ou débranchement de l’appareil, s’assurer que l’interrupteur général situé sur la façade du
tableau de commande est sur Oet éteint.
yL’appareil ne peut être branché sans la fiche monophasée. Toute modification dégagera notre responsabilité.
FONCTIONNEMENT
yMettre l’interrupteur général sur O.
yBrancher la prise 2P+T.
yMettre l’interrupteur sur 1
yRégler le thermostat (température optimale 60°C).
yIntroduire les assiettes . Si les assiettes sont froides à pleine charge, il faut 2 heures pour qu’elles soient à 60°C.
MAINTENANCE
yA la mise sous tension, rien ne s’allume:
-vérifier l’alimentation électrique
-vérifier que l’interrupteur est sur 1.
-le thermostat de sécurité est déclenché. Contactez le revendeur.
yLe chariot ne chauffe pas :
-vérifier le réglage du thermostat.
-le thermostat de sécurité est déclenché. Contactez votre revendeur.
yCâble d’alimentation de type H05RNF 3X1mm². Pour un changement de câble endommagé ou pour toute opération de
maintenance, faire appel à un service après vente agréé.
ENTRETIEN
yAvant tout entretien, débrancher l’appareil électriquement.
yL’appareil ne doit pas être nettoyé au jet d’eau.
yGénéralités sur l’acier inoxydable : La dénomination « acier inoxydable » peut prêter à confusion. C’est un acier qui
«résiste» à la corrosion sous certaines conditions.
Tout type d’acier inoxydable peut se corroder :
-austénitique. Exemple « inox 304 » autrement appelé 18/10.
-ferritique. Exemples : « F17 » ou « F18TNb ».
La résistance à la corrosion des aciers inoxydables est liée à l’existence d’une couche passive d’oxyde de chrome qui se
reconstitue spontanément au contact de l’air. Tout phénomène contrariant la création de cette couche peut provoquer
de la corrosion.
C’est pour cette raison qu’il faut débarrasser périodiquement la surface de l’inox des salissures diverses qui peuvent être
à l’origine d’une dégradation du niveau de résistance de la couche passive et également veiller au bon respect des étapes
d’entretien. (Préparation au nettoyage / nettoyage / rinçage / désinfection / rinçage / séchage).

Un entretien régulier avec rinçage prolongé à l’eau est le meilleur moyen de reconstituer et maintenir la couche passive .
Chacune des étapes liées à l’entretien présente des risques de détérioration de la couche passive : utilisation d’eau dure
/ surdosage des produits d’entretien / utilisation de détergents chlorés / résidus alimentaires sur les produits / rinçage
insuffisant …..
Pour tout cas de corrosion, il convient d’identifier quel est l’élément ou l’étape qui en est à l’origine.
yConseils :
-maintenir les surfaces en acier inoxydable propres et sèches. Laisser l’air circuler.
-faire un nettoyage quotidien pour éliminer le tartre, les graisses et tous résidus d’aliments. La corrosion peut se for-
mer sous ces couches par manque d’arrivée d’air.
-le nettoyage quotidien peut être réalisé avec un chiffon humide. Si nécessaire :
* utiliser de l’eau savonneuse, des produits de nettoyage pauvres en chlorure, des détergents non javellisés, des
dégraissants pour vitrages.
* enlever les saletés coriaces avec une brosse non métallique (matière plastique, soies naturelles ou laine d’acier
inoxydable).
-ne pas rayer les surfaces avec des métaux autres que l’acier inoxydable. En particulier, ne pas utiliser de brosses en fer .
-les taches de rouille fraiches peuvent être enlevées par des agents abrasifs doux ou de la toile émeri fine.
-pour des taches plus importantes, utiliser de l’acide oxalique chaud concentré à 2-3%. Si nécessaire, faire un traite-
ment avec de l’acide nitrique concentré à 10%.
Après tout traitement, laver abondamment à l’eau et essuyer.
L’utilisation d’acide est réservée aux personnes formées et sous le respect des réglementations.
yProduits à proscrire :
-l’eau de javel et les dérivés chlorés
-l’acide chlorhydrique
-les poudres abrasives à l’oxyde de fer.
yClavier de commande : nettoyer avec précaution. Utiliser uniquement une éponge avec de l’eau savonneuse.
Cet appareil porte le symbole du recyclage conformément aux directives 2002/95/CE et 2002/96/CE concernant les
Déchets d’Equipements Electriques et Electroniques (DEEE ou WEEE). En fin de vie, l’appareil doit être recyclé en res-
pectant la règlementation en vigueur dans le pays d’installation.

USAGE
yTurn switch to “0".
yConnect the plug (2 phases + earth).
yPut switch in position 1.
yAdjust the thermostat (optimum temperature 60° C).
yInsert plates. If plates are cold and fully loaded, 2 hours are required to reach 60°C.
SERVICE
yWhen the device switches on nothing lights :
-Check the electrical wiring.

MAINTENANCE
yBefore maintenance, unplug the unit.
yThe unit must not be cleaned by water jet.
yGeneral information on stainless steel : The term “stainless steel” can cause some confusion. It is steel which “resists”
to corrosion in certain conditions.
Any type of stainless steel can be corroded :
-austenitic, e.g. “stainless steel 304” also called 18/10.
-ferritic, e.g. “F17” or “F18TNb”.
Resistance to corrosion of stainless steel results from the existence of a passive layer of chromium oxide which is re-
newed spontaneously when in contact with the air. Any phenomenon interfering with the creation of this layer is likely
to cause corrosion.
This is why stainless steel surfaces must be regularly rid of miscellaneous contamination which may damage the level of
resistance of the passive layer, and also ensure the maintenance steps are observed (Preparation to cleaning / cleaning
/ rinsing / disinfection / rinsing / drying).

Regular maintenance with extended rinsing with water is the best method to renew and maintain the passive layer.
Each of the steps linked with maintenance presents risks of damaging the passive layer: using hard water / overdosing
detergents / using chlorine-based detergents / food residue on the products / insufficient rinsing…..
Whenever corrosion appears, the element or step having led to it must be identified.
yAdvice :
-maintain stainless steel surfaces clean and dry. Ensure there is a sufficient flow of air.
-clean daily to remove scale, grease and any food residue. Corrosion can form under these layers by lack of air inlet.
-daily cleaning can be performed with a damp cloth. If necessary:
* use soapy water, cleaning products with low chloride content, javel-free detergents, window degreasers.
* remove hard stains with a non metallic brush (plastic material, natural bristles or stainless steel wool).
-do not scratch the surfaces with metals other than stainless steel, and more particularly, never use iron brushes.
-remove fresh rust stains with soft abrasive agents or fine emery cloth.
-for larger stains, use hot oxalic acid with a 2-3% concentration. If necessary, apply a treatment with nitric acid
concentrated at 10%.
After treatment, wash thoroughly with water and wipe.
The use of acid is reserved to skilled persons and complying with regulations.

-Javel water and chlorine based products
-hydrochloric acid
-iron oxide abrasive powders
yControl board : clean it with care. Only use a sponge with soap and water.

yMit dem Gerät geliefertes Anschlußkabel mit Stecker, Querschnitt 1 mm2, 2 Phasen + Erde.

yDas Gerät ist an eine einphasige Steckdose, 16 A, mit Erde anzuschließen und durch ein hochempfindliches Differenti-
alschaltgerät mit Überstromschutz zu schützen. Das Gerät ist durch Anschluß an der rückseitig vorgesehenen Klemme
in eine äquipotentiale Verbindung einzufügen.
yVor dem Anschließen bzw. Trennen vom Stromnetz ist sicherzustellen, daß der an der Vorderseite der Bedientafel be-
findliche Hauptschalter auf 0steht und nicht leuchtet.
yDas Gerät darf nicht ohne den einphasigen Stecker angeschlossen werden. Jegliche Änderung enthebt uns von unserer

BENUTZUNG

yTeller in den Schrank stellen. Bei voller Auslastung und kalten Tellern dauert das Aufwärmen bis auf 60 °C zwei Stunden.
WARTUNG
yBeim Einschalten leuchtet keine Leuchte auf:
-Stromzufuhr prüfen.
-Prüfen, ob Schalter auf 1.

REINIGUNG
yVor dem Reinigen Gerät vom Stromnetz trennen.
yDas Gerät darf nicht mit dem Schlauch abgespritzt werden.
yAllgemeines über Edelstahl : Die Bezeichnung «rostfreier Stahl» für Edelstahl kann für Verwirrung sorgen. Es handelt sich
dabei nämlich um einen Stahl, der unter bestimmten Bedingungen gegen Korrosion «geschützt» ist.
Jede Art von rostfreiem Stahl kann jedoch korrodieren:
-austenitischer Stahl. Beispiel «Edelstahl 304» oder auch 18/10 genannt.
-ferritischer Stahl. Beispiele: «F17» oder «F18TNb».
Die Korrosionsbeständigkeit von Edelstahl ist auf das Vorhandensein einer Passivschicht aus Chromoxid zurückzuführen,
die sich spontan beim Kontakt mit der Luft bildet. Jedes Phänomen, das die Bildung dieser Schicht verhindert, kann zu Kor-
rosion führen.Aus diesem Grund ist die Edelstahloberfläche in regelmäßigen Abständen von diversen Verschmutzungen
zu befreien, die zur Verminderung der Schutzeigenschaften der Passivschicht beitragen, und die verschiedenen Pfleges-
chritte sind unbedingt zu befolgen. (Reinigungsvorbereitung / Reinigen/ Spülen/ Desinfektion/ Spülen/ Trocknen).
DEUTSCH

- 8 -
Eine regelmäßige Pflege samt verlängerter Spülung mit Wasser ist das beste Mittel zur Wiederherstellung und Beibehal-
tung dieser Passivschicht.
Jeder der Pflegeschritte birgt jedoch unter bestimmten Bedingungen auch Gefahren für die Erhaltung der Passivschicht:
Verwendung von hartem Wasser/ Überdosierung von Reinigungsmitteln/ Verwendung von chlorhaltigen Reinigungsmit-
teln/ Lebensmittelreste auf den Produkten/ unzureichende Spülung ...
Bei Auftreten von Korrosion sollte ermittelt werden, welches Element oder welcher Schritt dafür verantwortlich ist.
yTipps :
-die Edelstahlflächen stets sauber und trocken halten. Stets für entsprechende Durchlüftung sorgen.
-eine tägliche Reinigung durchführen, um Kalkspuren, Fett und Lebensmittelreste zu entfernen. Die Korrosion kann
unter solchen Schichten aufgrund mangelnder Durchlüftung entstehen.
-die tägliche Reinigung kann mithilfe eines feuchten Lappens erfolgen. Bei Bedarf:
* Seifenwasser, Reinigungsmittel mit geringem Chloridanteil, chlorfreie Putzmittel oder Glasreiniger verwenden.
* hartnäckige Verunreinigungen mit einer nicht metallischen Bürste (Kunststoff, Naturseide oder rostfreie Stahlwolle)
entfernen.
-die Oberflächen nicht mit anderen Metallen als Edelstahl ankratzen. Es sollten vor allem keine Eisenbürsten verwen-
det werden.
-frische Rostflecken können mit sanften Schleifmitteln oder feinem Schmiergelpapier entfernt werden.
-bei größeren Flecken sollte warme Oxalsäure in einer Konzentration von 2-3% verwendet werden. Nehmen Sie bei
Bedarf eine Behandlung mit 10%-iger Salpetersäure vor.
Die Oberfläche ist nach jeder Behandlung mit viel Wasser abzuwaschen und zu trocknen.
Die Verwendung von Säure ist lediglich ausgebildeten Personen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Richtlinien gestattet.
yVerbotene Produkte :
-Bleichlauge und Chlorderivate
-Salzsäure
-Scheuerpulver aus Eisenoxyd.
yBedienfeld : vorsichtig reinigen. Hierzu ausschließlich einen Schwamm und Seifenwasser verwenden.
Dieses Gerät ist entsprechend den Richtlinien 2002/95/EG und 2002/96/EG über Abfälle in Elektro- oder Elektronik-
Altgeräten (DEEE oder WEEE) mit dem Symbol für Recycling versehen. Nach Ablauf der Lebenszeit ist das Gerät unter
Einhaltung der geltenden Richtlinien innerhalb des Landes, in dem es aufgestellt ist, zu entsorgen und dem Recycling
zuzuführen.

ACOMETIDA ELÉCTRICA
yCable con enchufe de conexión suministrado con el aparato de sección 1mm², 2 fases + Tierra.

ySe debe conectar el aparato a un enchufe hembra monofásico de 16 Amperios con toma a tierra y se conectará bajo la
dependencia de un dispositivo diferencial de alta sensibilidad que tendrá que estar protegido contra las sobreintensida-
des. Se debe incluir el aparato en un enlace equipotencial conectándolo al borne situado en la parte trasera.
yAntes de conectar o desconectar el aparato, cerciórese de que el interruptor general situado en la cara delantera del
panel de mando esté en 0y apagado.
yNo se puede conectar el aparato sin el enchufe monofásico. Cualquier modificación eximirá al fabricante de su respon-
sabilidad.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
yPoner el interruptor general en posición 0.
yConectar el enchufe 2P+T.
yPoner el interruptor en posición 1
yAjustar el termostato (temperatura óptima 60ºC)
yIntroducir los platos. Si los platos están fríos y el armario en plena carga, se necesitan 2 horas para que lleguen a 60ºC.
MANTENIMIENTO
yAl enchufarlo, no se enciende nada :
-compruebe la alimentación eléctrica.
-cerciórese de que el interruptor esté en posición 1.
-si el termostato de seguridad se ha activado, póngase en contacto con el distribuidor.
yEl carro no calienta :
-compruebe el ajuste del termostato.
-Si el termostato de seguridad se ha activado, póngase en contacto con el distribuidor.
yCable de alimentación de tipo H05RNF 3X1mm². Si desea cambiar el cable averiado o para cualquier operación de man-
tenimiento, recurra al servicio postventa habilitado.
MANTENIMIENTO
yAntes de proceder al mantenimiento, desenchufe el aparato.
yNo se debe limpiar el aparato con un dispositivo de chorro de agua.
yAspectos generales sobre el acero inoxidable : La denominación «acero inoxidable» puede prestarse a confusión. Se
trata de un acero que «resiste» a la corrosión en determinadas condiciones.
Cualquier tipo de acero inoxidable puede corroerse :
-austenítico. Ejemplo «acero inoxidable 304», también denominado 18/10.
-ferrítico. Ejemplos: «F17» o «F18TNb».
La resistencia a la corrosión de los aceros inoxidables está relacionada con la existencia de una capa pasiva de óxido de
cromo que se reconstituye espontáneamente tras el contacto con el aire. Cualquier fenómeno contrario a la creación de
esta capa puede provocar corrosión.
Por este motivo, es necesario eliminar periódicamente la suciedad de la superficie del acero inoxidable, ya que ésta po-
dría ser el origen de una degradación del nivel de resistencia de la capa pasiva y velar por el cumplimiento de las etapas
de limpieza. (Preparación a la limpieza / limpieza / aclarado / desinfección / aclarado / secado).
ESPAÑOL

Una limpieza periódica con aclarado prolongado de agua es el mejor modo de reconstituir y mantener la capa pasiva.
Cada una de las etapas relativas a la limpieza presenta riesgos de deterioro de la capa pasiva: utilización de agua dura
/ sobredosificación de los productos de limpieza / utilización de detergentes clorados / residuos alimenticios sobre los
productos / aclarado insuficiente ...
Para cualquier caso de corrosión, es conveniente identificar cuál es el elemento o la etapa que la ha originado.
yConsejos :
-mantener las superficies de acero inoxidable limpias y secas. Dejar circular el aire.
-realizar una limpieza diaria para eliminar las incrustaciones, las grasas y todos los residuos de alimentos. La corrosión
puede formarse bajo estas capas por la falta de entrada de aire.
-la limpieza diaria puede realizarse con un paño húmedo. Si es necesario:
* utilizar agua con jabón, productos de limpiezas con poco cloro, detergentes sin blanqueadores, desengrasantes
para cristales.
* retirar la suciedad correosa con un cepillo no metálico (materia plástica, sedas naturales o lana de acero inoxidable).
-no rayar las superficies con metales que no sean acero inoxidable. En concreto, no utilizar cepillos de hierro.
-las manchas frescas de óxido pueden eliminarse con agentes abrasivos suaves o papel de lija fino.
-para las manchas más difíciles, utilizar ácido oxálico caliente concentrado a 2-3%. Si es necesario, seguir un trata-
miento con ácido nítrico concentrado a 10%.
Después de cualquier tratamiento, lavar con abundante agua y secar.
La utilización de ácido se reserva a las personas con formación y respetando la reglamentación.
yProductos prohibidos :
-la lejía y los derivados clorados
-el ácido clorhídrico
-los polvos abrasivos con óxido de hierro.

MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
yAl momento dell’accensione, non si accende nulla :
-Verificare l’alimentazione elettrica
-Verificare che l’interruttore si trovi in posizione 1
-Il termostato di sicurezza è disinserito. Contattare il rivenditore.
yIl carrello non riscalda :

zione, rivolgersi ad un servizio post vendita autorizzato.
MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA
yPrima di effettuare qualsiasi manutenzione, disconnettere elettricamente l’apparecchio.
yL’apparecchio non deve essere pulito con un getto d’acqua.
yInformazioni generali sull’acciaio inossidabile : il nome «acciaio inossidabile» può trarre in inganno. Si tratta di un ac-
ciaio che «resiste» alla corrosione in particolari condizioni.
Tuttavia, qualsiasi tipo di acciaio inossidabile si può corrodere :
-austenitico. Cioè l’»inox 304» comunemente chiamato 18/10.
-ferritico. Cioè l’»F17» o «F18TNb».
La resistenza alla corrosione dell’acciaio inossidabile è legata alla presenza di uno strato passivo di ossido di cromo che
si riforma spontaneamente al contatto con l’aria. Qualsiasi fenomeno che impedisce la creazione di questo strato può
causare corrosione.
Proprio per questo motivo, bisogna rimuovere periodicamente lo sporco dalla superficie dell’acciaio, in quanto può es-
sere un segnale di deterioramento del livello di resistenza dello strato passivo. A tal proposito, si prega di considerare le
seguenti fasi di manutenzione: preparazione alla pulizia, pulizia, risciacquo, disinfezione, risciacquo, asciugatura.

Una manutenzione regolare con risciacquo prolungato è il miglior metodo per far riformare e mantenere lo strato passivo.
Ognuna di queste fasi presenta rischi di deterioramento dello strato passivo, come ad esempio l’utilizzo di acqua dura,
il sovradosaggio dei prodotti di pulizia, l’utilizzo di detergenti clorati, i residui alimentari, un risciacquo insufficiente...
In tutti i casi di corrosione, occorre identificare l’elemento o la fase corrosiva.
yConsigli :
-mantenere pulita e asciutta la superficie dell’acciaio inossidabile. Lasciare circolare l’aria.
-pulire quotidianamente per eliminare le incrostazioni, i grassi e i residui degli alimenti. La corrosione può formarsi
sotto questi strati per mancanza di circolazione dell’aria.
-la pulizia quotidiana può essere effettuata con un panno umido. Se necessario:
* utilizzare acqua saponata, prodotti per la pulizia poveri di cloruro, detergenti senza candeggina, sgrassatori per
vetri.
* rimuovere lo sporco ostinato con una spazzola non metallica (in plastica, naturale o in lana d’acciaio inox)
-evitare di rigare la superficie con metalli diversi dall’acciaio inossidabile. In particolar modo, non utilizzare spazzole
di ferro.
-le macchie fresche di ruggine possono essere eliminate con degli agenti abrasivi naturali o con una carta smerigliata fine.
-per le macchie più resistenti, utilizzare una concentrazione di acido ossalico caldo al 2-3%. Se necessario, trattare con
acido nitrico concentrato al 10%.
Dopo ogni trattamento, lavare abbondantemente con acqua e asciugare.
L’utilizzo di acido è consentito alle persone con una certa esperienza e nel rispetto delle regolamentazioni.
yProdotti vietati :
-candeggina e prodotti derivati contenenti cloro.
-acido cloridrico
-polveri abrasive all’ossido di ferro.
yTastiera di comando : pulire con precauzione. Utilizzare unicamente una spugna intrisa d’acqua e sapone.
Questo apparecchio ha il simbolo del riciclaggio in conformità con le direttive 2002/95/CE e 2002/96/CE relative ai

ELEKTRISCHE AANSLUITING
yHet apparaat wordt geleverd met een kabel met steker van een doorsnede van 1 mm², 2 fasen + aarde.

yHet apparaat moet op een enkelfase contactdoos worden aangesloten van 16 ampère met aardlekaansluiting en moet
eveneens worden aangesloten op een uiterst gevoelige differentieel inrichting en moet worden beschermd tegen overs-
troom. Het apparaat moet bovendien worden aangesloten op een equipotentiële verbinding via aansluiting op de klem
aan de achterzijde.
yAlvorens het apparaat aan- of uit te zetten, controleren of de hoofd schakelaar die zich op de voorzijde van het bedie-
ningspaneel bevindt, op “O” en uit staat .
yHet apparaat mag niet aangesloten worden zonder de enkelfase steker. Iedere wijziging doet onze aansprakelijkheid
vervallen.
WERKING
yDe hoofd schakelaar op O zetten.
yDe steker 2 fasen + aarde in de contactdoos steken.

yDe thermostaat instellen (optimale temperatuur 60°C)
yDe borden in het apparaat plaatsen. Als de borden koud zijn en de kast helemaal wordt volgeladen, moet men 2 uur
uittellen voordat zij 60°C bereikt hebben.
REPARATIES EN VERVANGEN VAN ONDERDELEN
yAls men het apparaat onder spanning zet, gaat er niets branden :
-de elektrische voeding controleren
-controleren of de schakelaar op 1 staat
-de veiligheidsthermostaat is in werking getreden. Neem contact op met de leverancier.
yDe kast wordt niet warm :
-de afstelling van de thermostaat controleren
-de veiligheidsthermostaat is in werking getreden. Neem contact op met de leverancier.
yVoedingskabel van het type H05RNF 3 x 1 mm². Een beroep doen op een erkende servicedienst voor het vervangen van
een beschadigde kabel of voor iedere andere ingreep.
ONDERHOUD
yVoor iedere onderhoudsbeurt het apparaat elektrisch uitschakelen.
yHet apparaat mag niet met een waterstraal schoongemaakt worden.
yAlgemene informatie over roestvrij staal : De benaming ‘roestvrij staal’ kan tot verwarring leiden. Het is staal dat ‘weerstaat’
aan corrosie onder bepaalde omstandigheden.
Elke soort roestvrij staal kan corroderen:
-Austenitisch. Voorbeeld ‘inox 304’ of ook wel 18/10 genoemd.
-Ferritisch. Voorbeelden: ‘F17’ of ‘F18TNb’.
De weerstand tegen corrosie van roestvrij staat is gelinkt aan het bestaan van een passieve laag chroomoxide die zich spon-
taan opnieuw vormt bij aanraking met lucht. Elk fenomeen die het aanmaken van die laag tegenwerkt kan corrosie veroorza-
ken. Het is daarom dat u regelmatig het inox oppervlak moet vrijmaken van allerlei vuil dat aan de basis kan liggen van een
vermindering van het niveau van weerstand van de passieve laag en u moet er ook op letten dat u de onderhoudsetappes
goed naleeft. (Voorbereiding op het schoonmaken / schoonmaken / spoelen / desinfecteren / spoelen / drogen).

Regelmatig onderhoud met langdurig spoelen met water is de beste manier om de passieve laag opnieuw te vormen en
te onderhouden.
Elk van de stappen van het onderhoud vormt een risico op vermindering van de passieve laag: gebruik van hard water
/ overdosering van onderhoudsproducten / gebruik van detergenten met chloor / voedingsresten op de producten /
onvoldoende spoelen ...
Voor elk geval van corrosie is het nodig om te identificeren welk element of welke stap er aan de oorsprong ligt.
yAdviezen :
-De oppervlakken in roestvrij staal proper en droog houden. Laat de lucht circuleren.
-Dagelijks reinigen om kalkaanslag, vet en allerlei voedselresten te verwijderen. De corrosie kan zich vormen onder
die lagen door gebrek aan luchtaanvoer.
-De dagelijkse reiniging kan uitgevoerd worden met een vochtige vod. Indien nodig:
* zeepsop gebruiken, reinigingsproducten die weinig chloride bevatten, detergenten zonder javel , ontvetters voor
ramen.
* het hardnekkig vuil verwijderen met een borstel zonder metaal (plastic, natuurlijke zijde of wol van roestvrij
staal).
-de oppervlakken niet bekrassen met metalen die geen roestvrij staal zijn. U mag in het bijzonder geen ijzerborstels
gebruiken.
-de verse roestplekken kunnen verwijderd worden met zachte schuurmiddelen of met fijn schuurlinnen.
-voor de grotere plekken gebruikt u warm oxaalzuur geconcentreerd op 2 - 3 %. Indien nodig voert u een behandeling
uit met salpeterzuur geconcentreerd op 10 %.
Na elke behandeling rijkelijk spoelen met water en afdrogen.
Het gebruik van zuur is voorbehouden voor bekwame personen en mits het naleven van de reglementering.
yVerboden producten :
-javelwater en afgeleiden met chloor
-zoutzuur
-schuurpoeders met ijzeroxide.
yBedieningspaneel : voorzichtig schoonmaken. Uitsluitend schoonmaken met een spons met zeepwater.
Dit apparaat draagt het recyclagesymbool conform de richtlijnen 2002/95/EG en 2002/96/EG met betrekking tot de
Afgedankte Elektrische en Elektronische Apparaten (AEEA). Op het einde van zijn levensduur moet het apparaat worden
gerecycleerd volgens de reglementering die van kracht is in het land van installatie.
