1.
Start an end of a
double screw (d) in the
hole in the top of each
leg. Thread the opposite
end of the double screw
into the corresponding
arm, turning the legs
clockwise to tighten, until
the top of the leg is tight
and flush with the bottom
of the arm. The
slots/threaded inserts in
the legs should face
toward the inside edge of
its corresponding arm.
2.
Attach the 2
Mid Back Legs (L &
M) to the Seat
Base (E) using (2)
of hardware (d) for
each leg. Attach
the Front Mid Leg
(K) using (2) of
hardware (d). The
Mid Front Leg will
require the use of
the L-Key (h).
3.
Fasten the Lefthand
Arm/Leg assembly from Step
1 to the Seat Base (E). Fasten
the Back Leg using (2) of
hardware (d). Fasten the
Front Leg using (2) of
hardware (e).

Slide Front Spreader (H)
through the slot in the Front
Mid Leg and insert the end into
the slot in the Front Left Leg
(C). The tenon on the spreader
should be toward the front as
shown. Fasten the Righthand
Arm/Leg assembly from Step 1
to the Seat Base as in Step 3.
Be sure the tenons of the
spreader are in the front leg
slots.
5.
Turn the assembly from Step 4 onto its front side so the Spreader and
Mid Leg holes are face up. Fasten the Spreader (H) to both Front Legs (C
& D) using (2) of hardware (b) at the end of each spreader. Use the 6" bit
(f) for these screws. Hold the Mid Leg square to the seat front. Fasten it to
the Spreader (H) using (1) of hardware (b) - see back of Mid Leg above.

Starting with LH
Back Assembly (I),
slide it into the seat
frame as shown.
Hand-tighten the
bolt positions 1 & 2
at right, arm bolt
first then the 4
bottom bolts.
Repeat the process
for the RH Back
Assembly (J), bolt
positions 3 & 4.
Finally, hand-
tighten the middle
bolts (position 5).
Once all bolts are
seated, tighten
them fully in the
numeric order
shown.
