3 Simplified
3.1 Installation of the device
Step 1:
Use the Allen key to loosen the three screws on the dome and open the cover.
Step 2:
Position the base on a wall or on a ceiling using the connection diagram .
Step 3:
Drill three mounting holes and one hole for the cable.
Insert the expansion plugs into the mounting holes.
Step 4:
Fix the base in place using three screws.

Step 5:
Position the device at the appropriate monitoring angle:
- Manually loosen the screws on both sides of the module (1), adjust the angle of inclination of the module.
- Manually loosen the central screw at the bottom of the module (2), adjust the angle of rotation of the module.
- Adjust the zoom (3) and focus (4) of the lens
Step 6:
Reattach the cover to the base using the three screws on the dome and the Allen key.

3.2 SD card installation
Important: Before installing the SD card, disconnect the electric power cable to power down the device.
Open the dome cover, as explained in step 1, chapter 3.1, to access the SD card port.

4 Connecting the device and opening the Web application
4.1 IE configuration options: configuration tools & IE
This device is accessible via the Internet Explorer web browser.
If the system displays a warning message asking if you want to install the webrec.cab control, click the "OK" button and
the system will automatically install it.
If you are unable to install the file, you can lower the security level in Internet Explorer (see example above) or disable
the phishing filter. Make sure you have administrator rights on your Windows session.

4.1.1 Connecting with the search tool (Config Tool)
See chapter "5.2.1 Connecting to the device's Web interface"
4.1.2 Connecting with Internet Explorer
The camera's default IP settings are as follows:
- IP address: 192.168.1.108
- User name: admin
- Password: admin
Open Internet Explorer 32 Bits in administrator mode.
Enter the camera's IP address into the address bar.
Thus, if your camera's IP address is 192.168.1.108, enter "http://192.168.1.108" in the address bar.
4.2 Connecting with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome
Go to the Apple website, then download and install QuickTime (www.apple.com/quicktime/download).
Then open Firefox or Chrome and enter your device's IP address into the browser's URL bar.
Note: The appearance of the interface may be different when using these browsers and certain buttons may not appear.
If necessary, you can use IE tab extensions for your browser.

5 Quick configuration tool (Config Tool)
5.1 Presentation
The quick configuration tool is used to search for or modify an IP address. It also lets you modify settings. You will find
this tool on the CD supplied with your camera.
Before using the quick configuration tool, please ensure you have the latest version.
5.2 Searching/Connecting
In the application directory, select "ConfigTool.exe", then double-click it.
You must have at least version 1.07.0.R.121203 of the configuration tool.
5.2.1 Connecting to the device's Web interface
To see the list of devices connected to the same network segment, click the "Refresh" button. The tool searches for
connected devices and then displays a list of results with the corresponding IPv4 and IPv6 versions.
In the "Device list" interface, you can view the devices' IP addresses (IPv4 et IPv6), port number, subnet mask, default
gateway and MAC address.
1 - Select the IPv4 addresses (the IPv6 addresses will disappear) and then right-click the highlighted line.

2- Select "Open Device Web" to access the device's Web interface:
If you are unable to connect, check the security settings of Internet Explorer as described in Chapter 4.
5.2.2 Modifying the network parameters
1 - Select the IPv4 addresses (the IPv6 addresses will disappear) and then left-click to select your camera.

2- Click on the "Login" button, or double-click on the highlighted line. The following page will open:
The connection settings are pre-filled.
3- Click on the "Login" button. The main interface will appear.

6 Resetting the camera
Push the "RST" button located on the inside of the camera for 10 seconds.
Wait for the camera to restart automatically.
The cameras default settings will have been reset.

7 Smartphone and Tablet Application
7.1 Apple (iOS)
The "URA Camera Viewer" available on Appstore allows you to view your CCTV system locally or remotely via an
EDGE, 3G or Wi-Fi connection.
The functionality includes: live streaming, taking instant photos and viewing recordings.
An installation wizard, tutorials and help pages are available within the application.
The application is compatible with:
- iPhone 4 or above (iOS 5 minimum)
- iPad 2 or above, iPad mini (iOS 5 minimum)
7.2 Android
