un nuevo concepto revolucionario, la Moto-Bike,
que te hará disfrutar como nunca antes habías soñado.

El Overdrive te permitirá pedalear a cualquier velocidad con el máximo confort. Presiona con el talón del pie
el pulsador en el eje del pedalier. Para volver a cambiar realiza la misma acción, pero con el pie contrario.
Presiona con el pie derecho para pedalear a altas velocidades (puede variar en función de la versión).
Para evitar que se desajuste el desviador
apóyala siempre por su lado izquierdo.

IDENTIFICA LA UBICACIÓN DE LOS FRENOS.
El freno delantero está en la maneta derecha. El freno trasero está en la
maneta izquierda.
Asegúrate, SIEMPRE antes de emprender la marcha, que el acelerador
retorna correctamente a su posición de reposo.
Circula extremando la precaución siempre que uses el botón POWER
CONTROL.
Verifica SIEMPRE que el vehículo queda apagado tras su uso. Botón de
paro en posición OFF.
ADVERTENCIA
INDICADOR DE ALERTA.
Luz Intermitente: sigue conduciendo y
disfrutando. El sistema de autoprotección
de Brinco modulará la entrega de potencia
para reducir el nivel de exigencia solicitado
a tu Brinco.
Luz fija: el vehículo se detiene. Consulta en
el manual de usuario el listado completo
de mensajes de alertas.
ADVERTENCIA INFO
Para sacar el máximo partido de tu Brinco recarga
la batería inmediatamente después de su uso.
A la derecha del modo de conducción se muestra
un valor indicativo de la potencia instantánea en W.
Siempre que el panel de instrumentos esté
iluminado tu Brinco estará encendida pero solo
se encontrará en condición de marcha cuando el
botón de paro esté en posición ON.

CONOCE TU BRINCO / INSTRUMENTOS

Para montar de nuevo la batería realiza los pasos descritos
en orden inverso.
Si deseas cargar la batería sin desmontar la del
vehículo deberás llevar a cobo únicamente el paso uno y
conectar el cargador directamente girando el mismo en el
sentido de las agujas del reloj.
Los siguientes indicadores en el cargador te informarán
sobre el estado de carga:
La batería está cargando.
La batería está completamente cargada.
Fallo durante la carga. Consultar manual usuario.
INFO ADVERTENCIA
Antes de desmontar la batería asegúrate
siempre de que la Moto-Bike se encuentra
desconectada. La batería puede sufrir daños
si se descarga completamente.
Al cargar, coloca la batería horizontalmente en un
lugar seguro y cercano a la toma de red.
Para optimizar la vida útil de la batería es recomendable cargarla completamente.
Si no vas a utilizarla durante más de 30 días, es necesario mantenerla enchufada y cargando o hacerle al menos
una carga de 2 horas cada 30 días.
1. Sillín: adapta la altura a tu talla.
2. Manillar: adapta la altura a tu talla.
3. Elementos mecánicos: asegúrate que todos
los elementos estén fijados correctamente
(revisar tabla Par de Apriete en Manual de
Usuario).
4. Frenos: adapta la posición de las manetas,
comprueba su funcionamiento y familiarízate
con la asignación de las manetas a los frenos.
5. Amortiguación: ajusta tanto la delantera
como la trasera a tu gusto.
6. Neumáticos: comprueba estado y presión.
Presiones recomendadas:
Brinco R-Re-C: 1,8bar Del- 2,2bar Tras.
Brinco S: 2,2bar Del - 2,5bar Tras.
7. Mando del acelerador: acciónalo
cuidadosamente y suéltalo para comprobar que
retorna correctamente a su posición inicial
(con el botón de paro en posición OFF).
8. Batería: cárgala para obtener las máximas
prestaciones. No olvides que con sólo dos líneas
en el indicador de autonomía, podrás utilizar
únicamente el mapa de conducción eco y tour.
9. Retrovisor: adáptalo para tener una correcta
visión (solo versiones homologadas).
Antes de conducir, asegúrate
de que todo esté en orden
1. Desconecta el cable
de alimentación de la
batería girando el mismo
en sentido contrario a las
agujas del reloj.
2. Introduce la llave
para desbloquear el cierre
de seguridad. Extrae el
tornillo de sujeción de la
batería.
3. Sujeta firme
la batería y gírala
ligeramente sobre su
base hasta liberarla del
anclaje superior.
4. Una vez desacoplada
de los soportes inferiores,
quita la batería hacia
arriba y ya puedes
conectarla al cargador.
Batería: Montaje, desmontaje y carga
Cuando enchufes el conector
macho a la batería, asegúrate
de que están perfectamente
alineados para evitar
dañarlos.
PREPARA TU BRINCO

Irás tan rápido y llegarás tan lejos como seas capaz de asociar las pulsaciones de tu corazón
con el corazón eléctrico de tu Brinco
1. Apoya la tarjeta de arranque
en la parte anterior del panel de
instrumentos (se iluminará el
indicador de alerta).
2. Acciona cualquiera de las dos
manetas de freno.
3. Selecciona el modo de conducción
(ECO / TOUR / SPORT).
Para modificarlo, realizar una
pulsación corta del botón “MODE”.
4. Posiciona el botón de paro en ON
(botón no presionado).
5. Acelera y Rock Your Brinco!
Arranca la Moto-Bike en 5 pasos
· Conduce siempre con responsabilidad.
· Usa siempre casco, guantes y una equipación
adecuada al uso que vayas a hacer de la Moto-
Bike.
· No lleves nunca pasajeros.
· No utilices la Moto-Bike para remolcar ni para
transportar equipaje.
· Mantén adecuadamente la Moto-Bike, para evitar
averías y cualquier funcionamiento anómalo de sus
elementos.
· La Moto-Bike Brinco R, al carecer de los elementos
de homologación necesarios para la circulación, no
es apta para su uso en vías públicas.
ADVERTENCIA
Antes que nada comprueba que el botón de paro se encuentra en la
posición OFF (botón presionado).
CONDUCE Y DISFRUTA

Lleva la Brinco a su mayor expresión
Power Control:
El Power Control te
permite mantener la
potencia constante.
Úsalo para optimizar el
consumo de energía y
la autonomía.
Tracción combinada:
Aunque pedaleo y
motor son sistemas
independientes, combina
ambos para disfrutar
del mayor placer de
conducción.
Overdrive:
Usa el Overdrive cuando
conduces a altas
velocidades. Actívalo
pulsándolo con un
simple movimiento del
pie derecho.
CONSEJOS DE NUESTROS PILOTOS
En esta ruta de ejemplo en la que se rueda por
terrenos variados con tramos llanos, pendientes
y bajadas, nuestros pilotos te cuentan cómo
combinar los modos de conducción con los
sistemas de pedaleo, Power Control y Overdrive.
Ten presente que esto es únicamente un ejemplo,
la autonomía de tus rutas la eliges tú, en función
de la combinación que hagas de los tres modos
de conducción.
Para atacar las pendientes usamos siempre el
Modo ECO combinado con los pedales.
Pedaleo y motor son independientes, pero los
combinamos durante todo el recorrido para sacar
lo mejor de la Brinco.

to have your confidence. The new Brinco is a new and
groundbreaking concept, the Moto- Bike, that you will enjoy
in a way you have never dreamed of before.
For Bultaco innovation is not only to reach new technological
goals, but also to oer new experiences. And Brinco is
something completely new and ground-breaking, it is the result
of the wanting to transport the Bultaco spirit to a new era, with
a new language, whilst always being true to the classic brand
values: passion, innovation, competition.
With Brinco, Bultaco proposes a whole new way to
understand and live the two wheels. A striking combination
between the worlds of the motorcycle and the bicycle:
electric propulsion and the physical experience of pedaling,
independently, or by combining the two systems. You decide at
every moment how to maximise the perfect symbiosis between
the handlebar and the pedals.

Overdrive means that you can pedal with maximum comfort at any speed. Switch to Overdrive by
pressing the button located at the base of the rod. To change back, simply press the same button with
the other foot. Press with the right foot to pedal at high speeds (may vary depending on the version).
To prevent the derailleur from coming loose,
always lean it on its left side.

IDENTIFY THE CORRECT POSITIONING OF THE BRAKES.
The front brake lever is on the right handlebar grip. The rear brake lever is
on the left handlebar grip.
Always make sure before switching ON your Brinco, that the accelerator
returns correctly to its position when you release it after accelerating.
Take great care while using the POWER CONTROL button.
ALWAYS check that the vehicle is turned o after every use. Stop button
in OFF position.
WARNING
WARNING INDICATOR.
Flashing light: keep driving and enjoy your
Brinco. The self-protection system will
regulate the power delivery to decrease
your Brinco’s demand level.
Continuous light: the vehicle will stop.
Check the User Manual for the full list of
warning signs.
To improve battery life as much as possible and
optimise its performance, recharge the battery after
every use.
To the right of the Driving Mode you will find the
instant power value in W.
Whenever the dashboard is illuminated your Brinco
will be on, but it will only be in running condition
when stop button is ON.
WARNING INFO

To reassemble your battery, follow the steps described in
reverse order.
If you want to charge your battery without removing
it you must follow only step 1 and directly connect it to the
charger, turning it counterclockwise.
The following charger indicators will show the battery’s
charge state:
The battery is charging.
The battery is fully charged.
Failure during charging. Check charger instructions.
Before removing the battery make sure your
Brinco is always disconnected. The battery
may be damaged if it is fully discharged.
While charging, place the battery in a safe,
horizontal position, close to the socket.
1. Seat: adjust the height to your size
2. Handlebar: adjust the height to your size
3. Mechanical Components: make sure
that all items are correctly set (check / see
Torque Table section in User Manual).
4. Brakes: adjust the position of the handles,
check their operation and familiarise
yourself with the brake levers.
5. Suspension: set both the front and rear
suspension as you prefer.
6. Tyres: check their condition and pressure.
Recommended pressure.
Brinco R-Re-C: 1,8bar Front- 2,2bar Rear.
Brinco S: 2,2bar Front - 2,5bar Rear.
7. Throttle lever: handle it carefully and
release it to check that it correctly returns
to its initial position (make sure to do it with
the stop button in the OFF position).
8. Battery: charge it for maximum
performance. Do not forget that when the
battery indicator on the dashboard displays
only two lines, you can use only the eco and
tour ride maps.
9. Side mirror: adjust the position to have a
clear vision (homologated version).
Make sure that everything works
correctly before riding your Brinco
1. Unplug the power cord
from the battery by hand
by turning the connector
housing a quarter turn
counterclockwise and
pulling it out carefully.
2. Enter the key provided
by Bultaco to unlock
the battery safety lock.
Remove the battery
retaining screw.
3. Hold the battery
firmly and rotate it
slightly on its base to
release it from the upper
chassis anchoring.
4. Once the battery is
disconnected from the
lower supports, lift the
battery up to fully remove
it. You can now connect it
to the charger.

GET YOUR BRINCO READY
INFO WARNING
To optimize the battery life is recommended to fully charge. We recommend that the BRINCO battery kept
connected to the charger if is not going to be used for more than 30 days. In case you decided not to keep the battery
connected to the charger, make sure to charger the battery for at least 2 hours every 30 days.

connector to the battery,

Always ride responsibly.
Always wear a helmet, gloves and use
proper equipment for your ride.
Never carry passengers.
Do not use the Moto-Bike to tow or to transport
luggage. Maintain the Moto-Bike properly to
avoid damage and technical faults.
The Moto-Bike Brinco R is for o road use and
is not suitable for use on public roads.

How fast you go and far you get will depend on combining your own pulse with the
Brinco’s electrical heart.
1. Press your key card to the rear side
of the dashboard (the warning light
will be activated).
2. Pull one of the two brake levers.
3. Select your riding map
(ECO / TOUR / SPORT).
To change it, make a short press
on the “MODE” button.
4. Place the stop button in the ON
position (button not pressed).
5. Accelerate and Rock Your Brinco!

First of all make sure that the stop button is in the OFF position
(pressed).

movement of your right leg.

On this sample route, on which you cover a variety
of terrain, with flats, grades and descents, our
riders tell you how to combine riding modes with
the pedaling system, Power Control and Overdrive.

Keep in mind that this is just an example. You
decide how far you can go on your ride, which will
depend on how you combine the three modes.
To attack hills always use the ECO Mode in
combination with the pedals.
The pedaling and motor are independent, but you
use them both throughout your ride to get the very
most out of the Brinco.
