•Remove straps
•Unscrew the 6 screws in the bottom of the box

•With assistance, lift and remove the upper part of the box
•Carefully remove the wrapping

Same gap distance
•Unscrew the 4 screws on the stem
•Place the handlebar and stem in the correct
position and tighten the four screws (10 Nm)

•Place the handlebar and stem in the correct
position and tighten the four screws (10 Nm)

•Place display on top of stem and add two
screws with washers and tighten (2Nm)

•Remove the screws holding the fork in position
•Remove all straps on the Kalk

•With assistance, rotate the Kalk 90 degrees on the stool
•Make sure to hold the rear wheel in the air while mounting the
front wheel during next steps

•Remove the front axle
•Remove the break wedge on the calipers

•Place thewheel spacers in thecorrect position (the side with a step pointing into the hub)
•Put the front wheel in place and insert the axle
