(I) INFORMAZIONI PRELIMINARI
I miscelatori termostatici della linea CARIMALI sono idonei al funzionamento con acqua calda fornita da accumulatori in pressione. Per
il funzionamento con scalda acqua istantanei elettrici o a gas verificare che questi abbiano una potenza non inferiore a 18 KW o 250
Kcal/min. ; per il tipo a gas è consigliato l’utilizzo di apparecchi con regolazione automatica della fiamma in funzione del volume di
acqua prelevato.
ATTENZIONE: con i miscelatori termostatici non si possono utilizzare accumulatori di acqua calda senza pressione.
ATTENZIONE: in caso di pericolo di gelo svuotare l’impianto domestico e smontare la cartuccia termostatica (vedere
paragrafo USO E MANUTENZIONE-Smontaggio cartuccia termostatica) per consentire il completo svuotamento del
miscelatore.

(UK) PREVIOUS INFORMATION
The thermostatic mixers of the CARIMALI line are suitable to operate with hot water supplied by accumulators in pressure.
For use with instantaneous electric or gas water heaters make sure they have a minimum output of 18 kW or 250 Kcal / min.;
for the gas type it is recommended the use of devices with automatic adjustment of the flame according to the volume of the taken
water.
WARNING: thermostatic mixers cannot be used with hot water storage without pressure.
WARNING: in case of danger of frost drain the home system and remove the thermostatic cartridge (see section USE AND
MAINTENANCE Removing thermostatic cartridge) to allow the complete emptying of the mixer.

(F) INFORMATIONS PRELIMINAIRES
Les mixers thermostatiques de la ligne CARIMALI adaptés à fonctionner avec l’eau chaude fournie par accumulateurs en pression.
Pour le fonctionnement avec chauffe-eau instantanés électriques ou a gaz, vérifier que ceux-ci aient une puissance non inférieure à 18
KW ou 250 Kcal/min. ; pour le type à gaz il est recommandé l’usage d’appareillage avec réglage de la flamme en fonction du volume
d’eau prélevé.
ATTENTION: On ne peut pas utiliser les accumulateurs d’eau chaude sans pression avec les mixers thermostatiques.
ATTENTION: En cas de danger de glace vider l’implantation domestique et démonter la cartouche thermostatique (voir
paragraphe USAGE et MANUTENTION démontage cartouche thermostatique) pour consentir le vidage complet du mixer..

(D) VORINFORMATION
Die thermostatische Mischbatterie der CARIMALI Linie sind für den Lauf mit warmem Wasser geeignet, das aus Druck- Akkumulatoren
ausgestattet wird. Um den Lauf mit Elektrisch/Gas- Durchlauferhitzer prüfen Sie, dass die Geräte eine Minimum Leistung von 18 KW
oder 250 Kcal/Min. haben; für das Gas-Gerät riet man, ein mit automatische Regelung der Flamme zu benutzen, die in Funktion des
Volume des entnommenen Wasser ist.
ACHTUNG: mit thermostatische Mischbatterie darf man nicht die “Ohne-Druck” warmes Wasser Akkumulatoren benutzen.
ACHTUNG: Im Frost-Notfall leeren die ganze häusliche Anlage und zerlegen die Thermostatische Kartusche, um die ganze
Leerung der Mischbatterie zu erlauben.(Sehen Abschnitt VERWENDUNG UND WARTUNG - Thermostatische Kartusche
Demontage).

Realizzare l’impianto di adduzione delle acque seguendo le
indicazioni riportate nello schema.
Ingresso acqua calda a sinistra con attacco da G1/2”.
Ingresso acqua fredda a destra con attacco da G1/2”.
Follow the indications reported in the pictures to make the
connections to the water plant.
Hot water inlet left side with elbow G1/2”. Cold-water inlet
right side with elbow G1/2”.
Suivre les indications reportées dans les illustrations pour
réaliser l’implant des raccords à l’eau.
Arrivée eau chaude à gauche avec raccord 1/2”G. Arrivée
eau froide à droite avec raccord 1/2"G.

Avvitare i raccordi eccentrici agli attacchi dell’impianto,
utilizzando canapa o similari per realizzare la tenuta idraulica.
Screw the eccentric connectors onto the water connections of
the plant using material like hemp to ensure the
waterproofing.
Visser les raccords excentriques sur les raccords d’eau de
l’implant en utilisant du chanvre ou autre similaire pour
assurer l’étanchéité du montage.
Schrauben die exzentrischen Verbindungen mit den
Anlageangriffe, benutzen Hanf oder ähnlich, um die
Wasserdichte zu realisieren.
Con l’ausilio di una livella e di un metro, posizionare
correttamente in bolla e ad una distanza di 150 mm i raccordi
eccentrici.
Using a level and a meter, put the eccentric connector at the
correct level at a distance of 150mm one from the other.
À l’aide d’un niveau à bulle et d’un mètre, mettre les raccords
à niveau en distanciant l’un de l’autre de 150 mm.
Mit einer Wasserwaage und einem Meter, positionieren die
exzentrischen Verbindungen in der richtigen Lage. Die
Entfernung zwischen den Verbindungen muss 150 mm sein.
Avvitare a mano i rosoni sui raccordi eccentrici in battuta sulla
parete.
Hand-tighten the rosettes on the eccentric connections all the
way down.
Visser à la main les rosettes des raccords excentriques
jusqu’à ce qui buttent au mur.
Schrauben die Fensterrose auf die exzentrischen
Verbindungen bis zur Wand ein.

Inserire le guarnizioni di tenuta nelle calotte di serraggio.
Insert the gaskets into the fixing nuts.
Insérer les joints dans les écrous de serrage
Stecken die Dichtungsringe in die Spannenkappen.
Montare il miscelatore termostatico alla parete serrando le
calotte con chiave inglese da 32 mm.
Fix the thermostatic mixer to the wall by tightening the nuts
with a 32 mm wrench.
Fixer le robinet thermostatique au mur en serrant les écrous à
l’aide d’une clé de 32 mm.
Montieren die thermostatische Mischbatterie an der Wand
und schließen die Kappen mit einem 32 mm Schlüssel.
Marcare la posizione dei fori di fissaggio.
Mark the position of the fixing holes.
Marquer la position des trous de fixation.
Markieren die Lage der unbeweglichen Löcher.
Smontare il miscelatore termostatico dalla parete svitando le
calotte con chiave inglese da 32 mm.
Remove the thermostatic mixer from the wall by unscrewing
the nuts with a 32 mm wrench.
Enlever le robinet thermostatique du mur en dévissant les
écrous à l’aide d’une clé de 32 mm.
Lösen die thermostatische Mischbatterie aus der Wand mit
einem 32 mm Schlüssel. Lösen die Kappen.

Con una punta a muro Ø8 praticare i fori nella parete.
Make the holes in the wall using a Ø8 wall drill bit.
Avec une perceuse Ø 8 faire les trous dans la paroi
Mit einer Ø 8 Mauere-Spitze, machen der Löcher in die
Wand.
Verificare la presenza delle guarnizioni all’interno del
rubinetto.
Verify the presence of the washers inside the thermostatic
mixer.
Vérifier la présence des jointes à l’intérieur du robinet
thermostatique.
Überprüfen Sie das Vorhandensein der Dichtungen in der
thermostatische Mischbatterie.
Inserire i tasselli nei fori e montare il miscelatore termostatico
alla parete serrando le calotte con chiave inglese da 32 mm.
Insert the plugs in the holes and install the thermostatic mixer
to the wall by tightening the nuts with a 32 mm wrench.
Placer les tasseaux dans les trous et fixer le robinet
thermostatique au mur en serrant les écrous à l’aide d’une clé
de 32 mm.
Stecken den Dübel in der Löcher. Montieren die
thermostatische Mischbatterie an der Wand und schließen die
Kappen mit einem 32 mm Schlüssel.
Fissare il miscelatore termostatico alla parete serrando le viti,
interponendo i raccordi filettati.
Avvitare i tappi estetici ai raccordi.
Fix the thermostatic mixer to the wall by tightening the screws
and by putting the threaded connections.
Screw the aesthetic plugs to the threaded connections.
Fixer le robinet thermostatique au mur en serrant les vis,
préfixant les raccords à visser.
Visser les bouchons esthétiques.
Machen die thermostatische Mischbatterie auf der Wand fest.
Verschließen die Schrauben, die Verschraubung setzen.
Schrauben die ästhetischen Verschlusse an die Nippel.

Inserire il tubo più corto nel miscelatore termostatico e serrare
la calotta con chiave inglese da 30 mm.
Inserire il deviatore sul tubo con la curvetta rivolta verso il
basso e serrare la calotta con chiave esagonale da 30 mm.
Insert the shortest shower tube in the thermostatic mixer and
tighten the nut with a 30 mm wrench.
Insert the diverter on the tube with the elbow facing
downward and tighten the nut with a 30 mm hexagonal
wrench.
Insérer le tube le plus court dans le mélangeur
thermostatique et serrer l'écrou avec une clé de 30 mm.
Insérer l’inverseur sur le tube avec le coude vers le bas et
serrer l'écrou avec une clé hexagonale de 30 mm.
Legen Sie die kürzere Röhre in das Thermostatmischer und
ziehen Sie die Kappe mit einem 30 mm Schraubenschlüssel.
Legen Sie die Umstellung mit der Kümmer nach unten auf
das Rohr und ziehen Sie die Kappe mit einem
Innensechskantschlüssel 30 mm.
Inserire il tubo più lungo nel deviatore e serrare la calotta con
chiave inglese da 30 mm.
Insert the longest tube in the diverter and tighten the nut with
a 30mm wrench.
Insérer le tube le plus long dans l’inverseur et serrer l’écrou
avec une clé de 30 mm.
Legen Sie die längste Röhre in der Umstellung und ziehen
Sie die Kappe mit einem 30 mm Schraubenschlüssel.

Inserire il centrale scorrevole sul tubo colonna.
Inserire il braccio sul tubo colonna e serrare la calotta con
chiave inglese da 30 mm.
Insert the mounting on the column tube.
Insert the shower arm on the column tube and tighten the nut
with a 30mm wrench.
Insérer le curseur sur le tube de la colonne.
Insérez le bras de douche sur le tube de la colonne et serrer
l'écrou avec une clé de 30 mm.
Legen Sie die Brausehalterung auf dem Schlauch von der
Säule. Legen Sie die Dusche Arm auf dem Schlauch von der
Säule und ziehen Sie die Kappe mit einem 30 mm
Schraubenschlüssel.
Con l’ausilio di una livella posizionare correttamente in bolla
la colonna.
Marcare la posizione dei fori di fissaggio.
With a level put in correct bubble position the column.
Mark the position of the fixing holes.
A l’aide d’un niveau à bulle mettre à niveau la colonne.
Marquer la position des trous de fixation.
Mit einer Wasserwaage positionieren die Duschsäule in der
richtige Lage.
Markieren die Lage der unbeweglichen Löcher.
Svitare la calotta con chiave inglese da 30 mm.
Sfilare il braccio dal tubo colonna.
Unscrew the nut using a 30mm wrench.
Remove the shower arm from the column tube.
Dévisser l’écrou à l’aide d’une clé de 30mm.
Enlever le bras du tube de la colonne.
Lösen die Kappe mit einem 30 mm Schlüssel.
Entfernen Sie den Duscharm aus dem Rohr von die Säule.

Con una punta a muro Ø8 praticare i fori nella parete.
Make the holes in the wall using a Ø8 wall drill bit.

Setzen Sie den Arm auf der Rohrsäule und ziehen Sie die
Kappe mit einem 30 mm Schraubenschlüssel.

Con l’ausilio di una livella posizionare correttamente in bolla
la colonna.
Fissare la colonna alla parete serrando le viti, interponendo i
raccordi filettati.
Avvitare i tappi estetici al raccordo.
With a level put in correct bubble position the column.
Fix the column to the wall by tightening the screws and by
putting the threaded connections.
Screw the aesthetic plugs to the threaded connection.
A l’aide d’un niveau à bulle mettre la colonne à niveau.
Fixer la colonne au mur en serrant les vis, préfixant les
raccords à visser.
Visser les bouchons esthétiques au raccord.
Mit einer Wasserwaage positionieren die Duschsäule in die
richtige Lage.
Machen die Duschsäule auf der Wand fest. Verschließen die
Schrauben, die Verschraubung setzen.
Schrauben die ästhetischen Verschlusse ans Nippel.
ATTENZIONE: verificare che tutte le calotte siano
perfettamente serrate.
ATTENTION: Make sure that all the nuts are tightened
perfectly.
ATTENTION : S’assurer que tous les écrous sont serrés
parfaitement.
ACHTUNG: Machen Sie sicher alle Schrauben perfekt
angezogen sind.
Svitare la vite dalla manopola per la regolazione della
temperatura con chiave a brugola da 2,5 mm e non utilizzarla
più.
Unscrew the screw of the temperature-adjusting knob using a
2.5 mm Allen wrench. Then, do not use this screw anymore.
Dévisser la vis de la poignée de réglage de la température à
l'aide d'une clé Allen de 2,5 mm. Depuis, il ne faut plus
utiliser cette vis.
Die Schraube der Temperatureinstellung Griff mit einem 2,5
mm Innensechskantschlüssel aufschrauben.
Dann diese Schraube nicht mehr verwenden.
