Safety
• Never subject thebattery pack to direct sunlight, high
temperatures, dusty environments or heavy vibrations.
• Never use thebattery pack if it has been damaged in anyway.
• Thebattery pack should not be opened or disassembled.
• Never expose thebattery pack to impacts, shocks, rain, liquids or
moisture.
• Make sure thebattery pack is stored out of thereach of children.
• Thebattery pack must only be charged via theMicro USB port
(max 2 A charging current).
• Thebattery pack must not be immersed inwater.
• Operating temperature: 0–40ºC.
• To charge thebattery pack connect thelead to theMicro-USB
port (6), marked “IN” on thecover and to thecharge source.
Tocharge devices from thebattery pack, connect theUSB end to
theUSB-Aport (4) marked “OUT” on thebattery pack’s cover and
theother end to thedevice to be charged.
• Thebattery pack must never be short-circuited.
• Thewaterproof cover must always be completely closed when
thebattery pack is not inuse.
• Remove thecharging lead once charging is complete.
• Never enclose thebattery pack in any type of case or other
container while it is charging or being charged. Doingso will hinder
thebattery pack’s ability to cool itself and could lead to overheating.
Description
1. Powerswitch: Pressing thepower switch once will show
thebattery pack’s charge capacity while being charged or show
thecharge status of adevice that is being charged. Pressing twice,
will turn thebattery pack’s torch on/off.
2. LEDindicators: Showsshow thebattery pack’s charge capacity
while being charged or shows thecharge status of adevice that is
being charged whenever thepower button is pushed.
3. LEDtorch: Pressing thepower button twice turns theLED torch on/off.
4. USBport for charging external devices.
5. Waterproofcover.
6. MicroUSB port for charging thebatterypack.
The4 LED indicators are also used to show thecharge status of
thedevice being charged:
• 1 LED flashing 0–25% charged
• 1 LED lit and 1 LED flashing 25–50% charged
• 2 LEDs lit and 1 LED flashing 50–75% charged
• 3 LEDs lit and 1 LED flashing 75–99% charged
• 4 LEDs lit 100% charged
Note: Thebattery pack cannot be used to charge other devices whilst
it is being charged itself.

Charging thebatterypack
Thebattery is charged by connecting theincluded USB cable to aUSB
port on your computer or USB charger (sold separately) which is then
connected to themains.
1. Pressthepower button (1) once to check thebattery pack’s
charge capacity. Thereare 4 LED indicators that are used to show
thebattery pack’s charge capacity:
- 1 LED flashing 0–5% charge. Thebattery pack should be
charged as soon as possible.
- 1 LED lit 5–25% battery charge. Charging thebattery
pack is recommended.
- 2 LEDs lit 25–50% battery charge.
- 3 LEDs lit 50–75% battery charge.
- 4 LEDs lit 75–100% battery charge.
2. Tocharge thebattery pack, connect theincluded charge lead’s
USB end to acomputer or other charge source and theother end
to thebattery pack’s pack’s Micro USB port (6).
Note: Charging time depends entirely on battery’s current capacity.

Connect thesupplied charge cable’s USB end to thebattery
pack (4) and theMicro USB end to thedevice. Alternatively,
you may use thecharge cable that came with thedevice if it
has identical specifications.
Note: Theincluded Micro-USB cable is specially
designed for charging mobile phones having aMicro USB port
andcannot be used to transferdata.
Care and maintenance
• Clean thebattery pack using alightly moistenedcloth. Useonly
mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Fully charge thebattery pack every third month if it is not to be
used for alongtime.
• Store thebattery pack in adry, dust-freeplace.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Ifyou are unsure how to proceed, contact your local council.
