Warning! Read all the instructions. Failing to adhere to the following instructions
may lead to electric shocks, res and/or serious injury.
1. Safety
• Please read the entire manual and save it for future use.
• Warning! Do not open the casing. Certain components within the product’s
casing contain dangerous voltages. Contact with these may give you an
electric shock.
• The pizza oven should only be repaired by qualied service personnel.
• Disconnect the mains lead after use. Pull the plug, not the lead.
• Never leave the product unsupervised when it is connected to an electrical
socket.
• Do not place the pizza oven where it could fall into water or another type of
liquid.
• Do not touch the pizza oven without rst having pulled out the plug if, in spite
of everything, it has fallen into water.
• Do not touch the product with moist hands.
• Never allow children to use the pizza oven without adult supervision.
• Never use the product if the plug, mains lead or other parts are damaged.
• Do not use the mains lead to carry the product.
• Protect the mains lead from hot or sharp objects.
• The product is made for indoor use only.
• Do not splash water onto the glass if it is hot.
• Place the product on a level, heat resistant surface. Make sure that ammable
materials such as curtains, furniture, bedclothes, paper, fabric or wood are not
too close.
• Do not place the pizza oven on or close to a heat source such as an electric
stove, oven or heater.
• Do not use the pizza oven if the lid is open or if the stone plate is not
positioned correctly.
• Disconnect the mains plug before assembling/disassembling or cleaning.
• Clean the pizza oven regularly, failure to do so may cause res.

• The pizza oven is designed for pizzas up to 30 cm, never try to t a larger
pizza in the oven.
• Never put food wrapped in or covered by ammable materials such as paper
or foam plastic into the pizza oven. If the food is wrapped in cling lm, monitor
the warming process carefully to reduce the risk of re.
• The pizza oven gets hot during use, use the handle.
• Never use steel wool or such for cleaning the oven, bits of steel wool might get
left in the oven and cause a short circuit.
• Do not use any accessories other than those accompanying the pizza oven.
• The pizza oven is not intended for professional use.

3. Before using the pizza oven for rst time
1. Remove all packaging from the pizza oven.
2. Wipe the inside of the pizza oven with a cloth moistened with dishwashing
detergent, and then dry it with a dry cloth.
3. Wipe the outside with a dry cloth.
4. Position the stone plate.
5. Place the pizza oven on a level surface.
6. Make sure that the temperature control is on “0” and the timer on “0”, plug it
in to the mains outlet. The pizza oven might emit an odour of burning the rst
time it is used, allow the oven to warm up (without a pizza) to get rid of this
odour.
7. Set the temperature control to ”2” and the timer to ”10 minutes”, the best way
to set the timer for a shorter time than 15 minutes is to turn the knob past
(longer time) the time you want, then turn the knob back to the correct time.
8. Set the temperature control to ”3” and the timer to ”5 minutes”.
9. The pizza oven is now ready for baking your rst pizza.
Note! The pizza oven’s handle gets hot, it is recommended that you use an oven
glove or cloth when touching the pizza oven.
4. Starting to use the pizza oven
1. Make sure that the temperature control is on “0” and the timer on “0”, plug it in
to the mains outlet.
2. For best results, warm the oven before use, like this:
Set the temperature control to “2” and the timer to “15 minutes”, the best way
to set the timer for a shorter time than 15 minutes is to turn the knob past
(longer time) the time you want, then turn the knob back to the correct time.
The pizza oven has 3 heat settings:
• Position 1 is the lowest temperature, ideal for keeping pizzas warm.
• Position 2 is generally the best setting for baking normal pizzas.
• Position 3 is the highest temperature and therefore best for baking pizzas
with extra topping or which require extra heat.
When the heat indicator light is lit, the pizza oven is still warming up and has
not yet reached the correct temperature.
3. When the heat indicator light goes out the pizza oven is ready for baking your
rst pizza.
4. Be careful when opening the lid, use an oven glove or something similar. Do
not hold your face directly over the lid, steam might escape when you open it.



5. Place the pizza on the stone plate.
Note! The pizza must not be larger than 30 cm.
Note! Make sure that all packaging has been removed from the pizza (if it is
ready-made).
Warning! Bear in mind that the handle and outside of the pizza oven get very
hot, be careful, do not burn yourself!
6. Close the lid carefully, set the timer to “20 minutes”. The timer will “Pling” when
it has counted down to 0.
Note! Baking times vary, depending on the type and amount of topping. See
“Example set up”.
Note! The heat indicator light will go on and off continuously whilst the pizza is
baking.
7. Be careful when opening the lid, use an oven glove or something similar. Do
not hold your face directly over the lid, steam might escape when you open it.
8. Use a spatula or similar utensil (not metal) to help remove the pizza.
9. Repeat steps 3 to 8 if several pizzas are to be made, if the pizza oven has
cooled down, step 2 should also be repeated.
10. Set the timer to “0” and the temperature control to “0”, pull out the plug.
11. Allow the pizza oven to cool before cleaning it.
5. Cleaning
Oven
• Pull out the plug and let the product cool before cleaning.
• Wipe the pizza oven with a dry cloth. Grease stains can be wiped off using a
cloth slightly moistened with warm water and dishwashing detergent. Make
sure that the product is completely dry before starting to use it or before putting
it away.
• Never use strong detergents or solvents.
• Never immerse the product in liquid.
The stone plate
• Open the lid completely and remove the stone plate.
• Wash the stone plate in hot water; if necessary use a spatula or similar utensil
(not metal) to help remove any food residue.
• Never use dishwashing detergent with the stone plate, it can be absorbed by
the stone plate and miscolour the pizza.
Cleaning the stone plate thoroughly
1. Mix 75 g sodium bicarbonate with 3 teaspoons of water.
2. Apply the mixture to the unwashed areas and allow to work for 15 to 20
minutes.
3. Wipe the surface of the stone plate.
4. Rinse the surface of the stone plate and let it dry completely.

The example settings are for pizzas with 100 g topping, more topping requires
longer time. Test the settings yourself!
7. Tips for usage
1. Under certain conditions, a pizza crust can rise so high that it comes up to the
heating element in the lid and the topping can start to burn. Monitor the baking
process carefully if you are making such a pizza.
2. The example settings in the instruction manual are only a guide. Test the
settings yourself!
3. The pizza oven will not get hot if the timer is set to “0”. Remember to turn the
timer knob past 15 minutes and then back again if you want to set the timer for
less than 15 minutes.
8. Disposal
Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are unsure about
how to dispose of this product contact your municipality.

• Produkten är endast avsedd för inomhusbruk.
• Se till att inte vatten stänker på glasrutan om den är varm.
• Placera produkten på ett plant värmetåligt underlag, se till att inga brännbara
material nns i närheten som t.ex. gardiner, möbler, sängkläder, papper, tyger
eller trä.
• Placera inte pizzaugnen på eller nära värmekälla som t.ex. elspis, ugn eller
kamin.
• Använd inte pizzaugnen om locket är öppen eller om stentallriken inte är rätt
monterad.
• Dra ur nätsladdens stickpropp innan montering/demontering eller rengöring.
• Rengör pizzaugnen regelbundet, om det inte blir gjort kan det medföra
brandfara.

• Pizzaugnen är avsedd för pizzor med storlek upp till 30 cm, försök aldrig att
placera en större pizza i ugnen.
• Använd aldrig pizzaugnen till mat som är inslagen i eller täckt av något
brandfarligt material som t.ex. papper, formar i skummaterial, övervaka
uppvärmningen noga om maten är inslagen i någon typ av plastfolie för att
minska brandfaran.
• Pizzaugnens yta blir varm vid användning – använd handtagen.
• Använd aldrig stålull eller liknande vid rengöring, bitar av stålullen kan bli kvar i
ugnen och orsaka elektriskt överslag.
• Använd inga andra tillbehör än de som bifogas med pizzaugnen.
• Pizzaugnen är inte avsedd för yrkesmässig användning.

3. Förberedelser innan första användningen
1. Packa upp pizzaugnen och ta bort allt emballage.
2. Torka av pizzaugnen invändigt med en tvättduk som är lätt fuktad med
diskmedel, torka av med en torr tvättduk.
3. Torka av yttersidan med en torr tvättduk.
4. Montera stentallriken.
5. Placera pizzaugnen på en plan värmetålig yta.
6. Se till att temperaturkontrollen står på ”0” och timern på ”0”, sätt i stickproppen
i ett eluttag. Pizzaugnen kan lukta lite bränt vid första användningstillfället när
den är helt ny, låt den bli varm (utan pizza) så att ev. lukt försvinner:
7. Ställ temperaturkontrollen på ”2” och timern på ”10 minuter”, säkraste sättet att
ställa in timern på tider kortare än 15 minuter är att vrida ratten förbi (längre tid)
än önskat värde, vrid sedan tillbaka till rätt tidsinställning.
8. Ställ temperaturkontrollen på ”3” och timern på ”5 minuter”.
9. Pizzaugnen är nu klar att grädda den första pizzan.
Obs! Tänk på att pizzaugnens handtag blir varmt, använd gärna en grillvante eller
annat värmeskydd när du tar i pizzaugnen.
4. Börja använda pizzaugnen
1. Se till att temperaturkontrollen står på ”0” och timern på ”0”, sätt i stickproppen
i ett eluttag.
2. Bästa resultatet får du om pizzaugnen blir genomvarm innan användning, gör
så här:
Ställ temperaturkontrollen på ”2” och timern på ”15 minuter”, säkraste sättet att
ställa in timern på tider kortare än 15 minuter är att vrida ratten förbi (längre tid)
än önskat värde, vrid sedan tillbaka till rätt tidsinställning.
Pizzaugnen har tre olika temperaturinställningar:
• Läge 1 är lägsta temperaturen och är mest lämplig för varmhållning av
färdig pizza.
• Läge 2 är generellt den mest lämpliga inställningen för gräddning av normal
pizza.
• Läge 3 är den högsta temperaturen och därmed den mest lämpliga
inställningen för gräddning av pizza med extra mycket fyllning eller annan
pizza som kräver extra värme.
När värmeindikatorlampan lyser förvärms pizzaugnen och har ännu inte nått
den inställda temperaturen.
3. När värmeindikatorlampan slocknar är pizzaugnen klar att grädda den första
pizzan.
4. Var försiktig när du öppnar locket, använd en grillhandske eller liknade. Håll
inte ansiktet rakt över locket det kan komma ut ånga när du öppnar.
