Use the correct bolts as indicated. Do not tighten any of the bolts until is completely assembled.
Do not discard of any of the packaging until you have checked that you have all of the parts and fittings
required.
Keep children away during assembly. This item contains small parts that can be swallowed by children.
Children should always be under direct adult supervision while using this product.
Retain these assembly instructions for future reference.

Step 4:
Fasten the backs (#5) to the middle leg (#2) and legs A
(#3) by using bolts (#9) and washers (#13). Keep the bolts
loose. See Figure 4.

Step 2:
Insert the leg A (#3) into the middle seats (#1). Do the
same procedure for the other leg A (#3). Then, fasten
the leg A (#3) to the middle seats (#1) by using the
screws (#11). See Figure 2.
Step 3:
Fasten the leg B (#4) to the leg A (#3) by using bolts
(#8) and washers (#13). Keep the bolts loose.
See Figure 3.
Attention:
Make sure that each bolt needed for all steps matches
the corresponding figure to ensure proper assembly.

Step 1:
Place the middle seats (#1) and middle leg (#2) onto
a non-abrasive surface, such as a carpet. Fasten the
middle seats (#1) to the middle leg (#2) by using bolts
(#7), washers (#12) and jam nuts (#14). Keep the bolts
loose. See Figure 1.

Step 8:
Open the side table of the legs A (#3). Secure the table
by pressing out wards at the junction for proper usage
and to avoid damage or injury. See Figure 8.
Step 6:
Press the spring buttons on the cross braces (#6) to turn
the lounge into a bed. The cross braces (#6) have two
sets of holes that you can adjust the reclining lounge to
two different positions. See Figure 6.
Step 7:
Place the cushions (#21 and #22) and pillows (#23)
onto the lounge. Secure the right cushion (#22) to the
left cushion (#21) by using the velcro straps. Then,
secure the cushions (#21 and #22) to the backs (#5)
by using the plastic clamps. See Figure 7.

Step 5:
Fasten the seat cross brace (#6) to the backs (#5) by
using bolts (#10), washers (#13) and plastic nuts (#15).
Fasten the seat cross brace (#6) to the leg B (#4) by
using bolts (#10), washers (#13) and plastic nuts (#15).
Do the same procedure for other backs (#5). Make
sure that all of the bolts have been tightened completely
and cover them with bolts caps (#16 and #17).

Note:
Turn the lounge into a bed, press the spring buttons on the seat cross braces (#6). The seat cross braces have
two pre-drilled holes that allow the backs to recline into two positions.
Step 9:
You can use this chair with three positions. See Figure 9.
Attention:
Orbit lounge dust cover is intended for dust only. Not water resistant!
Special Warnings:
• Inspect this lounge before each use.
•Position the lounge on level ground and no less than six feet away from any obstruction such as, fences,
garages, houses, overhanging branches, laundry lines, electrical wires, etc.
• Ensure the tightness of all nuts and bolts on a regular basis.
• The manufacturer will not accept responsibility for unauthorized repairs and/or modifications made to the lounge.
• Weight limit is 500 lbs.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Wash frame and fabric parts with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Do not use bleach,
acid, or other solvents on the frame or fabric parts.
• Cushions may be washed on the surface only by using mild soap and water or commercial foaming upholstery
cleaner if necessary. If washed, rinse well and hang to dry. Do not machine wash or dry.
• We recommend the use of furniture covers when not in use.
• Inspect and tighten all bolts and fasteners on a regular basis to ensure the proper performance and safety of
your lounge.
• In order to prolong the life and beauty of your lounge, we recommend that it be stored in a dry and protected
area during off season periods.
