• It is recommended that before beginning any exercise regimen that you consult
a physician to determine your current level of tness and determine the exercise
program that is the most appropriate for your particular age and condition.
• If you experience any pain of tightness in your chest, irregular heartbears,
shortness of breath, faintness or other unusual discomfort while exercising, stop
and contact your doctor and/or obtain medical assistance.
• Make sure you have ample clearance around you to use the Fitness Hoop. You
should especially use care around electronic devices, vases, lamps, and other
breakable items.
• Wear appropriate tness attire. The clothing should fully cover your torso to
prevent discomfort, and not have any strings or contain any features which may
become snagged. Jewelry, such as bracelets and other items should also be
removed prior to using this product.
• Indoor use – position so that there is sucient room for free movement of the
hoop. Never position yourself near furniture, appliances or other persons.
• Caution and care must be taken in unpacking and assembly of this product. The
contents are not suitable for children under 3 years. This product contains small
parts, which may cause choking.
• Note that to increase the benet of a hoop workout this product is a weighted
Hoop (2.5 LBS). Until you are familiar with how your body will react to the
rotational weighted force of this hoop, you should limit your workout time to
prevent chang and discomfort.
• If you experience repeated bruising, you should reduce the amount of time you
are using the hoop or consult your doctor before resuming use.
