Risk of injury!
If you are not careful when removing the bag,
the Toner arms may swing apart suddenly and injure you. Please
remove the bag wrapped around the Toner very carefully.
Risk of damage!
Opening the packaging with a sharp knife or pointed object may
damage the Toner. Be careful when opening the packaging.
Check to make sure all contents of the box are included and the Toner shows no
signs of damage. In the case of damage, do not use the Toner. Contact the
manufacturer using the service address provided on the warranty card.
Training
CAUTION!

If you are not in a physical state of health suitable for exercising
with the Toner, such acvity may be damaging to your health. It
is essenal that you observe the following informaon to prevent
damage to health.
• Before beginning a training regiment, have your doctor conduct
a general evaluaon of your tness. Ask your doctor whether
there are any aspects of your health that might prevent you
from using the Toner.
• If you are aware of any pre-exisng condions
(e.g. cardiovascular disease), ask your doctor for advice before
using the Toner for the rst me.
• If you experience nausea, dizziness, pain in the chest or any
other unusual pain or symptoms while exercising, stop your
training session and consult a doctor immediately.
• Always begin your training session with warm-up exercises.
• Wear suitable sports clothing and shoes when exercising.
• Pay aenon to your body tension during your workout.
Training with the Toner helps strengthen and develop the muscles. Perform all
movements slowly and smoothly. Jerky movements can adversely aect your
health.
If you are unsure whether you have performed an exercise correctly, consult
a professional tness trainer or obtain informaon from the Internet or from
specialist literature.
Training procedure
Always begin your training session with a warm-up phase. Rest for at least
60 seconds between each exercise. Use the rest periods to loosen up your
muscles or to have a drink. Over me, you may increase the number of exercises
and repeons. If you noce that your muscles are geng red, reduce the
length of your workout. Also leave a day of rest between workouts to enable
your muscles and your body to recover suciently.

Cleaning and Storage
Clean the Toner with a damp cloth and then dry it. Let the Toner dry suciently.
Do not clean using harsh or irritang cleaning agents. Should the Toner be wet
following a workout, let it dry suciently. Store the Toner in a dry, well-
venlated space. Do not expose Toner to high levels of humidity, intense
sunlight or extreme weather condions.
Disposal
Disposing of the packaging
Sort the packaging before you dispose of it. Dispose of cardboard and carton
as waste paper and foils via the recyclable material collecon service. Please
ensure your recycling informaon does apply to the local regulaons and the
EPA recommendaons (www.epa.gov).
