This user manual accompanies the Adjustable Step Deck. Before using
the Adjustable Step Deck, read the user manual carefully. Store the user manual
for future use. If you pass the Adjustable Step Deck on to third parties, please be

Adjustable Step Deck, and on the packaging:

CAUTION! This symbol/signal word indicates a hazard involving a
low degree of risk which, if not avoided, may lead to
minor or moderate injury.
NOTE! This symbol/signal word warns of possible material
damage.
3.Properuse
The Adjustable Step Deck is designed solely as a training device with a maximum
loading capacity of 500 lb (227 kg). The Adjustable Step Deck is intended for
private use only and is not suitable for commercial use or the medical and
therapeutic sectors. The Adjustable Step Deck is not a toy. Use the Adjustable
Step Deck only as described in this user manual. Any other use is considered
to be improper and may lead to material damage or personal injury. The
manufacturer or dealer assumes no liability for damage that has occurred
through improper use or misuse.

• Children may not play with the Adjustable Step Deck.
• The Adjustable Step Deck is not suitable for persons with a
physical or mental disability.
• Do not allow children to play with the plastic packaging. When
playing, children might become entangled and suffocate.

Improper use of the Adjustable Step Deck can lead to injury.
• The maximum user weight is 500 lb (227 kg).
• Do not use the Adjustable Step Deck on slippery surfaces.
• Check the Adjustable Step Deck for external damage before use.
Do not use the Adjustable Step Deck if you find that it is
damaged.
• Use an exercise mat to prevent the Adjustable Step Deck from
slipping.

• Wear appropriate sports clothing while exercising. Do not wear
or carry anything that might get caught on the Adjustable Step

exercise barefoot.
• Always warm up before exercising.
• Exercise only to your own level of proficiency.
• Overexertion or performing the exercises incorrectly can be
injurious to your health.
• If you experience discomfort while exercising, stop immediately
and consult a doctor.

NOTE!
Risk of material damage!
If you open the package carelessly using a sharp knife, the
Adjustable Step Deck may become damaged. Take great care when
opening the packaging.
Take the individual parts of the Adjustable Step Deck out of the packaging and
dispose of the packaging material. Check that the delivery is complete. If parts
are missing or damaged, do not use the Adjustable Step Deck. Instead, contact
our Customer Service Department.

Deck over.
2. Remove the risers.
3. Insert the risers into the
appropriate connectors.

You will find the exercises on the attached poster.
WARNING!
Always place a non-slip mat under the Adjustable Step Deck and
choose a suitable surface. The Adjustable Step Deck must be stable
and secure.
10. Cleaning and storage
Clean the Adjustable Step Deck with water or very mild soap. Harsh cleaning
product may damage the step deck. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat sources
such as direct sunlight, lamps, heaters, and furnaces. Store in a cool and dry
area.

Disposingofthepackaging
Sort the packaging before you dispose of it. Dispose of cardboard and carton
as waste paper and foils via the recyclable material collection service. Please
ensure your recycling information does apply to the local regulations and the
EPA recommendations (www.epa.gov).

Old devices must not be disposed of with household waste! If the device can no
longer be used, every user is required by law to dispose of old devices separately
from their household waste, e.g. at a collection point in their community. This
ensures that old devices are recycled in a professional manner and also rules out
negative consequences for the environment.
