WARNING! Over c arging t e c amber wit too muc corn can cause t e opening to
get clogged, possibly placing t e mac ine in a fire condition. Only use good popcorn.
D. Under normal conditions, t e first few kernals s ould start popping in 1 – 2 minutes. T is will
produce t e greatest volume, finest appearance and best eating qualities.
NOTE: A venting cover located on t e back of t e mac ine can be utilized to increase or
decrease t e air flow if t e desired temperature is not easily reac ed. However, safety stops
ave been placed to ensure t at t e vents cannot be completely closed.
If the vents are completely closed, the air flow may not be eno gh to p sh
the popped corn p and o t of the chamber, res lting in a b ild- p of heat.
This may lead to a fire in the popping chamber. If the corn begins to scorch
and/or smoke, maximize the vents to increase the air flow. This will p sh the
popped corn o t of the chamber and away from the heating element.
E. As t e corn pops and expands upward, it will be ejected from t e popping c amber.
F. Once t e popping as subsided (usually around 2 ½ - 3 minutes), use t e dump andle to tilt
t e mac ine forward to eject any remaining popped corn. A few gentle “s akes” may be
necessary to ensure all popped corn is out of t e c amber. NOTE: If t e corn does not pop
wit in 6 minutes, t e corn quality is probably poor and s ould be dumped out to prevent corn
from drying out and potentially starting a fire. Only use good quality popcorn seed.
G. W en all t e popped corn is ejected from t e popping c amber, return t e andle to it’s
original position.
Only to ch the black portion of the pivot handle, as all other s rfaces sho ld be
considered hot.
H. Repeat popping steps C-G. On t e last popping, return t e pivot andle to t e uprig t
position, turn off t e motor/ eat switc .
NOTE: W en t e eat/motor switc is flipped to t e “OFF” position, t e eating element is
s ut down, but t e blower will continue to run for approximately one (1) minute to allow it to
cool. T is prevents damage to t e internal mec anical parts.
Follow t e recommended sanitation procedures.
IX. SANITATION INSTRUCTIONS
Be certain the machine is t rned off and power is npl gged before sanitizing this
machine. Fail re to do so co ld res lt in inj ry or death.
Do not clean heated s rfaces ntil they have been given s fficient time to cool.

Do not attempt to clean a hot popping chamber. Fail re to do so may res lt in serio s
b rns or scalds.
