Istruzioni per l'uso
1. Per attivare: tirare la fascia a strappo posta
sulla parte anteriore dell'unità. Entro otto
secondi, EIKON si attiverà eseguendo il test di
autodiagnostica.
2. Autodiagnostica: battere EIKON un paio di
volte su una superficie rigida. Si attiverà la
sequenza iniziale di LED.
OK: il LED verde lampeggerà 3 volte seguito
da un segnale acustico di verifica.
OK ma prossimo alla fine della durata utile:
‘n’ LED rossi lampeggeranno 3 volte (dove ‘n’
è il numero di settimane rimaste) seguiti da
un segnale acustico di verifica.
Guasto: un singolo LED rosso lampeggerà
rapidamente: in questo caso il rivelatore non
va utilizzato.
3. Utilizzo della clip: premere il pulsante
per rilasciare la clip quando EIKON va
rimosso dai vestiti.
4. Lampeggio di conferma: un singolo LED
verde che lampeggia una volta ogni 15
secondi indica che il rilevatore funziona
correttamente.
5. Sostituzione del filtro antipolvere: utilizzare
un cacciavite o un coltello sottile per
sganciare il filtro antipolvere. Il nuovo filtro
scatta facilmente in posizione.

Instrucciones de utilización
1. Activación: tire de la tira de rasgado de la
parte delantera de la unidad. Dentro del
período de ocho segundos siguiente, EIKON
se activará y realizará la autoprueba.
2. Autoprueba: Dé dos golpecitos rápidos con
EIKON en una superficie dura. Se activará una
secuencia inicial de LED.
Conforme: El LED destella tres veces y se
activa un tono de verificación.
Conforme pero cerca del fin de su vida útil:
LED rojos ‘n’ destellan tres veces (n = número
de semanas que quedan), y se activa un tono
de verificación.
Fallo: un LED rojo destella rápidamente y el
detector no debe utilizarse.
3. Utilización del clip: Pulse el botón para
desenganchar el clip cuando retire EIKON
de la ropa.
4. Destello de confianza: Un LED verde
destella una vez cada 15 segundos para indicar
que el detector funciona correctamente.
5. Cambio del filtro de polvo: Utilice un
destornillador o cortaplumas para retirar el
filtro de polvo haciendo palanca. El nuevo
filtro se coloca simplemente acoplándolo.

Mode d'emploi
1. Pour activer: tirer la bande à déchirer sur le
devant de l'unité. EIKON s'activera en huit
secondes et effectuera un test automatique.
2. Test automatique: taper EIKON deux fois en
succession rapide sur une surface dure pour
activer la séquence initiale des LED.
OK: La LED verte clignotera trois fois et une
tonalité de vérification retentira.
OK mais près de la fin de sa durée utile:
‘n’ LED rouges clignoteront trois fois
(n = nombre de semaines restantes), et la
tonalité de vérification retentira.
Faute: une seule LED rouge clignotera
rapidement pour signifier que le détecteur ne
doit pas être utilisé.
3. Mode d'emploi de l'agrafe: appuyer sur le
bouton pour ouvrir de l'agrafe et enlever
EIKON des vêtements.
4. Clignotement de confiance: une seule LED
verte clignotera toutes les 15 secondes pour
indiquer que le détecteur fonctionne
correctement.
5. Remplacement du filtre à poussière: utiliser
un tournevis ou un canif pour déposer le filtre
à poussière. Le nouveau filtre s'engage
simplement en position.

2. Selbstprüfung: Den EIKON zweimal schnell
hintereinander auf eine harte Oberfläche
klopfen, wodurch die anfängliche LED-
Ablauffolge aktiviert wird.
In Ordnung: Die grüne LED blinkt dreimal auf
und es wird ein Prüfton aktiviert.
In Ordnung, aber bald am Ende der
Lebensdauer: ‚n’ rote LEDs blinken dreimal auf
(n = Anzahl der verbleibenden Wochen) und es
wird ein Prüfton aktiviert.
Fehler: Eine einzelne rote LED blinkt schnell,
was bedeutet, dass den Detektor nicht
verwendet werden darf.
3. Verwendung des Bügels: Zum Lösen des
Bügels beim Entfernen des EIKON von der
Kleidung auf die Taste drücken.
4. Blinkende Funktionsanzeige: Eine einzelne
grüne LED blinkt alle 15 Sekunden einmal auf,
was bedeutet, dass das Gaswarngerät richtig
funktioniert.
5. Auswechseln des Staubfilters: Mit einem
Schraubenzieher oder Taschenmesser das
Staubfilter vorsichtig lösen. Das neue Filter
rastet einfach ein.

To Activate: pull the rip strip attached to the front of the
unit. Within eight seconds, EIKON will activate and perform
the self-test.
Self Test: Tap EIKON twice in quick succession onto a hard
surface. An initial LED sequence will activate. OK: The green
LED will ash three times, and a verication tone will activate.
OK but near end of life: ‘n’ red LEDs will ash three times
(n = number of weeks left), and a verication tone will activate.
Fault: a single red LED will ash rapidly and the detector
should not be used.
Using the Clip: Press the button to release the clip when
removing EIKON from clothing.
Condence Flash: A single green LED will ash once every
15 seconds to indicate that the detector is operating correctly.
Replacing the Dust Filter: Use a screwdriver or penknife to
prise off the dust lter. The new lter simply snaps into place.
