Introduction
This household Double Drawer Air Fryer cooks using very little or no cooking oil
for healthier cooking.
If a little oil is required for extra browning for example, use a moderate amount
of spray type cooking oil.
WARNING! DO NOT fill your Air Fryer with cooking oil as this will cause a
fire and scalding hazard.
DO NOT use metal cooking tools with this Air Fryer as damage may occur to the
non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic (nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.
This designates a hazard with moderate risk, which may result
in severe injury if not adhered to.

Before the First Use of Your Air Fryer
•Remove all packing materials and discard responsibly.
•Ensure all parts are present see Description of Parts above.
•Check that there is no damage to the mains cable or product.
•Ensure that you clean your Air Fryer before first and every use with a damp cloth
and dry thoroughly.
•Whilst using your Air Fryer for the first time you may notice a little smoke and
odour; this is normal and simply the grease used during manufacture and will
soon pass.
Using the Control Panel
Cooking Pre-Sets (10) –The Air Fryer is pre-programmed with 8 pre-sets (for
further information please see below Cooking Pre-sets section). Select one of the
8 pre-sets using the corresponding button and the pre-programmed time and
temperature will be set. The cooking process will automatically start 5 seconds
after the pre-set has been selected, or the Power/Start/Pause (13) can be pressed
to start immediately. You can override the pre-sets by increasing or decreasing
both the time and temperature using the Increase (16) and Decrease (17)
accordingly.
Match Cook (11) –This button allows you to duplicate the settings, time and
temperature for both the Air Fryer Basket Right (3) and Air Fryer Basket Left (6).
Alternatively, you can select the Match Cook (11) to program both baskets at the
same time, by pressing the Match Cook (11) once and then adjusting the time and
temperature accordingly for each basket.
Right Basket Control (12) –This button can be pressed when selecting the Air
Fryer Basket Right (3) and will illuminate during operation.
Power/Start/Pause (13) - Once the appliance is plugged in, the
Power/Start/Pause (13) button will illuminate on the Control Panel (1).
Press the Power/Start/Pause (13) to switch the unit on. The Right Basket Control
(12), Power/Start/Pause (13), Increase (16), Decrease (17), Time/Temperature
(19), Menu Select (20) and Left Basket Control (21) will illuminate and both the
LED Digital Displays Right (15) and Left (18) will show ‘-----‘. (If no selection is
made and the unit is inactive for 3 minutes, it will switch to standby mode and
only the Power/Start/Pause (13) will remain illuminated).
Press and Hold the Power/Start/Pause (13) button to switch the unit off at any
point and both the LED Digital Displays Right (15) and Left (18) will display ‘OFF’
and the fan will be heard cooling both drawers before the unit switches to
standby.

Shake/Turn Alarm (14) –This button can be used on all cooking pre-sets with the
exception of the Pizza, Baking and Dehydrate settings. When selected the air fryer
will sound with a tone 5 times at around two thirds of the set cooking time, to
serve as a reminder to remove the basket and shake the contents of the basket.
Press Shake/Turn Alarm (14) at any point during operation to turn the setting off
and the Shake/Turn Alarm (14) will no longer illuminate.
LED Digital Display Right (15) - The display will show the set temperature and both
the set and remaining time for the chosen recipe or pre-set function of the Air
Fryer Basket Right (3).
Increase (16) –This button enables you to increase the set temperature or time
for the chosen recipe for manual function and also pre-set functions where
required. The time will increase in increments of 1 minute and temperature in 5°C
increments. Press and hold to fast cycle from minimum of 1 minute to maximum
60 minutes and minimum 60°C to maximum 200°C.
Decrease (17) –This button enables you to decrease the set temperature or time
for the chosen recipe for manual function and also pre-set functions where
required. The time will decrease in increments of 1 minute and temperature in 5°C
increments. Press and hold to fast cycle from minimum of 1 minute to maximum
60 minutes and minimum 60°C to maximum 200°C.
LED Digital Display Left (18) - The display will show the set temperature and both
the set and remaining time for the chosen recipe or pre-set function of the Air
Fryer Basket Left (6).
Time/Temperature (19)- This button enables you to select between the time and
the temperature so that you can adjust the setting on both the cooking pre-set
functions and also manual function.
Menu Select (20) –This button when pressed will cycle through the 8 Cooking Pre-
Set (10) press the Power/Start/Pause (13) to confirm selection.
Left Basket Control (21) –This button can be pressed when selecting the Air Fryer
Basket Left (6) and will illuminate during operation.
Sync Finish (22) –This button can be used to set both baskets to complete cooking
process at the same time. Pre-set both baskets to the desired cooking time and
temperature (this can differ i.e., if cooking chicken nuggets in the Air Fryer Basket
Right (3) and chips in the Air Fryer Basket Left (6) and then press the Sync Finish
(22) button to set. The basket with the lesser cooking time will show ‘HOLD’ on the
corresponding LED Digital Display (either LED Digital Display Right (15) or LED
Digital Display Left (18) as the air fryer synchronizes the final cooking times. The

air fryer will begin operation with the basket set to the longer cooking period
starting first and then the second basket will commence at the set time to ensure
that both basket cooking times conclude at the same point.
Example: If cooking for 20 minutes in the Air Fryer Basket Right (3) and 14
minutes in the Air Fryer Basket Left (6), the Air Fryer Basket Left (6) would begin 6
minutes into the cooking time of the Air Fryer Basket Right (3).

Instructions for use
1.Place the air fryer on a solid, level, heat resistant surface clear
of all obstructions as described above.
2.Insert the mains plug into a suitable socket outlet.
WARNING! Take care whilst handling the Air Fryer Baskets, use of Oven
Gloves are recommended.
3.Remove the Air Fryer Basket Right (3) and Air Fryer Basket
Left (6) by pulling the corresponding Basket Handle (4&5).
Ensure that both Trivets (9) are placed in the bottom of the
corresponding air fryer basket as shown left.

4.Replace the Air Fryer Basket into the Air Fryer ensuring
that it is pushed fully home.
The Air Fryer will not function if the Air Fryer Basket is not
placed fully into the Air Fryer.
5.Ensure that both Trivets (9) are fitted with the four
silicone feet before inserting it into the bottom of the
corresponding Air Fryer Basket.
The Trivets (9) must be fitted to the base of each Air
Fryer Basket as they lift the food clear of the base and
provide air circulation around the food for efficient
cooking.
Cooking with Your Air Fryer
1.Carefully remove the Air Fryer Basket to be used from the Air Fryer. The Air Fryer
can be used with either a single drawer or both drawers in operation. Ensure that
the Trivets (9) is placed in the bottom of the corresponding Air Fryer Basket.
DO NOT remove the silicon feet from the Trivet as they hold the trivet in place
and prevent damage to the cooking pot.
2.Place the food to be cooked into the Air Fryer Basket ensuring that there is
adequate room left for the air to circulate, Do not fill to the brim. Insert the
basket back into the air fryer ensuring that the basket is pushed fully home.
The Air Fryer will not operate if the Air Fryer Basket is removed or not
pushed all the way in.
3.Press the Power/Start/Pause (13) button and the
Control Panel (1) will illuminate as show right.
4.Select the Right Basket Control (12) or Left
Basket Control (21) to select the required basket,
the corresponding basket control will flash. Select
the desired Cooking Pre-Set (10) from one of the
8 available using the Menu Select (20).
5.Alternatively, if required you can adjust
time/temperature to suit chosen recipe using the
Time/Temperature (19) to switch between time
or temperature and either the Increase (16) or
Decrease (17) accordingly.
6.For single basket cooking press the
Power/Start/Pause (13) to start the cooking
process.
7.For dual basket cooking select the remaining
basket control and the controls pre-sets will now
illuminate, select the desired pre-set or cooking
time and temperature for your chosen recipe.

8.Press the Power/Start/Pause (13) to start the
cooking process.
9.At the end of the cooking time the unit will beep 5
times and the LED Digital Display Right (15) and
LED Digital Display Left (18) will show ‘OFF OFF’
indicating that the contents can now be removed.
10.Remove the Air Fryer Basket/s and serve. (Place the pot on a heat proof surface
if it is put down during serving).
WARNING! Take care whilst handling the Air Fryer Baskets, use of Oven
Gloves are recommended.
DO NOT use metal cooking tools with this Air Fryer as damage may occur to the
non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic (nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.

Cleaning and Maintenance
•Always unplug the Air Fryer from the mains supply and allow to cool before
cleaning.
•DO NOT clean any part of the Air Fryer in a dishwasher –NOT dishwasher safe.
•DO NOT submerge any part of the main body, the mains cable or mains plug in
water or any other liquids.
•Wipe excess oil from the Air Fryer Baskets and Trivets with kitchen roll or
similar.
•Wipe the main body of the Air Fryer clean using a soft, damp cloth.
•The Air Fryer Baskets and Trivets can be washed in warm soapy water, rinse and
dry thoroughly before reusing.
•Never clean any part of the Air Fryer with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
•After cleaning, allow the product to thoroughly dry before re-use.

Non-Wireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a non-wireable plug fitted to the mains lead
and should the fuse need replacing, you must use an ASTA approved one
(conforming to BS 1362 of the same rating). If in doubt, consult a qualified
electrician who will be pleased to do this for you. If you need to remove the plug
–DISCONNECT FROM THE MAINS –and then cut it off the mains lead and
immediately dispose of it safely. Never attempt to reuse the plug or insert it into
