•PLEASE NOTE: Before use, ensure that the Air Fryer is used in
an open, well ventilated area well away from other
appliances and other obstructions.
•Do not use the Air Fryer in front of, near or below
combustible materials such as plastics, curtains or cupboards,
etc.
•Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other
appliances. Leave at least 10cm minimum free space on the
back and sides and 10cm minimum free space above the
appliance.

Introduction
This household Double Drawer Air Fryer cooks using very little or no cooking oil
for healthier cooking.
If a little oil is required for extra browning for example, use a moderate amount
of spray type cooking oil.
WARNING! DO NOT fill your Air Fryer with cooking oil as this will cause a
fire and scalding hazard.
DO NOT fill your Air Fryer with water as this will cause a scalding hazard.
DO NOT use metal cooking tools with this Air Fryer as damage may occur to the
non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic (nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.
This designates a hazard with moderate risk, which may result
in severe injury if not adhered to.

Before the First Use of Your Air Fryer
•Remove all packing materials and discard responsibly.
•Ensure all parts are present see Description of Parts above.
•Check that there is no damage to the mains cable or product.
•Ensure that you clean your Air Fryer before first and every use with a damp cloth
and dry thoroughly.
•Wash the two Baskets (3 & 6) and the two Trivets (9) in warm soapy water.
•DO NOT remove the silicone feet from the Trivets (9) as these are fitted to hold
the Trivet in place and prevent damage to the Baskets.
•Whilst using your Air Fryer for the first time you may notice a little smoke and
odour; this is normal and simply the protective grease used during manufacture
and will soon pass.
Control Panel Functions
Cooking Pre-Sets (10)
•Select one of the 8 pre-set cooking programs from the Preset Cooking Chart
below. The pre-programmed time and temperature will be automatically set.
•Cooking will start 5 seconds after a pre-set has been selected, alternatively,
press the Power/Start/Pause button (13) to start cooking immediately.
•The pre-set cooking programs can be overridden by pressing the
Time/Temperature button (19) to select time or temperature and then press
either the Increase or Decrease buttons (16 & 17) accordingly.
Match Cook Button (11)
•Press the Match Cook (11) button to duplicate time and temperature
settings for both Right Basket (3) and Left Basket (6).
•Alternatively, press the Match Cook (11) button first to program both
baskets at the same time.
Basket Control Buttons (12 & 21)
•Press the Left Basket Control (21) button to select the Left Basket (3). The
button will illuminate when pressed.
•Press the Right Basket Control (12) button to select the Right Basket (3). The
button will illuminate when pressed.
Power/Start/Pause Button (13)
•The Power/Start/Pause (13) button will illuminate once the fryer is plugged
in.
•Press the Power/Start/Pause (13) button to switch the unit on. All function
buttons will illuminate and both the Left &Right LED Displays (18 & 15) will
show ‘-----‘.
•The fryer will switch to standby mode if no selection is made within for 3
minutes and only the Power/Start/Pause (13) button will remain illuminated.

•Press and Hold the Power/Start/Pause (13) button to switch the unit off,
both the Left &Right LED Displays (18 & 15) will display ‘OFF’ however, the
internal fan will continue to run for a short while to cool the fryer after use.
Shake/Turn Alarm Button (14)
•This button can be used on all cooking pre-sets except for the Pizza and Baking
(Cake) settings.
•Press the Shake/Turn Alarm (14) button at the start of cooking and the air
fryer will sound a tone 5 times approximately two thirds the way through the set
cooking time, to serve as a reminder to remove the basket and shake the
contents.
•Press the Shake/Turn Alarm (14) button again to turn the alarm off.
Left & Right LED Displays (18 & 15)
•The Left &Right LED Displays (18 & 15) will show the set temperature and both
the set and remaining time for manual or pre-set cooking.
Increase & Decrease Buttons (16 & 17)
•Press the Increase & Decrease (16 & 17) buttons to increase or decrease
the set temperature or time for manual cooking or overriding pre-set functions
where required.
•The time will increase in increments of 1 minute and temperature in 5°C
increments.
•Press and hold to fast cycle from minimum of 1 minute to maximum 60 minutes
and minimum 60°C to maximum 200°C.
Time/Temperature Button (19)
•Press the Time/Temperature button (19) to select between the time and the
temperature to adjust the cooking time and temperature whilst using the
Increase &Decrease (16 & 17) buttons above.
Menu Select Button (20)
•Press the Menu Select button (20) to cycle through the 8 Cooking Pre-Sets
(10) press the Power/Start/Pause (13) button to confirm selection.
Sync Finish Button (22)
•Press the Sync Finish button (22) so that both baskets to complete cooking at
the same time.
•Set both baskets to the desired cooking time and temperature, then press the
Sync Finish button (22).
•The basket with the shorter cooking time will show ‘HOLD’ on the corresponding
LED Display (either Right LED Display (15) or the Left LED Display (18) as the air
fryer synchronizes the final cooking times.

•The air fryer will start cooking with the basket set to the longer cooking time,
the second basket with the shorter cooking time, will start afterwards to ensure
that both basket cooking times conclude at the same time.
Example If the cooking time for the Right Basket (3) is 20 minutes and the cooking
time for the Left Basket (6) is 14 minutes, the Left Basket (6) would begin cooking
6 minutes after the Right Basket (3) so that the two baskets finish at the same
time.

Cooking times for meats will vary according to size, weight and personal
preference. Always check the internal temperature of chicken and meats
before eating.
Instructions for Use
Place the air fryer on a solid, level, heat resistant
surface clear of all obstructions as described above.
Insert the mains plug into an outlet socket.
WARNING! Take care whilst handling the Air Fryer Baskets, use of Oven
Gloves are recommended.

1.Before use, remove the Right Basket (3) and Left Basket (6).
2.Ensure that both Trivets (9) are placed in the bottom of the air fryer baskets
with the silicone feet fitted as shown below.
3.Slide the Baskets back into the Air Fryer ensuring that it they are pushed fully
home.
The Air Fryer will not function if the Baskets are not pushed fully into the Air
Fryer.
The Trivets (9) must be fitted to the base of each
Air Fryer Basket as they lift the food clear of the
base and provide air circulation around the food
for efficient cooking.
Cooking with Your Air Fryer
1.Carefully remove the Air Fryer Basket to be used from the Air Fryer. The Air Fryer
can be used with one or both baskets. Ensure that the Trivet (9) is in place in the
bottom of both baskets.
DO NOT remove the silicon feet from the Trivet as they hold the trivet in place
and prevent damage to the cooking pot.
2.Place the food to be cooked into the Air Fryer Basket ensuring that there is
adequate room left for the air to circulate, do not fill to the brim. Insert the
basket back into the air fryer ensuring that the basket is pushed fully home.
The Air Fryer will not operate if the Air Fryer Basket is removed or not pushed all
the way in.
3.Press the Power/Start/Pause (13) button and the
Control Panel (1) will illuminate as shown right.
4.Select the Left Basket Control (21) button or the
Right Basket Control (12) button to select the
required basket, the corresponding basket control
will flash. Select the desired Cooking Pre-Set (10)
from one of the 8 available using the Menu Select
(20) button.
5.Alternatively, press the Time/Temperature
(19) button to switch between cooking time and
temperature then press the Increase (16) or
Decrease (17) buttons to set the time and
temperature manually according to the chosen recipe.

6.Press the Power/Start/Pause (13) button to start cooking.
7.Repeat the above steps 4 –6 to use the other
basket. Alternatively press the Match Cook (11)
button to transfer the settings from one basket to
the other and press the Power/Start/Pause (13)
button to start cooking.
If the cooking times are different for each basket, press the Sync Finish (22)
button so that the two baskets will finish cooking at the same time.
8.At the end of the cooking the unit will beep 5 times
and the LED Display Right (15) and LED Display Left
(18) will show ‘OFF OFF’ indicating that the baskets
can now be removed.
9.Remove the Air Fryer Basket/s and serve. (Place the basket on a heat proof
surface if it is put down during serving).
WARNING! Take care whilst handling the Air Fryer Baskets, use of Oven
Gloves are recommended.
DO NOT use metal cooking tools with this Air Fryer as damage may occur to the
non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic (nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.
Hints and Tips
•This household Litre Air Fryer cooks using very little or no cooking oil for
healthier cooking.
•If a little oil is required for extra browning for example, use a moderate amount
of spray type cooking oil.
•DO NOT fill your Air Fryer with cooking oil as this will cause a fire and scalding
hazard.
•The Air Fryer will quickly cook your food using rapid cycling airflow of hot air.
•DO NOT use metal cooking tools or harsh abrasive chemicals with this Air Fryer
as damage may occur to the non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic
(nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.

Cleaning and Maintenance
•Always unplug the Air Fryer from the mains supply and allow to cool before
cleaning.
•DO NOT clean any part of the Air Fryer in a dishwasher –NOT dishwasher safe.
•DO NOT submerge any part of the main body, the mains cable or mains plug in
water or any other liquids.
•Wipe excess oil from the Air Fryer Baskets and Trivets with kitchen roll or
similar.
•Wipe the main body of the Air Fryer clean using a soft, damp cloth.
•The Air Fryer Baskets and Trivets can be washed in warm soapy water, rinse and
dry thoroughly before reusing.
•Remove the silicone feet from the Trivet (5) before washing so they do not get
lost. Replace the silicone feet after drying the Trivet (5).
•DO NOT remove the silicone feet from the Trivet (6) as these are fitted to hold
the Trivet in place and prevent damage to the Fryer Draw (5).
•Never clean any part of the Air Fryer with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
•After cleaning, allow the product to thoroughly dry before re-use.

If your appliance is supplied with a non-rewireable plug fitted to the mains lead

•Place the potato strips into the Fryer Drawer, insert the drawer back into the Air fryer and set the timer
for 15-20 minutes - depending on the number of fries or until the fries are golden brown.
For best results, turn the fries by shaking the Fryer Drawer in the middle of cooking.

1. Asian Spicy Fries
Potato x4 / 600g
Oi 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Shallot powder 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
● Peel potatoes and cut into strips;
● Soak potato strips in salt water for at least
20mins, and then dry with kitchen paper.
● Mix shallot, salt and pepper, garlic powder/
garlic oil, red chili powder, stir in the potato
strips.
● Set temperature to 180 degrees and time

•Rinse the Prawns.
•Apply a thin layer of salad oil to the prawns, place the prawns into the fryer drawer, select the ‘Shrimp’
Preset and the temperature for 200 degrees and the cooking time for 5-8 minutes or until a golden
crunchy layer has formed.
•Shake the Fryer Draw ⅔ through cooking to ensure even cooking.
6. Air Fryer Loaf
Active dry yeast 1 packet –2¼ Teaspoons
Warm water –4 Tablespoons
All purpose flour –14oz (400g)
Granulated Sugar –2 Tablespoons
Salt –½ Teaspoon
Milk –1.5oz (85g)
Unsalted butter –2 Tablespoons
1 large egg –whisked
•Add the yeast to a bowl of warm water for about 3 to 5 minutes.
•After the yeast has activated, add in the flour, sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Gently fold the ingredients
together until combined and a little flaky.
•Place the dough onto a floured breadboard and knead the dough until it is smooth, then shape it into a
ball.
•Wrap the ball of dough with cling film or kitchen Roll and place it into the air fryer basket. Leave the
dough to rest until it doubles in size, after about 30 minutes. Remove the Cling Film or Kitchen Roll.
•Brush the top of the loaf with the whisked egg.
•Select the ‘Cake’ Preset on the air fryer to set the temperature to 160⁰C but set the cooking time for 8 to
10 minutes or until the top of the bread is golden brown.
•Do not shake the drawer during baking.
5. Spicy Shrimp
Unfrozen prawns x10
Salad Oil 2 tsp
Garlic finely chopped x1

Chili powder 1 tsp
