ⅠNote: (1)Suitable for GI Series Autoclave, all the number in the models
mean the capacity, “TR” series have drying function, “TW” is fully
automatic with flow chart, “T” is fully automatic without flow chart.
(2)The water used for sterilizing must be distilled water or pure
water, deionized water.
(3) Only for pressure, temperature, humidity articles sterilized, not
to acids, alkalis, salts, flammable, explosive, oxide articles sterilization

ⅢOperational Steps:
1. Connect the power ( 36L and 54L got the plug, 80L and 100L, must be
connected to the air switch, connect the power cord to air switch with
power pack, of which, the red line connecting with live wire, green
line with zero and yellow/green line with earth wire. Below is the
power supply requirements: 36L/54L: 16A, 80L/100L: 32A.
(220V,50/60Hz)
2. Turn on the swift on the right side of the operational board. The
machine will do the self checking, all the lights will blink for 3 times,
the “ST-BY” light will be on, it means the machine is on “Stand-by”
status.
3. Open the cover, take off the waste water tank and exhaust hose.
4. Put some water in the waste water tank, the water should be below
the ”High” line. Connect the exhaust to the hose in the back to the

waste water tank and make sure the exhaust hose is in the above of the
waste water tank, but not in the water. If you are using “ TR” Series,
please empty the water inside the waste water tank or only leave a
little bit, because the water dried will be drained to the tank.
5. Add water into the chamber, make sure it is below the water plate, but
not too little, you can observe through the hole of the water plate.
6. Put the sterilizing articles in the baskets then put it on the water plate
of the chamber.
7. Close the door: turn the handle clockwise until the “ Locked” light is
on, not blinks, must be stably on. (The machine will not start if the
door is not properly locked)
8. Selecting the sterilizing program: Press the “UP” and “DOWN” button
to choose the sterilizing program. The No.8 button will show the U01
to U04, this is the set programs. If you want to sterilize under those
programs. You just need to press the start for 3 seconds to start. If you
want to create the new programs, you can press “SET/ENT” button to
enter into the setting menu, press the “UP” and “DOWN” to set the
temperature, then press the “NEXT” to enter into time setting. Then
pressure “SET/ENT” again to save the new program, the new
programs will be U05 to U20.

9. After the sterilizing, the system will send out 5 long sound, and the
“COMP” light on the screen will blink, it means the sterilizing is
completed.
10.While doing the drying program, after the sterilizing, the system will
send out the sound and the screen will show” OPEN” to indicate the
user to open the cover. Open the cover to half open status, the system
will start the drying process automatically.
11. After the work, please turn off the power and drain the water in the
chamber and the waster water tank.
