• Before feeding, pour a few drops of the liquid content from the baby bottle on to the
back of your hand to test the temperature.
CAUTION: Always check the content temperature of the bottle or the small jar
before feeding your baby.

WARMING BOTTLES AND FOOD JARS
1. Remove the Measuring Cup from the rear of the warmer.
2. Add DISTILLED water to the Measuring Cup, following
the Warming Guide on page 5 to determine the
amount of water to add based on your bottle type.
NOTE: These amounts are a guide only. There
temperature of the bottle or food jar you are
warming, such as starting temperature, size, and
shape. Always test the temperature before feeding
your baby.

NOTE: To prevent leakage when warming Dr. Brown’s®
bottles, remove the internal parts, collar, and nipple/teat,
and replace with the included Storage Cap.
• Food Jar: Place food jar into the Lift-Out Basket, then place Lift-Out Basket in
Warming Chamber.
NOTE: Always remove the lid of the food jar prior to warming. After
warming cycle is complete, be sure to stir food thoroughly until it is an
even temperature throughout.
6. Press the Power Button. The Indicator Light will turn on, indicating the warming cycle
has begun.
CAUTION: Always add water and then press Power Button. If the Power

STERILIZING SMALL PARTS
1. Add 2 oz / 60 ml of DISTILLED water directly into the Warming Chamber. Do not

5. Place the Sterilizing Lid on top of the Adapter Ring.

indicating the sterilizing cycle has begun.

8. Allow the unit to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing the Sterilizing Lid,
Adapter Ring, and Lift-Out Basket.
NOTE: Be sure to observe the 10-minute cooling time as warmer parts and
sterilized parts will be hot. Always remove the Sterilizing Lid carefully by the
handle. Take care when removing the Sterilizing Lid as there may be some
residual steam—keep hands and face away. Allow the steam to clear before
reaching into the unit. Always retrieve the sterilized parts by removing the
Lift-Out Basket.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
• If the warmer is not operating, check that the power cable is connected to the
power outlet and water has been added to warming chamber.
• If Indicator Light does not come on/warming cycle does not start, warmer may be
cooling down. Wait 10 minutes and try again.
• If Indicator Light comes on upon plugging in but before Power Button is pressed, it
is possible the Power Button was pressed while the warmer was unplugged. Wait
cool down for 10 minutes before using.
• If bottle/food is too warm/too cold after warming cycle, note the Warming Guide
only shows approximate amount of water needed. Warming times are impacted
by many variables, so adjust the amount of water added as needed. If the bottle/
food jar is too cold, add slightly more water next time. If the bottle/food jar is too
warm, use slightly less water next time.
ALWAYS TURN OFF, UNPLUG, AND ALLOW THE UNIT TO COOL BEFORE CLEANING.
Bottle Warmer Unit: Wipe outer surface and inside the Warming Chamber with a
damp cloth or sponge using mild liquid soap. Wipe with clean water and allow unit to
air dry. DO NOT SUBMERGE UNIT IN WATER.
Lift-Out Basket, Adapter Ring, Sterilizing Lid, and Measuring Cup: Dishwasher safe
(top rack only) or wash with soapy water. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
It is recommended to de-scale you Insta-Feed™ Bottle Warmer every four weeks to
ensure the unit continues to work properly. To de-scale, follow the steps below.
1. Unplug the appliance from power.
2. Mix 2 oz / 60 ml of white vinegar with 4 oz / 120 ml of distilled water.
DO NOT USE BLEACH.
3. Pour the white vinegar and water mixture directly into the Warming Chamber.
4. Allow the mixture to stand in the unit until any mineral deposits dissolve.
5. Discard the cleaning mixture and rinse with clean water.
6. Wipe the Warming Chamber dry with cloth or allow to air dry.
NOTE: DO NOT USE BLEACH, HARSH ABRASIVES OR SOLVENTS TO CLEAN THE
WARMING CHAMBER OR HEATING ELEMENTS AS THEY MAY CAUSE PERMANENT
DAMAGE AND WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Dr. Brown’s Natural Flow® Insta-Feed™ Bottle Warmer includes a one-year warranty
against defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase. In the unlikely
event of a malfunction or defect during the warranty period, please contact
Handi-Craft’s Customer Service. If outside of the US or Canada, please contact your
local distributor. You will be required to provide proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: This warranty does not cover a defect that has been caused by
negligence, accidents or improper use of the appliance. To keep your Insta-Feed™
Bottle Warmer in good condition and retain your warranty, USE ONLY DISTILLED
WATER.
