1. Place base on flat surface.
2. Attached handle to base by depressing brass
push pins and inserting into proper receptacle.
A “click” can be heard when handle in firmly
in place.
3. To adjust handle height, turn collars counter-
clockwise and set to desired height. Turn the
collars clockwise to tighten.
