Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
• Das Produkt ist zum Zerkleinern von Lebensmitteln vorgesehen. Es ist nicht für
gefrorene Lebensmittel geeignet.
• Sämtliche Zubehörteile sind nicht zur Verwendung in der Mikrowelle, im Backofen
oder im Gefrierfach geeignet!
• Das Produkt ist für den privaten Gebrauch, nicht für eine gewerbliche Nutzung be-
stimmt.
• Das Produkt nur wie in der Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede weitere
Verwendung gilt als bestimmungswidrig.
• Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind alle Mängel, die durch unsachgemä-
ße Behandlung, Beschädigung oder Reparaturversuche entstehen. Dies gilt auch
für den normalen Verschleiß.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
• Vor der Benutzung des Produktes sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial sowie eventuell
vorhandene Etiketten, die sich am Produkt befinden und zum Transportschutz bzw.
zur Werbung dienen, entfernen.
• Das Produkt kann mit möglichen Produktionsrückständen behaftet sein. Um ge-
sundheitliche Beeinträchtigungen zu vermeiden, gründlich vor dem ersten Gebrauch
reinigen (siehe Kapitel „Reinigung und Aufbewahrung“).
Einsätze auswechseln
Gittereinsätze
1. Die Riegel auf der Rückseite
des Rahmens für Gitterein-
sätze (3) zusammendrücken
und gedrückt halten. Den
Deckel mit Stempelhalte-
rung (9) auf der Vorderseite
in den Rahmen einsetzen.
2. Die Riegel loslassen. Sie
müssen hörbar einrasten.
3. Einen Gittereinsatz aus-
wählen und diesen in den
Rahmen für Gittereinsätze
einsetzen. Der Gittereinsatz
muss hörbar einrasten.
4. Den passenden Stempel
erst in die untere Aufnahme
einsetzen und dann an die
Stempelhalterung drücken.
5. Den Stempel sichern, in-
dem der Riegel nach unten
geschoben wird. Der Riegel
muss hörbar einrasten.

6. Den zusammengesetzten
Rahmen auf den Auffangbe-
hälter (1) aufsetzen.
Schneid- und Reibeinsätze
1. Die Riegel auf der Rückseite
des Rahmens für Gitterein-
sätze (3) zusammendrücken
und gedrückt halten. Den
Rahmen für Schneid- und
Reibeinsätze (14) auf der
Vorderseite in den Rahmen
für Gittereinsätze einsetzen.

beinsatz auswählen und
diesen in den Rahmen für
Schneid- und Reibeinsätze
einsetzen. Der Einsatz muss

hälter (1) aufsetzen.

Benutzung
BEACHTEN!
■Das Produkt immer auf einen trockenen, ebenen, stabilen und rutschfesten Unter-
grund stellen.
■Das Produkt nur verwenden, wenn es vollständig und korrekt zusammengebaut ist.
Stifte, Spalten oder dicke Scheiben schneiden
1. Das Produkt wie im Kapitel „Einsätze auswechseln“ – „Gittereinsätze“ zusammenset-
zen. Darauf achten, dass der korrekte Stempel verwendet wird!
2. Das zu zerkleinernde Lebensmittel waschen und ggf. schälen sowie entkernen. Grö-
ßere Lebensmittel ggf. halbieren.
3. Die Lebensmittel mit der flachen Seite nach unten auf den Gittereinsatz legen.
4. Den Deckel mit Stempelhalterung (9) zügig und fest nach unten drücken, ggf. wie-
derholen. Keine Gewalt anwenden!
VORSICHT! Lebensmittel nur durch Herunterdrücken des Stempels schneiden!
Nicht versuchen, Lebensmittel per Hand durch einen Gittereinsatz zu drücken.
Raspeln, Julienne oder dünne Scheiben schneiden
1. Das Produkt wie im Kapitel „Einsätze auswechseln“ – „Schneid- und Reibeinsätze“
zusammensetzen.
2. Das zu zerkleinernde Lebensmittel waschen und ggf. schälen sowie entkernen. Grö-
ßere Lebensmittel ggf. halbieren.
3. Das Lebensmittel auf die Stifte im Fingerschutz (5) ste-
cken. Der Knauf auf der Oberseite des Fingerschutzes
wird dabei herausgedrückt.
VORSICHT! Kleinere Lebensmittel niemals ohne den Fin-
gerschutz schneiden. Es besteht Schneidgefahr!
4. Den Fingerschutz quer auf den Rahmen setzen und mit
leichtem Druck auf- und abwärts führen, bis das Lebens-
mittel aufgeschnitten ist. Den Knauf des Fingerschutzes
dabei nach und nach herunterdrücken.
HINWEIS: Darauf achten, dass der Fingerschutz nicht mit
den Klingen in Berührung kommt, um eine Beschädigung
der Klingen und des Fingerschutzes zu vermeiden.
5. Wenn das Lebensmittel aufgeschnitten ist, den Knauf
ganz herunterdrücken, um den Rest des Lebensmittels
herauszudrücken.

Reinigung und Aufbewahrung
BEACHTEN!
■Zum Reinigen keine ätzenden oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder Reinigungs-
pads verwenden. Diese können die Oberflächen beschädigen.
• Alle verwendeten Teile auseinandernehmen (siehe Kapitel „Einsätze auswechseln“).
• Grobe Lebensmittel mithilfe des Reinigungsschabers (4) aus den Einsätzen entfernen.
• Alle verwendeten Teile unter fließendem warmen Wasser und ggf. mit etwas mildem
Spülmittel abspülen oder in der Geschirrspülmaschine reinigen.
• Alle Teile vollständig trocknen lassen, bevor das Produkt verstaut wird.
• Das Produkt an einem sauberen, trockenen, vor Sonne geschützten sowie für Kin-
der und Tiere unzugänglichen Ort aufbewahren.
Einige Gemüse- oder Obstsorten können die Kunststoffteile verfärben, z.B. rote
Beete. Dies ist normal und unbedenklich und kein Fall für die Gewährleistung.

• This product is intended for chopping up food. It is not suitable for frozen food.
• All accessories are not suitable for use in the microwave, the oven or the freezer
compartment!
• The product is designed for personal use only and is not intended for commercial
applications.
• The product should only be used as described in the operating instructions. Any other
use is deemed to be improper.
• The warranty does not cover faults caused by incorrect handling, damage or attempt-
ed repairs. The same applies to normal wear and tear.

Before Initial Use
• Before using the product, remove all packaging materials and any labels that may be
on the product and are used for protection during transportation or for advertising.
• There may still be some production residues on the product. To avoid harmful effects
to your health, clean the product thoroughly before you first use it (see the “Cleaning
and Storage” chapter).
Changing Inserts
Lattice Inserts
1. Press together the catches
on the back of the frame for
lattice inserts (3) and keep
them pressed. Insert the lid
with punch holder (9) on the
front into the frame.
2. Let go of the catches. They
must engage audibly.
3. Select one lattice insert and
insert it into the frame for lat-
tice inserts. The lattice insert
must engage audibly.
4. First insert the appropriate
punch into the bottom mount
and then press it onto the
punch holder.
5. Secure the punch in place by
sliding the catch downwards.
The catch must engage au-
dibly.

6. Place the assembled frame
onto the collecting container
(1).
Cutting and Grating Inserts
1. Press together the catches
on the back of the frame for
lattice inserts (3) and keep
them pressed. Insert the
frame for cutting and grating
inserts (14) on the front into
the frame for lattice inserts.
2. Let go of the catches. They
must engage audibly.
3. Select one cutting or grating
insert and insert it into the
frame for cutting and grating
inserts. The insert must en-
gage audibly.
4. Place the assembled frame
onto the collecting container
(1).

Use
PLEASE NOTE!
■Always place the product on a dry, flat, stable and non-slip surface.
■The product should only be used if it has been fully and correctly assembled.
Cutting Sticks, Wedges or Thick Slices
1. Assemble the product in the manner described in the “Changing Inserts” chap-
ter – “Lattice Inserts”. Make sure that the correct punch is used!
2. Wash and, if necessary, peel and core the food which is to be chopped up. Larger
pieces should be cut in half if necessary.
3. Place the food with the flat side facing downwards onto the lattice insert.
4. Swiftly and firmly press down the lid with punch holder (9), and repeat if necessary.
Do not apply any force!
CAUTION! Cut up food only by pressing down the punch! Do not attempt to push
food through a lattice insert by hand.
Grating, Cutting Julienne Strips or Thin Slices
1. Assemble the product in the manner described in the “Changing Inserts” chap-
ter – “Cutting and Grating Inserts”.
2. Wash and, if necessary, peel and core the food which is to be chopped up. Larger
pieces should be cut in half if necessary.
3. Place the food on the pins in the finger guard (5). The grip
on the top of the finger guard is pushed out in the process.
CAUTION! Never slice small pieces of food without the
finger guard. There is a danger of cuts!
4. Place the finger guard across the frame and move it back
and forth with a slight degree of pressure until the food has
been chopped up. As you do this, gradually push down the
grip of the finger guard.
NOTICE: Make sure that the finger guard does not come
into contact with the blades in order to prevent any dam-
age to the blades and the finger guard.
5. When the food has been chopped up, press the grip all the
way down to push out the rest of the food.

Cleaning and Storage
PLEASE NOTE!
■Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads for cleaning.
These may damage the surfaces.
• Take apart all parts that have been used (see the “Changing Inserts” chapter).
• Use the cleaning scraper (4) to remove large pieces of food from the inserts.
• Rinse all used parts under warm running water and use a little mild detergent if nec-
essary, or clean them in the dishwasher.
• Allow all parts to dry completely before the product is stored away.
• Store the product in a clean, dry place which is protected from sunlight and is not
accessible to children and animals.
Some types of vegetable or fruit may discolour the plastic parts, e.g. beetroot.
This is normal and quite safe and does not constitute grounds for warranty claims.

• Avant l'utilisation du produit, retirez tous les emballages et les éventuelles étiquettes
qui se trouvent sur le produit et qui ont servi de protection pendant le transport ou de
support publicitaire.
• Le produit peut être contaminé par des résidus de production. Pour éviter tout risque
pour la santé, nettoyez soigneusement le produit avant la première utilisation (voir
paragraphe « Nettoyage et rangement »).
Changement d’accessoire
Grilles
1. Pressez les verrous au dos
du châssis pour grilles (3)
tout en les maintenant en
position. Logez le couvercle
avec le support de poin-
çon (9) en face avant sur le
châssis.
2. Relâchez les verrous. Ils
doivent s'enclencher de fa-
çon bien audible.
3. Choisissez une grille et met-
tez-la en place dans le châs-
sis prévu pour les grilles. La
grille doit s’enclencher de
manière audible.
4. Insérez le poinçon approprié
d’abord dans le logement in-
férieur puis pressez-le contre
le support à poinçon.
5. Sécurisez le poinçon en
poussant le verrou vers le
bas. Le verrou doit s’enclen-
cher de manière audible.
