Mode Indicators
1. Continuously press the start button 3 times, the
speed units will be switched between Mph and
Km/h.
2. The speed can be changed by pressing the start
button:
- when the scooter is in low speed mode, the color
of the speed level indicator will be white,
- when the scooter is in middle speed mode, the
color of speed level indicator will be yellow,
- when the scooter is in high speed mode, the co-
lor of speed level indicator will be red.
Note:
The Max. speed for low speed mode is 10(15*)km/h
The Max. speed for middle speed mode is 15(25*)km/h
The Max. speed for high speed mode is 25(max*)km/h
* This is when cruise control limit is OFF by the APP

3. Assembling the device
1 - Fix the steering rod
and tighten the screws by
turning clockwise.
3 - Test the power switch after finishing assembly

4. Learning to ride*
Please wear a helmet and knee pads when riding
1. Power on and check the battery led light.
2. Stand on the footrest with one leg, with the other
leg on the ground.
3. Place the other leg on the footrest when the scoo-
ter is moving and then press the accelerator but-
ton, to increase speed. Loosen the accelerator
button when slowing down. The energy recovery
system will open itself to slow down. Also press the
left brake handle to slow down.
4. Lean your body left slightly to turn left and lean your
body right slightly to turn right. Turn the handlebar
slowly at the same time.
5. Safety Instructions
1. Driving in the rain is not recommended.
2. It is recommended to slightly bend your knees to
better adjust to a rough surface. If you are travel-
ling on a rough surface, remain in slow speed (5-
10km/h).
3. Riding into a confined space is not recommended
4. Please do not increase speed when descending
down hill.
5. While walking with a scooter, do not press the ac-
celerator switch.
6. When riding, it is recommended to go around va-
rious obstacles on a road.
7. Please do not hang backpacks and other heavy
objects on handle bars.
8. When riding, and the scooter is in motion, it is ad-
vised to keep both feet on the running board.

Avoid dangerous driving
1. Do not ride a scooter on a road that is for motor
vehicles or ride at high speeds.
2. Do not turn sharply in residential areas. Be aware
of the presence of pedestrians at all times.
3. Do not drive through puddles that exceeds 2cm
depth.
4. Never ride with a child in your arms nor ride with
more than 2 persons.
5. Do not tread the back of the fender.
6. Do not touch the disc brake. These become hot
after use.
7. Keep both hands on the handle bars at all times
8. Do not ride the scooter to jump over obstacles. Do
not ride the scooter on steps or stairways.
6. Safety Recommendations
1. Electric scooters are leisure device’s for entertain-
ment. Once you are driving in public areas, electric
scooters can bring certain risks. For your safety
and the safety of others, you must strictly follow the
bylaws regarding electric scooters in your country
of use.
2. You should understand that when you ride a scoo-
ter in a public place, you must comply with all re-
commendations for safety in your country of use.
Also do not forget that there is a possibility of col-
lision, due to violation of pedestrians or vehicle
traffic rules, there is also a risk of injury, due to
improper operation of the unit. As with any type of
vehicle, the higher a speed of an electric scooter,
the greater its braking distance. Caution: on certain
surfaces emergency braking may cause skidding,

loss of balance and even collision. When riding es-
cooters you need to be vigilant and adhere to an
appropriate speed. Keep a safe distance from pe-
destrians and other vehicles. When riding on unfa-
miliar terrain, keep vigilant and to the appropriate
speed.
3. While riding the scooter, respect rights of pedes-
trians. Reduce speed when passing by them. If you
are moving in the same direction with pedestrians,
try to remain to the right side as much as possible
(for left-hand traffic countries) or the left side (for
right-hand traffic countries). If you are moving in
the opposite direction, remain on the correct side
and slow down.
4. Please strictly follow your countries road driving
law, and also strictly abide by escooter riding rules,
set out in instructions and safety recommenda-
tions. Violation of the above rules may result in fi-
nancial expenses, personal injury, occurrence of
traffic accidents, legal disputes, conflict and other
unpleasant situations. Our company does not bear
any direct or joint and several liability.
5. To avoid the risk of personal injury please ensure
you wear the appropriate safety equipment.
6. Please inspect the scooter carefully before each
use. If you find shattered parts, battery life has de-
creased dramatically, tyre leaks, there are signs of
excessive wear, uncharacteristic sounds when tur-
ning the scooter on or any other abnormal symp-
toms, please discontinue use of the scooter imme-
diately and contact a service provider.
7. Please carefully read all instructions in this manual
to minimize the potential risks.

8. Modifying the e-scooter is prohibited.
9. Make sure that all bolts are tight before each ride.
10. In order to avoid injuries, be careful not to touch
any moving parts during the ride.
11. Regularly check the tyre pressure and fill the tyre
with air as needed.

12. Fold in the kickstand before riding to avoid risk of
accidents and injuries.

7. Folding
1. Make sure scooter is turned off, hold the front pole,
loosen the Iock screw by turning anticlockwise until
the U-lock comes out of the groove. (RS and GT
models). For the CITY model : 1- Press the folding
latch, 2- put down the stem slowly, 3 -Fold stem
fully into place
2. Fold the scooter and connect the two hooks on the
front pole and pedal board (GT and RS models).
For the CITY model, once unlocked and folded,
the handle bar and shaft will automatically fold and
lock into place.
8. Charging
Open the charger cover and connect the charger.
Power on until fully charged.

9. Care and Storage
Clean and store your Scooter
1. If you find any stains on the electric scooter hou-
sing, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the vehicle.You
can use a non-abrasive material to clean the scoo-
ter from stains. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
Warning:
Do not use alcohol, petrol, kerosene or other cor-
rosive solutions, volatile chemical solvents to clean
the vehicle. This can cause serious damage to the
scooter body and can disrupt the structure of inter-
nal elements.
2. Do not wash the electric scooter under a strong
pressure of the water. Make sure the scooter is
in the off status when cleaning. In addition, after
charging of the vehicle, it is necessary to re-insert
the charge point cover back to the charging point
on the scooter, otherwise you may get an electric
shock or may have serious water damage caused
from water entering the charging point.
3. When not in use store the scooter in a cool, dry
place. Do not leave the unit exposed to the ele-
ments for long periods. Leaving the device in the
sun or in extreme temperatures (hot or cold), can
damage the scooter or reduce battery life.
Maintenance of the Scooter battery
1. Do not use batteries from other brands in order to
avoid electrical damage to the motor.
2. Do not open or disassemble the battery to prevent
electric shock.
3. Avoid contact with metal objects to prevent an oc-
currence of a short circuit, otherwise the battery
may malfunction and can injure the user.
4. It is recommended to use an AC adapter, that co-

mes with the original configuration of the device, to
prevent an occurrence of an accident or fire to the
vehicle.
5. Improper disposal of used batteries and accumula-
tors is the cause of severe environmental pollution.
Please, dispose of batteries in accordance with
local laws. Please do not dispose of batteries to-
gether with food waste.
6. After each use of the device, charge the battery
to prolong its service life. Do not store the scooter
battery in rooms with temperatures, that exceed
40°C or -15°C (for example, do not leave the bat-
tery of Electric Scooter and other batteries in cars
especially in hot weather). Do not leave the battery
near fire or any other heat source. A result of these
actions may deteriorate the battery, overheating
and can even cause fire.
If within 30 days the scooter is not used, charge the
battery and keep the device in a cool, dry place.
Every 60 days you need to charge the battery,
otherwise there is the likelihood of failure, which is
not subject to warranty services.
Avoid a full discharge of the device, it will extend bat-
tery life. When using the device at normal room tem-
perature, the battery will be able to ride for longer pe-
riods, distance and performance will be better. If you
use the scooter at temperatures below 12°C, vehicle
performance and permeability decreases. Below 12°C
travel distance can be less.

Note: A fully charged scooter runs for approx. 120-180
days of standby time. The battery has a smart chip,
that stores information about its charging and dischar-
ging. If you are not charging the battery for a long time,
it can cause serious damage, for which it is impossible
to charge the device again. This kind of damage is not
included the warranty service. (Caution: Do not disas-
semble the device by unauthorized people, as there is
a risk of electric shock or serious injury as result of a
short circuit.

13. Minor troubleshooting and repair
a) Electric scooter not running
1. Check the power switch is in the ON position
2. Check the battery for its charge condition. Remark:
It is important to use specifically designed charger
for your electric scooter.
3. Check for any loose or separated connections.
4. Try charging the battery for 8 hours especially if
the electric scooter has not been charged for more
than 3 months.

b) Battery not charging
1. Try plugging the charger in another socket
2. Check the battery for any obvious damage, crack
or bulges.
3. Plug the battery charger in and check the indicator
light. If the light is red, it means the battery is char-
ging. A green light means it is fully charged.
4. Check if charger port is not loose or possible
broken wires.
5. Remember that it will take longer to completely
charge a dead battery. Make sure that the battery
never runs totally out of charge.
c) Tyre is flat
1. It is important to check pressure of tyres before
each ride.
2. If there’s a puncture, you can apply instant tyre fix
available on store, or repair using a suitable punc-
ture repair kit.
3. If there’s huge puncture, it’s better to replace the
inner tube. For procedures for removing and ins-

d) Scooter is running slow
1. Check the battery, if it’s not charging, need to re-
place with new one.
2. Check all wires and its connections, make sure
they are securely connected. Replace any obvious
damaged parts as needed.
3. Check the motor and clean using brush or com-
pressed air to remove any debris or dirt might be
blocking it.
e) Brakes not functioning
1. If the brakes of electric scooter
have stopped working proper-
ly, you may need to replace the
brake cable or the brake pads.

f) Engine heats up
1. Various factors that can caused excessive engine
heat are poor environment like high temperature or
poor handling or overloading.
2. If you feel the engine is heating up, turn off the
electric scooter as it could affect the engine and
battery badly.
3. Let it cool down before checking its internal parts.
4. If it’s safe to touch the electric scooter, check the
wirings, fuse and electric controller. For these is-
sues, it is better to call a technician to fix.

14. Warranty terms
Warranty Period
The limited warranty of scooter is effective for 12 mon-
ths and takes affect as of the date received.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers the following parts only:
• LED controller display (12 months)
• Motors (12 months)
• Lithium battery (12 months)
• Chargers (12 months)
Note:This is NO warranty for wear and tear parts such.
These include, but are not limited to, fenders, handle-
bars, tyres and scratches to the body of the scooter.
1. Electrical damage caused by improper use of the
battery, such as using an unapproved charger,
long periods of time left uncharged, or plugging the
power cable in the wrong way is not covered under
warranty.
2. Please charge the battery responsibly and regular-
ly (at least once month)
3. Water damage caused by improper use in snow,
wet or flooded conditions is not covered. Our pro-
ducts are rain resistant. Please use with care.
4. Damage caused by accident, disasters, or impro-
per use such as racing or jumping is not covered.
5. Damage caused by not following the user manual
or not following proper maintenance procedures is
not covered.
6. The warranty does not cover any damage during
transportation of the device in another vehicle
other than the courier used to make the delivery of
