When using electrical appliances, basic precauons should always be followed to
reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, and injury to persons including the following:
• Read all instrucons before using this appliance.
• This appliance is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
If provided, use handles when moving this appliance. Keep combusble materials, such as furniture,
pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) and away from the side and the
rear of this appliance. WARNING: In order to avoid over heang, do not cover the heater.
• CAUTION: Never leave the heater operang unaended. Extreme cauon is necessary if
unsupervised children or invalids are nearby.
• The appliance is not to be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilies, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instrucon.
• Always unplug this appliance when not in use.
• Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or aer the appliance malfuncons, or if it
has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not use outdoors.
• This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locaons. Never
locate this appliance where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
• Do not run cord under carpeng. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange
cord away from trac areas and where it will not be tripped over.
• To disconnect this appliance, turn controls to the o posion, then remove plug from outlet.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any venlaon or exhaust opening as this may cause
an electric shock or re, or damage the appliance.
• To prevent a possible re, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on
so surfaces, like a bed, where opening may become blocked.
• This appliance has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline,
paint or ammable liquids are used or stored. This appliance should not be used as a drying rack for
clothing.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clearance To Combusbles
Keep electrical cords, drapery, furniture and other combusbles at least 3  (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and
away from the sides.
Cleaning Trim
Clean the trim using a so cloth, slightly dampened with a citrus oil-based product and bu with a so, clean cloth.
DO NOT use brass polish or household cleaners as these products will damage the metal trim.
Purchase citrus oil-based products at a hardware store.

Warranty
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that your new Ceramic Tower Heater is free from manufacturing and material defects for
a period of two years from date of purchase, subject to the following condions and limitaons.
1. Install and operate this appliance in accordance with the operang instrucons furnished with the product at all
mes. Any unauthorized repair, alteraon, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this
warranty.
2. This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made
through an authorized supplier of the product.
3. The warranty is limited to the repair found to be defecve in material or workmanship, provided that such part(s)
have been subjected to normal condions of use and service, aer said defect is conrmed by the manufacturer’s
inspecon.
4. The manufacturer may, at its discreon, fully discharge all obligaons with respect to this warranty by refunding
the wholesale price of the defecve part(s).
5. Any installaon, labor, construcon, transportaon, or other related costs/expenses arising from defecve
part(s),repair, replacement, or otherwise of same, will not be covered by this warranty, nor shall the
manufacturer assume responsibility for same.
6. The owner/user assumes all other risks, if any, including the risk of any direct, indirect or consequenal loss or
damage arising out of the use, or inability to use the product, except as provided by law.
7. All other warranes – expressed or implied –with respect to the product, its components and accessories, or any
obligaons/liabilies on the part of the manufacturer are hereby expressly excluded.
8. The manufacturer neither assumes, nor authorizes any third party to assume on its behalf, any other liabilies
with respect to the sale of the product.
9. The warranes as outlined within this document do not apply to non accessories used in conjuncon with the
installaon of this product.
10. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is void if:
a. The heater is subjected to prolonged periods of dampness or condensaon.
b. Any unauthorized alteraon, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product.
c. You do not have the original receipt of purchase.

INSTRUCCIONES IMPORTANTES
Al usar aparatos eléctricos, siempre se deben seguir precauciones básicas para reducir

Mantenimiento y instrucciones de funcionamiento
CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
Separación de materiales combusbles
Mantenga los cables eléctricos, cornas, muebles y otros arculos combusbles a una distancia de al menos 3 pies
(0.9 m) de la parte frontal del calefactor, y lejos de los laterales.
Limpieza de las supercies
Limpie las supercies de metal con un paño suave ligeramente humedecido con un producto a base de aceite cítrico
y abrillante con un paño suave y limpio. NO ulice pulidor de metales ni limpiadores para el hogar, ya que estos
productos pueden dañar las supercies de metal. Compre productos a base de aceite cítrico en una ferretería.

2 AÑOS DE GARANTÍA LIMITADA
El fabricante garanza que su nueva torre calentadora cerámica está libre de defectos de fabricación y de materiales
por un período de dos años a parr de la fecha de compra, con las siguientes condiciones y limitaciones.
1. Este aparato debe instalarse y ulizarse en todo momento de conformidad con las instrucciones de
funcionamiento que acompañan al producto. Cualquier reparación no autorizada, modicación, abuso deliberado,
accidente o ulización incorrecta de este producto anulará la garana.
2. Esta garana no es transferible y sólo es aplicable al propietario original, y siempre y cuando la compra se hiciera a
través de un proveedor autorizado del producto.
3. La garana está limitada a la reparación de piezas con defectos materiales o de fabricación, siempre y cuando
estas se hayan ulizado y reparado en condiciones normales, y después de que el fabricante conrme dicho
defecto tras inspeccionarlas.
4. El fabricante puede, a su criterio, cumplir con todas las obligaciones relacionadas con esta garana mediante el
reembolso del precio de venta al por mayor de las piezas defectuosas.
5. Esta garana no cubrirá ningún costo/gasto derivado de la instalación, mano de obra, construcción, transporte

stringent quality standards. This product is warranted to be free from manufacturer’s defects and workmanship.
Warranty period: 2 years from date of purchase with original, dated proof of purchase receipt.
Cost: Free replacement product or refund at Twin-Star International discretion.
In order to make a claim under the warranty, please send us:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
