1 装置の詳細
プログラム可能な温度データロガー
は、操作が簡単で、さまざまなアプリ
ケーションでお使いいただけます。
ロガーは、希望される品物や部屋など
の保管温度を測定することに使われま
す。
ロガーをRS232インターフェイスを用
いて、お使いのパソコンのRS232ポー
トに繋いでください。ソフトウェアEBI-
QUICKLOGによって、データのプログ
ラム、読み込みが可能になります。
ご希望によっては、スタート・ストッ
プコントローラーからでもロガーをス
タートさせる事が出来ます。
さらに、バッテリー交換も可能です

1 Description
The programmable temperature data
logger is easy to handle and suitable for
various applications.
The logger is used to measure and store
the temperature of any desired good or
any desired room.
With the RS 232 interface, the logger
may be connected with your PC’s RS
232 port. The software EBI- QUICKLOG
allows you to program and readout
data.
If desired, the logger may be started and
stopped with the Start/Stop control.
Furthermore, it is possible to renew the
battery by using a replacement battery.

3 インストール
3.1 ロガーのプログラム
ご購入時、ロガーは停止状態になっ
ています。その為ランプは点滅して
いません！
ランプは、ロガーが作動中にのみ点
滅します。

3 Installation
3.1 Programming the logger
In delivery condition, the logger is
always inactive, the LED does not
flash!
The LED flashes only, when the
logger is active.

によって、ロガーをプログラムしスタ
ートさせる事ができます。そしてデー
タを読み出すことが出来ます。
本マニュアルまたはオンラインヘルプ
の手順に従って進めてください。
ロガーの表サイドの赤いキャップを外
してください。RS232インターフェイ
スをロガー及びお使いのパソコンに接
続します。
もしお使いのパソコンが25ピンCOMイ
ンターフェイスの場合は、適したデー
タケーブルをお使い下さい。
    
注意:ロガーのプログラム
サンプリングや周囲の温度を測り続け
る事は、電池寿命に 影響がありま
す。
電池寿命を長く持たせる為にも、使用
していない時は必 ずロガーを停
止の状態にさせてください。
プログラムの後は、ロガーに水が入ら
ないよう必ず赤い保護キャップを閉め
てください。

Using the software EBI- QUICKLOG,
your logger may be programmed and
started, and data may be read out.
Please follow the procedures described
in this operating manual or in the online
help.
If required, ebro Electronic GmbH &
Co. KG will carry out the programming
and later the readout of the data.
On the front side of the logger, open the
red protector cap of the jack. Connect
the RS 232 interface and connect your
logger with the PC.
If your PC has a 25-pin COM inter-
face, please use the appropriate
data cable.
Program the logger.
Please note:
Sampling rate and ambient temperature
have an effect on the life span of the
battery.
In order to preserve the battery, you
should deactivate your logger whenever
possible.
After programming, always close the jack
with the red protector cap. This ensures
that the logger remains watertight.

3.2 測定ポイントの選択
ロガーに適した環境をお選び下さい。
必要ならば、吊り下げようの穴をお使
い下さい
ロガーは、電気の発する場所（高圧
電線などの近くでは絶対に使用しな
いで下さい。）
ロガーは、規則に従ってお使い下
さい。
ロガーは、直接水の流入の場所での
ご使用は避けて下さい
4 装置の操作方法
4.1 ロガーのスタート 
  （測定値の記録）
ソフトウェアまたは、スタート/ストッ
プコントローラーを用いて測定値の記
録をスタートさせます。
スタート/ストップコントローラーを使
用する為には、まずロガー表面の赤い
キャップを外します。スタート/ストッ
プコントローラーを挿し込み、上のボ
タンを押します。
ロガーをスタートさせるために、ボタン
を数秒間押し続ける必要があります。（
ランプが、５回速く点滅するまで。）
これで、ロガーは最近プログラムした
測定間隔のエンドレスモードでスター
トされます。

3.2 Choosing a measuring point
Select a suitable location for the logger
and, if needed, suspend it using the
eyelet.
Never expose the logger to electri-
cal fields, e.g. from mains and high
voltage circuits. Always use the
logger according to the regulations
and protect it from direct inflow of
water.
4 Operation
4.1 Starting the logger
(recording of measurement
values)
Start the recording of measurement va-
lues with the software or with the Start/
Stop control.
For the latter, open the red protector cap
of the jack on the front side of the logger.
Plug in the Start/Stop control and press
the button on the topside.
In order to start the logger, you have to
keep the button depressed for a few
seconds, until the LED flashes rapidly
(5 times). Now the logger is started in
endless mode with the lastly set sample
rate.
Afterwards, unplug the Start/Stop con-
trol, and seal the jack again with the red

その後、スタート/ストップコントロー
ラーをはずし、防水性を保つ為に、再
び赤いキャップで栓をします。
4.2 記録のストップ
測定値の記録は、ソフトウェアからも
しくはスタート/ストップコントローラ
ーからストップすることが出来ます。
先に述べた方法で、スタート/ストップ
ボタンをロガーに差し込んで下さい。
コントロール装置の上のボタンを押し
ます。
ロガーの測定値の記録をストップさ
せる為に、2, 3秒ボタンを押し続けま
す。
（ランプが20回早く点滅するまで）
これでロガーは止まり、動かなくなり
ます。ボタンを押すのを止めてくださ
い。
ソフトウェアからデータを読み出し、
その後データを印刷することが出来ま
す。

4.2 Stopping the recording
The recording of measurement values
is stopped with the software or with the
Start/Stop control.
For the latter, plug in the Start/Stop
control as described above and press
the button on the topside of the control
device.
In order to stop the recording of mea-
surement values in the logger, you have
to keep the button depressed for a few
seconds, until the LED flashes rapidly
(20 times). Now the logger is stopped
and the logger is deactivated. Now stop
pressing the button.
Now you can read out the data with the
software and print it out afterwards.

注意して下さい。以下の事を行うと、
記録されたデータが消えてしまい
ます。
＊ 記録をストップさせた後すぐにス
タート/ストップコントローラを用
いて再びロガーをスタートさせて
しまった場合。
＊ データを読み出す前に、ロガーを再
プログラムしてしまった場合
4.3 リミット値
もし記録されたデータがプログラムの
リミット値以内なら、ロガーのランプ
は4秒に1回点滅し、ロガーは値を記録
します。
もしプログラムされたリミット値を越
えている場合は、ロガーのランプが
4秒に2回点滅し、ロガーは値を記録し
続けます。
プログラム次第で、リミット値を越え
た場合や、たくさんセットされたロガ
ーの測定間隔の中で遅れている物をす
ばやく見つける事が出来ます。
ランプの点滅をキャンセルしたい場
合は、ロガーを読み出し、再プログ
ラムする必要があります。また必要
であれば、新しいリミット値を設定
してください。

Please note that the recorded data are
deleted, if you
• stop the recording and afterwards
start it again immediately with the
Start/Stop control, or
• reprogram the logger without rea-
ding out the data.
4.3 Limit value monitoring
If the recorded data are within the pro-
grammed limits, the LED flashes once
every 4 seconds, and the logger records
measurement data.
If the programmed limits are exceeded,
the logger continues to record measure-
ment values. The LED flashes twice
every 4 seconds.
Depending on programming, the limit
value breach is displayed immediately or
after a delay that corresponds to a mul-
titude of the set measurement interval.
To cancel the flashing of the LED,
you have to read out the logger,
reprogram it and, if required, define
new limit values.

4.4 開始時間のディレイ
“EBI-QUICKLOG”ソフトウェアを用い
て、ロガーを遅らせてスタートさせる
為のプログラムを選択出来ます。
しかし、これはモードが“測定なし（ロ
ガーの電源を切る）”が選択されてい
る時のみ可能です。これに関しては、
EBI-QUICKLOGソフトウェアのオンラ
インヘルプを参照下さい。
4.5 データの読み出し
記録されたデータを読み出す為に、EBI-
QUICKLOGソフトウェアのユーザーマ
ニュアルまたは、オンラインヘルプを
参照しながら、進めてください。
4.6 リセット
ロガーデータの読み出しが出来ない場
合や、それぞれのロガーがデータを記
録していない場合は、少しの間ロガー
からバッテリーをはずしてください。
チャプター5の“バッテリー交換”を参照
ください。
