EC-VP-1100 POS Terminal
Instructions for Assembly / Disassembly of VFD

CAUTION
Make sure turn off the POS Terminal before Assembly or Disassembly any device.
It may cause short circuit
for the POS
terminal or VFD if
install / uninstall
the VFD when the machine turns on

How to Assembly the VFD
1. Unscrew the VFD cover on the center back top of the POS Terminal
2. Remove the cover and found the cable with the connector inside the notch,
use the pliers to pull it out gently.

4. Check the following 4 points before plug in the connector.
•Make sure the 4 pins of VFD interface are aligned;
•Make sure both interface in the same direction;
•Plug in the connector in a parallel position;
•Make sure the notch of VFD is fit for the POS convex grove.

1. Power on the POS terminal and check the VFD is working probably.
2. Wrapping the black tape and cover the connector.
3. Put all the cable inside the notch on the POS terminal.
4. Use the screwdriver to lock the hinge of the VFD
5. Put the QC sticker on top of the screw.
6. VFD assembly is done.

Troubleshooting
1. Make sure all the pins are algin on the connector
2. Make sure the both connector from the POS terminal and VFD are plug in tightly
3. Make sure the position for the connector of both side is correctly plug in (Ref.: Page 4)
4. Make sure the cable is not broken
5. Make the dedicated file for OPOS is copied to the system
6. Use EC Line VFD diagnostic tools to check at
