Instructions for the insta er
The fo owing instructions are aimed at the qua ified insta er, to ensure that he carries out the
insta ation, adjustment and maintenance operations as correct y as possib e and according to
current ega regu ations. Any operation must be performed with e ectrica power cut to the
app iance. Before using the app iance, carefu y remove the specia adhesive fi m protecting the
parts in stain ess stee . Do not eave any g ue residues on the surfaces. If necessary, remove
them at once, with an appropriate so vent.
Positioning
PositioningPositioning
Positioning - Position the app iance perfect y horizonta y on a tab e or simi ar support (the tab e
or support must be at east 85 cm above the f oor). Position it at a distance of not ess than 10
cm from the side and rear wa s, to enab e natura venti ating air to circu ate free y around it.
The app iance is venti ated through specific openings on the meta wa s of the outer housing ,
and ensures efficiency and ong- ife. For this reason it is strict y forbidden to obstruct these
venti ation openings, even partia y or for short periods. Fai ure to observe this specific

E ectrica connection - The app iance must be connected to the e ectrica mains according to
current ega regu ations. Before making the connection, make sure of the fo owing:
-the vo tage and frequency va ues of the power supp y system match the va ues on the
"technica data" p ate affixed on the app iance;
-the imiting va ve and the system are ab e to support the app iance's oad (see the

Connection to the water mains
Connection to the water mainsConnection to the water mains
Connection to the water mains - The app iance must be fed with softened drinking water, with
hardness from 0.5°F to 5°F (it is ob igatory to use a softener to reduce the formation of ime
inside the cooking chamber) and pressure in the range from 150 to 250 kPa (1.5 - 2.5 bar).
Connection to the water mains shou d be made through the threaded 3/4" so enoid-va ve on
the rear of the app iance, fitting in between a mechanica fi ter and an on/off tap (before you
connect the fi ter, a ow a certain quantity of water to f ow out in order to drain any waste from
the pipe).
