Das Gerät darf nur von Fachpersonal repariert und gewartet werden. Dabei sind die Gerätedokumentation, die einschlägigen
Normen, die gesetzlichen Vorschriften und die Zertifikate zu beachten!
Es dürfen nur modulare Baugruppen gegen identische original Endress+Hauser Ersatzteile ausgetauscht werden !

Folgendes Werkzeug wird benötigt:

Gehäuse und Sensorbaugruppe sind nun von einander zu trennen:

Druckmittler befüllen:
Deckel am Elektronikraum abschrauben.
Wenn vorhanden, die Anzeige vom Elektronik-Modul abnehmen, dazu die Laschen nach außen drücken und Kabel
des Anzeigemoduls vom Elektronik-Modul abstecken.
Das Sensorkabel liegt, mit einem Kurzschlussstecker geschützt, lose im Elektronikraum.
Die beiden Kreuzschlitzschrauben am Elektronik-Modul ausschrauben und das Elektronik-Modul aus dem Gehäuse ziehen
(Steckverbindung).
Die Feststellschraube etwa 1-2 Umdrehungen lösen.
Das leere Gehäuse linksdrehend vom Sensor abschrauben (9 Umdrehungen).
Achtung: Sensorkabel vor Beschädigung schützen!
Nach dem Anschweißen des Druckmittlers ist dieser zu befüllen.
Nach dem Befüllen des Druckmittlers darf die Anzeige des Gerätes am Nullpunkt höchstens 10% des Endwertes vom Zellenmessbereich
betragen. Der Innendruck des Druckmittlers ist entsprechend zu korrigieren.

Das Gerät, Cerabar S PMP71, ist teilmontiert geliefert und muss für den Schweißvorgang demontiert werden.
Die Sensorbaugruppe ist nach dem Einschweißen in den Prozessanschluss fachgerecht mit einer Druckmittlerflüssigkeit zu befüllen und mit
Dichtkugel und Verschlussschraube gasfrei zu verschließen.

Beide O-Ringe müssen am Sensorkopf vorhanden sein.
Beiliegende Verdrehsicherung am Sensorkopf eingesetzt. Die
Verdrehsicherung begrenzt die Ausrichtposition des Gehäuses nach
dem Zusammenbau.
Gehäuse auf den Sensorkopf aufsetzen und bis an den Rand der
Verdrehsicherung aufschrauben (ca. 5 Umdrehungen),
siehe Abbildung unten.
Verdrehsicherung zur Feststellschraube positionieren
(siehe Mittellinie).
Gehäuse weiterdrehen, sodass
die Lasche in die Führung am Gehäuse eintaucht, dann das Gehäuse
bis zum Anschlag auf das Sensoroberteil schrauben.
Nach sachgemäßem Zusammenbau läßt sich das Gehäuse über eine
volle Umdrehung (380°) bis an einen spürbaren Anschlag
zurückdrehen.
Elektronikmodul einbauen.
Kurzschlussstecker am Sensorstecker abstecken (entfernen) und
Sensorkabel am Elektronikmodul anstecken.
Ggf. ein Anzeigemodul an die Elektronik anstecken.
Deckel aufschrauben.
• Gerät an der Messstelle einbauen, Verkabelung anschließen.
• Gehäuse in die gewünschte Position ausrichten.
Wichtig: Nach dem Ausrichten ist ein festes Anziehen der Fest-
stellschraube für einen optimalen Potentialausgleich zwischen
Prozessbehälter und Erdpotential des Gehäuses notwendig.
Damit wird die EMV-Festigkeit der Elektronik positiv beeinflusst.
• Nach dem kompletten Zusammenbau ist das Gerät betriebsbereit.
• Nach dem Einschalten des Gerätes muss im
im Feld “ ” der (General Reset)
eingegeben werden. Dann liest die Elektronik alle spezifischen
Sensordaten aus der Sensorelektronik.
Das Gerät ist dann gemäß der Betriebsanleitung auf den Prozess-
Messbereich zu kalibrieren.

Die Profildichtung im Gehäuse muss eingelegt sein.
Beide O-Ringe müssen am Sensorkopf vorhanden sein.
Beiliegenden Sicherungsring am Sensorkopf einsetzen.
Gehäuse auf den Sensorkopf aufsetzen und bis zum Anschlag auf
den Sensor schrauben (ca. 9 Umdrehungen).
Nach sachgemäßem Zusammenbau lässt sich das Gehäuse über eine
volle Umdrehung (380°) bis an einen spürbaren Anschlag zurück-
drehen.
Elektronikmodul einbauen.

Assembly diaphragm seal on Cerabar S PMP71
• Philips screw driver size 1
The following tools are required:
• Allen wrench AF2 mm
Disassemble instrument
Housing and sensor assembly must now be separated:
Fill diaphragm seal:
1. Unscrew lid from electronics compartment.
2. If applicable, remove display from electronics module: push the tabs outwards and unplug cable from display module
at the electronics module.
The sensor cable is loosely positioned inside the electronics compartment, protected with a shorting plug.
3. Unscrew the 2 Philips screws from the electronics module and pull the module out of the housing (plug connection).
4. Loosen the set screw approximately 1-2 turns.
5. Unscrew the empty housing counterclockwise from the sensor (9 turns).
Attention: prevent sensor cable from being damaged!
The diaphragm seal must be filled after the welding.
After the filling of the diaphragm seal, the instrument may indicate at the zero point no more than 10% of the maximum cell range.
The internal pressure of the diaphragm seal must be corrected accordingly.

The instrument Cerabar S PMP71 is shipped partially assembled and must be disassembled for the welding.
After welding into the process connection, the sensor assembly must be professionally filled with fill fluid and must be sealed gas tight with
sealing ball and seal screw.
The instrument may only be maintained and repaired by qualified personnel.
Only modular assemblies may be exchanged against identical, original Endress+Hauser spare parts !
The device documentation, applicable
standards and legal requirements as well as any certificates have to be observed!

Both O-rings must be installed at the sensor head.
Insert the included retaining ring must at the sensor head.
After assembly, it will limit the rotation of the housing.
Position housing on sensor head and screw on up to the edge of the
retaining ring (approximately 5 turns), refer to illustration below.
Position retaining ring towards set screw (see center line).
Continue rotating the housing together with the retaining ring
such that the tab slips into the guide groove in the housing, then
screw housing onto sensor head until stop.
If assembled correctly, the housing can be rotated back for over a full
turn (380°) to a noticeable stop.
Install electronics module
Unplug and remove shorting plug from sensor plug and plug sensor
cable into electronics.
If applicable, plug display module to electronics.
Screw lid on electronic compartment.
• Install instrument at desired location, connect wires
• Adjust housing to the desired position
Important: the set screw must be tightened securely after
positioning of the housing in order to provide an optimum
potential equalization between the process tank and the
ground potential of the housing.
This also has a positive effect on the EMC characteristics of
the electronics.
• After the complete assembly the instrument is operational.
• After switching on the instrument, code 7864 (general reset) must
be entered in the operation menu --> operation --> in the field
“reset”. The electronics then reads the specific sensor data from the
sensor electronics.
The instrument must then be calibrated to the process measuring
range according to the manual.

The sealing ring must be inserted in the housing.
Both O-rings must be installed at the sensor head.
Insert the included locking ring must at the sensor head.
Position housing on sensor head and screw it on the sensor until it
stops (approximately 9 turns).
If assembled correctly, the housing can be rotated back for over a full
turn (380°) to a noticeable stop.
Install electronics module.
Unplug and remove shorting plug from sensor plug and plug sensor
cable into electronics.
If applicable, plug display module to electronics.
Screw lid on electronic compartment.
