Levelflex - Schnellinbetriebnahme
Der Levelflex wird mit einem Werksabgleich ausgeliefert, so dass das Gerät in den meisten Fällen ohne weiteren Abgleich
funktioniert. Ein Abgleich/Anpassung an Ihre Anwendung ist notwendig, wenn:
1.) Sonde in Stutzen eingebaut ist, mit Stutzenhöhe > 100 mm und/oder ∅ > 100 mm
2.) Die Sonde gekürzt wurde
3.) Abstand der Sonde zu Einbauten > 400 mm
1. Einbautenabgleich bei leerem Silo
1.1 ohne Anzeigedisplay, oder Display abgezogen,
Sonde ungekürzt !
1.) Rücksetzen auf
Defaultwerte:
drücken bis rote LED leuchtet,
warten bis rote LED erlischt
(ca. 30-60 s)
2.) Abgleich
drücken bis rote LED leuchtet,
warten bis rote LED erlischt
(ca. 30-60 s)
1.2 mit Anzeigedisplay, auch bei gekürzter Sonde
Eingaben erfolgen in "Matrixfelder",
Navigieren in der Matrix mit
I und G Tasten
Eingabe der Werte mit
O oder S Tasten
Funktion aktivieren, so dass Anzeige blinkt, durch drücken
der
O und S Taste !
1.) In Feld V9H5 gehen
• "333" eingeben, dazu
O Taste lange gedrückt
halten, (rücksetzen auf Defaultwerte)

I + G gleichzeitig drücken
2.) In Feld V3H0 gehen (3x
I drücken)
• "1" eingeben (kompletter Abgleich über ganze
Sondenlänge)
• Taste
G drücken
3.) Im Feld V3H1: "1" eingeben
4.) In Feld V3H5 gehen (4x
G drücken)
• Sondenlänge in m eingeben, falls Wert schon
eingegeben ist:
O oder S Taste drücken.
•
I + G gleichzeitig drücken, jetzt wird das
Setup berechnet.
• Warten bis Balkenanzeige nicht mehr blinkt,
ca. 30 - 60 s
Wenn Sondenlänge verändert wurde:
5.) In Feld V3H5 gehen
• Wert für Messanfang ablesen
6.) In Feld V0H1 gehen
• Wert aus V3H5 eingeben (Nullabgleich)
• Taste
G drücken
7.) Im Feld V0H2 Messbereich (Spanne) in m eingeben,
(min, Abstand zum Prozessanschluß: 300 mm) Wert im Matrixfeld V3H8 prüfen
L: Bestellte Sondenlänge E: Leerdistanz = Nullpunkt (V3H5)
B: Blockdistanz, min.: 30 cm (V3H8) F: Volldistanz = Spanne (V0H2)

2. Einbautenabgleich, wenn Silo teilweise befüllt ist,
damit ist auch dann ein Abgleich möglich, wenn die Sonde zum Teil bedeckt ist,
auch bei gekürzter Sonde.
1.) In Feld V9H5 gehen
• "333" eingeben, dazu
O Taste lange gedrückt halten,
(Rücksetzen auf Defaultwerte)
•
I + G gleichzeitig drücken
2.) In Feld V3H0 gehen (3x
I drücken)
• "2" eingeben (Teilabgleich, soweit die Sonde frei ist)
• Taste
G drücken
3.) In Feld V3H1: "1" eingeben
4.) In Feld V3H5 gehen (4x
G drücken)
• Freie Sondenlänge in m eingeben, Abstand zum Füllgut min 0,5 m
•
I + G gleichzeitig drücken, jetzt wird das Setup berechnet
• Warten bis Balkenanzeige nicht mehr blinkt, ca. 30 - 60 s
5.) In Feld V3H5 gehen
• Gesamtlänge der Sonde - 0,35 m als Messanfang eingeben
6.) In Feld V0H1 gehen
• gleichen Wert wie in V3H5 eingeben (Nullabgleich)
• Taste
G drücken
7.) In Feld V0H2 Messbereich (Spanne) in m eingeben, (min. Abstand zum Prozessanschluß: 300 mm, Wert im Matrixfeld V3H8 prüfen)
3. Bedienmatrix:
Damit ist der Levelflex abgeglichen.
Überprüfung der Messsicherheit:
Nach Befüllen des Silos können Sie zur Überprüfung der Messsicherheit die Signalstärke kontrollieren. Gehen Sie dazu in das Feld V3H2. Wenn hier ein
Wert >= 3 angezeigt wird, ist die Messung auch langfristig sicher.Bei stark gekürzter Sonde sollten Sie zusätzlich im Feld V3H8 den Wert der Blockdistanz
kontrollieren und durch Vergleich mit dem Messbereich sicherstellen, dass die Blockdistanz ausserhalb des Messbereiches liegt.

4. Fehlersuche
Tabelle listet die häufigsten Messprobleme mit Beseitigungsmöglichkeiten auf. Falls die erste Massnahme greift, entfallen die übrigen Schritte.

Levelflex - Quick Setup
The Levelflex is delivered with a factory calibration so that, in general, the instrument operates without requiring further
calibration. A calibration / modification to the application is required if:
1.) The probe is mounted in a nozzle which is > 100 mm high and / or ∅ > 100 mm
2.) The probe is shortened
3.) Distance from probe to internals > 400 mm
1. Calibration for internals with an empty silo
1.1 Without display or display removed,
probe not shortened !

2. Calibration for internals with a partially filled silo,
so that a calibration can also be carried out if the probe is partially covered and
has been shortened.
1.) Go to field V9H5
• Enter "333" while keeping the
O key pressed down, (reset to default values)

I + G simultaneously press
2.) Go to field V3H0 (3x
I press)
• Enter "2" (partial calibration if the probe is free)
• Press

3.) Enter "1" in field V3H1

3. Operating matrix
The Levelflex is now calibrated.
Checking measurement reliability:
The strength of the signal can be checked after the silo has been filled. Go to field V3H2. If a value >= 3 is shown here then measurement is assured over
a long period of time. With very shortened probes, the value for the blocking distance should be checked in field V3H8 and compared with the measuring
range to ensure that the blocking distance lies outside the measuring range.

4. Trouble-shooting
The table lists the most common measuring errors with possible remedies. If the first measure is successful, the remaining steps are not required.
