instructions include helpful hints and important information needed to safely assemble and properly maintain the bench. Please read these instructions before

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Following the instructions as presented helps ensure
proper assembly. The steps outlining assembly are
as follows:
1. Verify all parts are included in shipment. Notify
customer service for questions or concerns.
2. Read these instructions and all additional
documentation included with shipment before
you begin.
3. Gather tools.
4. For best results, assemble components on a flat,
level surface in the order they are presented in
these instructions.
5. Read care and maintenance information.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Proper care and maintenance is important.
Check these items periodically to properly
maintain bench.
• Check connections and all fasteners to
verify that they remain tight.
• Do not climb or stand on the frame at
anytime.
• Verify all weight on bench top is evenly
distributed.
• Promptly repair or replace all damaged
parts and frame members.
• If the bench is disassembled and moved,
inspect all parts and connections before
reassembling and use.

for assistance.
Important Information
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Wear eye protection.
• Wear gloves when handling metal pipes and top.
• Use a portable GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit
Interrupter) when working with power tools and
cords.
REQUIRED TOOLS
The following list identifies tools needed to assemble
bench. Additional tools may be needed.
• Variable speed drill (cordless with extra batteries
works best)
• Small hammer and gloves
• Ratchet and socket set or 1/2" wrench

Important Information
PICTORIAL GUIDE
The following graphics and photos will help identify the different parts of
your bench. (Some parts may not be shown.)
ATTACH LEVELER INSERTS TO EACH LEG
Levelers help set a slope to your bench for some growing applications.
Before you begin assembling the bench frame, assemble the leveler
inserts and attach each one to a bench leg as shown below.

Complete these steps to install each insert:
1. Slide one 112477 insert into bottom of a
leg tube. Tap gently with a small hammer
if needed to seat in place.
2. Secure using an FA4482B Tek screw.
Install screw through frame tube and
wall of the 112477 insert.
3. Add a nut to each FAH337B bolt and
install bolt so that it is fully turned into
the threaded plate of the insert. See
photo to the right.
Install Tek screw on
either side of tube
center line to prevent
contact with adjusting
bolt.

ATTENTION: Evenly space Tek screws and neo-bonded washers around
perimeter of frame to secure expanded metal top.
Tighten all frame bolts until snug. Do not
overtighten.

ATTENTION: Evenly space Tek screws and neo-bonded washers around
perimeter of frame to secure expanded metal top.
Tighten all frame bolts until
snug. Do not overtighten.
