teren Gebrauch aufzubewahren und bei
einer Weitergabe oder Veräußerung dem
Gerät beizu egen.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung.
Dieses Gerät ist bestimmt:
für den gewerb ichen Einsatz in Industrie
und Handwerk,
zum Trennen von Putz, Mauerwerk,
Zement, F iesen und Meta -Befestigungs-
bändern spezie beim A tfensterausbau,
für F iesen eger und Treppenbauer,
zum Einsatz nur mit Einsatzwerkzeugen
und Zubehör, die in dieser Bedienungsan-
eitung angegeben sind oder die von FEIN
empfoh en werden.
Sicherheitshinweise.
Verletzungsgefahr
Immer mit Zusatz-Handgriff arbeiten.
Nur Diamant-Scheibe verwenden,
deren zulässige Drehzahl mindes-
tens der Leerlaufdrehzahl des Gerä-
tes entspricht. Mit Überdrehzah
aufende Einsatzwerkzeuge können aus-
einander f iegen und Ver etzungen verur-
sachen.
Die Diamant-Scheibe vor dem Gebrauch
überprüfen. Nur unbeschädigte Diamant-
Scheibe verwenden.
Die montierte Diamant-Scheibe muss sich
frei drehen können.
Mit neuer Diamant-Scheibe einen Probe-
auf von 30 Sekunden durchführen. Nur
rund aufende Diamant-Scheibe verwen-
den.
Die Diamant-Scheibe wird beim Arbeiten
sehr heiß.

Das Gerät immer mit Schutzhaube
benutzen. Eine Schutzhaube schützt den
Benutzer vor abgebrochenen Tei en der
Diamant-Scheibe und unbeabsichtigter
Berührung des Einsatzwerkzeuges.
Nur mit vo funktionsfähigem und ange-
sch ossenem Staubsauger arbeiten. Beim
Arbeiten ohne Absaugung kann die Mon-
tagefräse innerha b kurzer Zeit funkti-
onsunfähig werden.
Vorsicht vor verdeckt iegenden e ektri-
schen Leitungen, Gas- und Wasserrohren:
Den Arbeitsbereich z. B. mit einem
Meta ortungsgerät kontro ieren.
Sch itze in tragenden Wänden unter iegen
der Norm DIN 1053 Tei 1 oder änder-
spezifischen Fest egungen. Unbedingt vor
Arbeitsbeginn den verantwort ichen Stati-
ker, Architekten oder die Bau eitung hin-
zuziehen.
Nach Absch uss der Arbeiten das Gerät
zuerst vom Werkstück abheben und dann
ausscha ten.
Personen oder brennbare Gegenstände
vor Funkenf ug schützen.
Keine Materia ien bearbeiten, bei we chen
gesundheitsgefährdende Stoffe freigesetzt
werden (z. B. Asbest).
Keine Schi der und Zeichen auf das Gerät
nieten oder schrauben. Die Schutziso ie-
rung kann dadurch unwirksam werden.

Nur unbeschädigte Stecker und Kabe
verwenden.
Sachbeschädigung
Netzspannung und Spannungsangabe am
Gerät müssen übereinstimmen.

Beim Arbeiten mit diesem Gerät fo gende
Schutzausrüstung tragen:
Schutzhandschuhe, Schutzbri e, festes
Schuhwerk, Gehörschutz, Schürze,
Staubschutzmaske (bei Bedarf).
Bedienen.
Gerät eingescha tet an das Werkstück
heranführen, Kabe nach hinten wegfüh-
ren.
Immer im Gegen auf arbeiten, damit das
Gerät nicht aus dem Schnitt springt.
Um eine optima e Staubabsaugung zu
gewähr eisten, die Montagefräse im Uhr-
zeigersinn von inks nach rechts führen.
Den Arretierungsknopf (5) nur bei still-
stehendem Gerät drücken.
Ein- und Ausschalten (1).
Verletzungsgefahr
Vor der Arbeit prüfen: Die Schutzhaube in die
vollständig geöffnete Stellung bringen und
dann loslassen. Die Schutzhaube muss selbst-
tätig in die vollständig geschlossene Stellung
zurüc ehren.
■Zuerst Kabe und Stecker auf Beschädi-
gungen prüfen.
Einscha ten:
■Scha ter (1) nach vorne schieben ( ).
Ausscha ten:
■Scha ter (1) hinten drücken (0).
Beim Einscha ten äuft der Motor nach
kurzer Verzögerung sanft an.
Wenn bei eingescha tetem Gerät die
Stromzufuhr unterbrochen oder das
Gerät in eingescha tetem Zustand einge-
steckt wird, verhindert eine Schutzscha -
tung das se bsttätige An aufen. Zur
Inbetriebnahme das Gerät kurz ausscha -
ten und wieder einscha ten.

Tiefenanschlag einstellen (3).
Verletzungsgefahr
durch unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten.
Vor dem Einstellen Stec er ziehen.
■Zum Einste en der Schnitttiefe die F ü-
ge schraube ösen, die gewünschte
Schnitttiefe einste en und die F üge -
schraube wieder festziehen.
Diamant-Scheibe wechseln (8).
Verletzungsgefahr
durch unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten.
Vor dem Wechseln Stec er ziehen.
■Ha te asche für Absaugkäfig (7) einige
Mi imeter in Richtung Gerät ziehen.
■Abdeckp atte des Absaugkäfigs nach
hinten ziehen.
■Ha te asche os assen und die Abdeck-
p atte vo ständig abnehmen.
■Arretierungsknopf (5) drücken und
gedrückt ha ten, ggf. Diamant-
Scheibe (6) eicht drehen bis sie arre-
tiert wird.
■Die 4 Befestigungsschrauben (8) ösen
und abnehmen.
■Diamant-Scheibe (6) wechse n.
■Die 4 Befestigungsschrauben (8)
festziehen, Anzugsdrehmoment
1,8–2,0 Nm.
■Abdeckp atte auf den Absaugkäfig
schieben, bis diese durch die Ha te a-
sche (7) fixiert wird.
Reinigen und flegen.
Verletzungsgefahr
durch unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten.
Vor Pflegearbeiten Stec er ziehen.
Einma pro Woche, bei häufigem
Gebrauch öfter, durchführen:
■Küh uftöffnungen reinigen.
■Motorraum von außen mit trockener
Druck uft ausb asen.

Safety instructions.
Risk of injury

Only use a diamond disc with a per-
missible speed equivalent to at least
the no-load speed of the power tool.
App ication too s running at overspeed
can f y apart and cause injuries.
Check the diamond disc before use. On y
use diamond discs that are in no way dam-
aged.
The mounted diamond disc must be ab e
to rotate free y.
Carry out a test run for approx. 30 sec-
onds when using a new diamond disc.
On y use a true-running diamond disc.
The diamond disc becomes very hot dur-
ing use.
Always use the protective guard
with the power tool. A protective
guard protects the user from any parts
breaking off the diamond disc and touch-
ing the app ication too unintentiona y.

On y work with a fu y functiona , con-
nected vacuum dust extractor. If work is
done without using the dust extractor, the
construction cutter can become unserv-
iceab e within a short time.
Beware of any concea ed e ectric cab es,
gas or water conduits; check the working
area with a meta detector, for examp e.
S its in oad-bearing wa s are subject to
the standard DIN 1053 Part 1 or country-
specific regu ations. Be abso ute y sure to
consu t the structura engineer, architect
or site supervisor responsib e before
commencing work.
After comp eting the work, first raise the
power too from the work piece and then
switch it off.
Protect persons and combustib e objects
from f ying sparks.
Do not treat any materia s that produce
any partic es that are detrimenta to hea th
(e. g. asbestos).
Do not rivet or screw any name-p ates or
signs onto the power too . The protective
insu ation can thereby be rendered inef-
fective. Adhesive abe s are recom-
mended.

Damage to property/material
The mains vo tage must correspond with
the vo tage specifications on the power
too .

When using this power too wear the
fo owing protective items:
Protective g oves, protective g asses,
sturdy shoes, ear protection, apron,
dust-mask (if required).
Handling.
Switch on the power too before contact-
ing the work piece; conduct the cab e
away to the rear.
A ways work against the direction of rota-
tion so that the power too does not jump
out of the cut.
In order to guarantee optimum dust
extraction, guide the construction cutter
in a c ockwise direction from eft to right.
Only press the locking button (5) when the
machine is at a standstill.
Switching ON/OFF (1).
Risk of injury
Chec before commencing wor : Lift the pro-
tective guard to the fully open position and
then let it go. The protective guard should au-
tomatically return to its fully closed position.
■First check that the cab e and p ug are
not damaged.
Switching the power too ON:
■S ide switch (1) forwards ( ).
Switching the power too OFF:
■Press the switch (1) down at the
back (0).
When switching on, the motor starts run-
ning gent y after a short de ay.
If the power supp y is interrupted whi e
the power too is switched on, or the
power too is p ugged in when it is in
switched-on mode, a residua current
protective device prevents it from starting
to run automatica y. To put the power
too into operation, brief y switch it off
and on again.

Setting the stop (3).

Before adjusting, pull out the mains plug.
■For setting the cutting depth, unscrew
the wing bo t, set the desired cutting
depth and tighten the wing bo t again.
Changing the diamond disc (8).

Before changing the tool, pull out the mains
plug.
■Pu the so e-p ate for fixing the suction
cage (7) a few mi imeters towards the
power too .
■Pu the cover p ate of the extractor
cage towards the back.
■Let go of the so e-p ate and comp ete y
remove the cover p ate.
■Press the ocking button (5) and keep it
pressed, if necessary turning the dia-
mond disc (6) s ight y unti it ocks.
■Unscrew the 4 fixation screws (8) and
remove.
■Change the diamond disc (6).
■Tighten the 4 fixation screws (8),
tightening torque 1.8–2.0 Nm.
■Push the cover p ate onto the extractor
cage unti the so e-p ate (7) firm y ocks
it.
Cleaning and care.
Risk of injury
by switching the tool ON unintentionally.
Before cleaning, pull out the mains plug.
Carry out the fo owing once a week, or
more often if the power too is used more
frequent y:
■C ean the venting openings.
■B ow out the motor space from outside
with dry compressed air.

ried out by electrical engineers in conformity
with the regulations valid in the respective

Consignes de sécurité.
Risques de blessures
Toujours travai er avec a poignée supp é-
mentaire.
N’utiliser que des meules diaman-
tées dont la vitesse de rotation
admissible est au moins égale à la
vitesse de rotation en marche à vide
de l’appareil. Les outi s tournant à une
vitesse de rotation excessive risquent de
se désagréger et de causer ainsi des b es-
sures.
Contrô er a meu e diamantée avant de
’uti iser. N’uti iser que des meu es dia-
mantées en parfait état.
Une fois a meu e diamantée montée,
ce e-ci doit pouvoir tourner ibrement.
En cas de meu e diamantée neuve, effec-
tuer un essai en aissant tourner ’apparei
pendant au moins 30 secondes. N’uti iser
que des meu es diamantées qui tournent
parfaitement rond.
La meu e diamantée chauffe énormément
durant e travai .
Toujours utiliser l’appareil avec le
capot de protection. Un capot de pro-
tection protège ’uti isateur contre des
parties de meu es diamantées qui se casse-
raient et contre un contact accidente avec
’outi .
Ne travai er qu’avec un aspirateur rac-
cordé fonctionnant parfaitement.
Lorsqu’on travai e sans aspiration des
poussières, ’apparei risque de tomber
rapidement en panne.
Faire attention aux conducteurs é ectri-
ques, conduites de gaz et d’eau pouvant
être cachés : contrô er ’endroit de travai
à ’aide d’un détecteur de métaux par
exemp e.
Les fentes dans es murs portants sont
soumises à a norme DIN 1053 Partie 1
ou aux directives spécifiques à un pays.

Utilisation.
Approcher ’apparei en marche de a
pièce à travai er, maintenir e câb e en
dehors de a zone de travai .
Toujours travai er en sens opposé afin
que ’apparei ne sorte pas du tracé.
Afin d’assurer une aspiration des poussiè-
res optima e, guider ’apparei de gauche à
droite dans e sens des aigui es d’une
montre.
N’appuyer sur le bouton de blocage (5) qu’à
l’arrêt total de l’appareil.
Mise en marche et arrêt (1).
Risques de blessures
Contrôler avant le travail : Mettre le capot de
protection dans la position complètement
ouverte, puis le lâcher. Le capot de protection
doit retourner automatiquement dans la po-
sition complètement fermée.
■Vérifier d’abord que e câb e d’a imen-
tation et a fiche sont en parfait état.
Mise en marche :
■Pousser vers ’avant ’interrupteur
Marche/Arrêt (1) ( ).
Arrêt :
■Appuyer sur a partie arrière (0) de
’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt (1).
Une fois mis en marche, e moteur
démarre en douceur après un court retar-
dement.
Lorsque ’a imentation en courant é ectri-
que est interrompue a ors que ’apparei
est en position de marche, ou que ’appa-
rei est branché sur e réseau en étant en
position de marche, un dispositif de rup-
ture de protection empêche e redémar-
rage automatique. Pour mettre ’apparei
en fonctionnement, arrêter brièvement
’apparei et e remettre en marche.

■Tirer vers ’arrière e couverc e de a
boîte d’aspiration.
■Re âcher a fixation et en ever comp è-
tement e couverc e.
■Appuyer e bouton de b ocage (5) et e
maintenir dans cette position, e cas
échéant, tourner égèrement a meu e
diamantée (6) jusqu’à ce qu’e e soit
b oquée.
■Desserrer es quatre vis de fixation (8)
et es en ever.
■Changer a meu e diamantée (6).
■Serrer es quatre vis de fixation (8),
coup e de serrage 1,8–2,0 Nm.
■Pousser e couverc e sur a boîte d’aspi-
ration jusqu’à ce que ce ui-ci soit b o-
qué dans a fixation (7).

Prima di uti izzar o, contro are o stato
de disco diamantato. Uti izzare esc usiva-
mente dischi diamantati in perfetto stato.
I disco diamantato montato deve poter
ruotare iberamente.
In caso di uti izzo di un nuovo disco dia-
mantato, eseguire una prova de a durata
di 30 secondi. Uti izzare esc usivamente
dischi diamantati coassia i.
I disco diamantato tende a sca darsi mo to
durante a avorazione.
Utilizzare la macchina sempre con
la cuffia di protezione. Una cuffia di
protezione protegge ’operatore da pezzi
rotti de disco diamantato ed impedisce
che ’utensi e ad innesto possa essere toc-
cato invo ontariamente.
Operare esc usivamente con un aspiratore
che sia perfettamente funzionante e co e-
gato. Ne caso in cui si avori senza aspira-
zione è possibi e che a fresatrice per
edi izia possa danneggiarsi ne giro di
breve tempo.
Attenzione a inee e ettriche nascoste ed a
tubazioni de gas e de ’acqua non visibi i:

Uso.
Avvicinare a macchina a pezzo in avora-

Lavorare sempre in senso opposto a a
rotazione in modo che a macchina non

Per poter garantire un’ottima e aspira-
zione po vere, uti izzare a fresatrice per
edi izia spingendo in senso orario da sini-
stra verso destra.

vamente quando la macchina si trova in

Avviare ed arrestare la
macchina (1).

Prima di iniziare a lavorare controllare: Met-
tere la cuffia di protezione alla massima po-
sizione aperta e poi rilasciarla. La cuffia di
protezione deve tornare autonomamente alla
posizione di chiusura completa.
■Prima de ’avviamento contro are
’integrità de cavo e de a spina.
Avvio:
■Spingere ’interruttore (1) in avanti ( ).
Arresto:
■Premere ’interruttore (1) su a parte
posteriore (0).
Durante a fase de a messa in esercizio, i
motore si mette in moto entamente dopo
un breve ritardo.
Quando si verifica un’interruzione de ’a i-
mentazione de a corrente mentre a mac-
china è in funzione oppure quando si
inserisce a spina ne a presa de a corrente
a macchina accesa, un interruttore auto-
matico impedisce che a macchina possa
avviarsi incontro atamente. Per mettere
in esercizio a macchina, spegner a breve-
mente e riaccender a di nuovo.
Regolare la battuta di profondità (3).

prima di procedere alla regolazione.

Estrarre la spina dalla presa di corrente
prima di sostituire l’utensile.
■Tirare i giunto di tenuta de a cuffia di
aspirazione (7) a cuni mi imetri in dire-
zione de a macchina.
■Tirare a ’indietro a piastra di copertura
de a cuffia di aspirazione.
■Ri asciare i giunto di tenuta e rimuo-
vere comp etamente a piastra di coper-
tura.
■Premere i pu sante di arresto (5) e
tener o premuto. Se i caso, ruotare
eggermente i disco diamantato (6)
fino a b occar o.
■A entare e 4 viti di fissaggio (8) e
tog ier e.
■Sostituire i disco diamantato (6).
■Stringere sa damente e 4 viti di
fissaggio (8), momento di coppia
1,8–2,0 Nm.
■Spingere a piastra di copertura su a
cuffia di aspirazione fino a quando a
stessa viene fissata tramite i giunto di
tenuta (7).
