Bestimmungsgemäß dient der Mitnehmer FKP als Verbindungselement zwi-
schen dem Mitnehmer (A) des Antriebes DGP und der zu bewegenden Last.
2. Montage
2a. Mitnehmer FKP-18

•Positionieren Sie den Bol-
zen 3mittig in der Bohrung
des Mitnehmers (A).

•Schieben Sie einen Siche-
rungsring 4in die Nut (B)
auf jede Seite des Bol-
zens 3.

•Schieben Sie ein Gleit-
stück 2auf jede Seite des
Bolzens 3.

•Drücken Sie das
Mitnehmerprofil 1in die
Nuten der Gleitstücke 2.

•Demontieren Sie den Mit-
nehmer (A) des Antriebs DGP
wie folgt:
–Drehen Sie die Schrauben (C)
heraus.
–Ziehen Sie das Zwischen-
stück (D), die Druckfe-
dern (E) und die Abstrei-
fer (F) vom Mitnehmer (A) ab.

•Positionieren Sie den Bol-
zen 3mittig und mit der
Kerbe nach oben in der Boh-
rung des Mitnehmers (A).

•Schieben Sie ein Gleit-
stück 2auf jede Seite des
Bolzens 3.

•Stecken Sie die Abstreifer (F)
auf beide Seiten des Mit-
nehmers (A).
•Positionieren Sie die Druck-
federn (E) in den Abstrei-
fern (F).
•Stecken Sie das Zwischen-
stück (D) auf die Druck-
federn (E) und den Abstrei-
fer (F).
•Drehen Sie die Schrauben (C)
fest. Halten Sie das zulässige
Anziehdrehmoment MAein.

•Drücken Sie das
Mitnehmerprofil 1in die
Nuten der Gleitstücke 2.

•Positionieren Sie den Bol-
zen 3mittig und wie in der
Abbildung dargestellt, in der
Bohrung des Mitneh-
mers (A).

•Schieben Sie ein Gleit-
stück 2auf jede Seite des
Bolzens 3.
•Drücken Sie die Hülse (G) in
die Bohrung.
•Drehen Sie die Schraube (H)
fest. Halten Sie das zulässige
Anziehdrehmoment ein.

•Drücken Sie das
Mitnehmerprofil 1in die
Nuten der Gleitstücke 2.

The moment compensator FKP is intended to be used as a connecting piece
between the moment compensator (A) of the drive DGP and the load to be
moved.
2. Assembly

•Centre the pin 3in the hole
of the moment compensa-
tor (A).

•Push a retaining ring 4into
the groove (B) on each side
of the pin 3.

•Push a slip piece 2onto
each side of the pin 3.

•Press the moment compen-
sator profile 1into the
grooves of the slip pieces 2.

•Remove the moment com-
p
ensator (A) of the drive DGP
as follows:
–Unscrew the screws (C).
–Pull the adapter (D), com-
pression springs (E) and
scrapers (F) off the moment
compensator (A).

•Centre the pin 3with the
notch upwards in the hole of
the moment compensa-
tor (A).

•Push a slip piece 2onto
each side of the pin 3.

•Put the scrapers (F) onto
both sides of the moment
compensator (A).
•Position the compression
springs (E) in the scrap-
ers (F).
•Put the adapter (D) on the
compression springs (E) and
the scraper (F).
•Tighten the screws (C). Ob-
serve the permitted tighten-
ing torque MA.

sator profile 1into the
grooves of the slip pieces 2.

in the figure in the hole of
the moment compensa-
tor (A).

•Push a slip piece 2onto
each side of the pin 3.
•Press the sleeve (G) into the
hole.
•Tighten the screw (H). Ob-
serve the permitted tighten-
ing torque.

sator profile 1into the
grooves of the slip pieces 2.
