from Festo. Thepneumatic interfaces and I/Omodules are
only tobeused as follows:

cal isolation of theoperating voltageas per IEC/DIN
EN60204−1.
By theuse of PELV power units, protection against electric
shock (protection against direct and indirect contact) is
guaranteed in accordance with IEC/DIN EN 60204−1
(electrical equipment of machines, general requirements).
