3Beschreibung
Der MPS®Wagen für Industrieroboter mit Lenkrollen erleichtert die Projektarbeit, da MPS®Stationen mit
Industrieroboter zusammen mit Bedienpult, Robotersteuerung und Teachbox problemlos im Schulungsraum
platziert werden können. Auch die Kombination von mehreren Stationen zu einer Anlage ist schnell und
einfach möglich.

Der Wagen ist in robuster Bauweise aus verschweißten Blechen ausgeführt. Alle Oberflächen sind lackiert.
Durchgänge in den Seitenwänden und dem Boden sorgen für eine geordnete Schlauch- und Kabelführung.
Die vier Lenkrollen sind an der Unterseite des Wagens versetzt montiert, damit auch bei verbundenen
Wagen kein verhaken der Lenkrollen auftreten kann. Zwei Lenkrollen sind mit einer Feststellbremse
ausgestattet. Die Grifföffnungen an den Seitenwänden sind mit einem Kantenschutz versehen.

Auf der einen Seite des MPS®Wagens besteht die Montagemöglichkeit für das Bedienpult. Das
Montageboard für die elektrischen Anschlüsse und das SPS-Rack finden auf beiden Seiten im Wagen Platz.
Mit den Profilen für eine DIN-A4-Aufnahme können weitere EduTrainer®am Wagen verbaut werden. Optional
anbaubare Türen schützen die Geräte im Innenbereich.
Am
MPS®Wagen für Industrieroboter (Bestell-Nr. 8106688) kann keine
Höhenverstellung der Profilplatte
montiert werden.

®station mounted on an MPS®trolley can result in a
hazardous contact voltage.
Ground the trolley by connecting it to a grounding conductor.
CAUTION

To move the trolley, always place your hands in the grip openi

protection, located on the sides of the trolley.

Transportation lock
The parking brakes on the swivel casters of the MPS
®trolley are not designed as
transportation locks!
When transporting the MPS
®trolley as freight, use belts to secure it.
