IMPORTANT! Before assembly or each use, inspect this
product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or
sharp edges. DO NOT use if any parts are missing or broken.
Contact Mattel for replacement parts and instructions
if needed. Never substitute parts.
• Insert the plugs on the ends of the mobile hangers into the
sockets in the mobile.
• Rotate the mobile up and over the motor assembly.
Hint: This may require some force.

Assembly
• Place the frame on a flat surface.
Hint: For easier assembly, do not lock the frame in the use
position (by pushing down on the hub).You will do this in
step 6.
• While pressing the button on the end of a lower leg, fit it into
the end of a curved tube on the frame. Continue to push the
lower leg until the button "snaps" into the hole in the
curved tube.
Hint: There is a left and right lower leg. If the button on a
lower leg does not "snap" into the hole on a curved tube,
try inserting it into the other curved tube.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other lower leg.
• Position the motor assembly so that the mobile is over the
lower legs. Fit the motor assembly tubes into the frame
assembly tubes.
Hint: You may need the help of another adult.

• Wrap the ends of the fabric panel around the frame tubes.
• Fasten the button holes on the bottom of the fabric panel to
the buttons on the frame assembly.

• Push down on the hub to lock the frame assembly.

• Position the seat back tube so that it bends backward.
• Fit the ends of the seat back tube into the seat bottom tubes.
• Push the seat back tube into the tubes until you hear a "click"
on each side.
• Pull up on the seat back tube to be sure it is secure.

• At an angle, fit the peg on one end of the tray into the seat
bottom hinge.
• Then, push to "snap" the other tray peg into the seat
bottom hinge.

• Fit the upper pocket on the back of the pad over the seat
back tube.
• Fit the waist restraint straps on the seat bottom up through
the slots in the pad.

• Turn the seat over and fit the elastic loops to the pegs.

• Fit the pad clips around the edge of the seat bottom.

• Turn the seat face down.
• Fit the frame tube connector to the pegs on the seat bottom.
Hint: You may need to turn the seat tube to fit it to the pegs
on the seat bottom.
• Insert four #8 x 1,9 cm screws into the seat tube and tighten
with a Phillips screwdriver.

• Turn the frame assembly on its side.
• Fit the end of the frame tube between the fabric panel and
the frame hub.
• Slide the frame tube into the motor assembly tube.

• First, fit an M5 lock nut into a hole in the motor assembly tube.
• Next, insert an M5 x 3,2 cm bolt through the opposite hole in
the motor assembly tube.
• While holding the lock nut in place, tighten the bolt with the
Allen wrench.
• Turn the assembly upright.

• Fit the strings on each toy into the slot in each mobile hanger.
• Pull the toy down to be sure it is secure.

“D” (LR20)
• Loosen the screws in the battery compartment door
with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the battery
compartment door.
• Insert four “D” (LR20) alkaline batteries into the
battery compartment.
• Replace the battery compartment door and tighten
the screws.
Note: Low battery power may cause product movement to
slow, sound to become faint or product to turn off all together.
If this should happen, replace the batteries with four alkaline
"D" (LR20) batteries.
Hint: We recommend using alkaline batteries for
longer battery life.
Battery Safety Information
In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids
that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your
product. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different
types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable
(nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.Always
remove exhausted batteries from the product. Dispose of
batteries safely. Do not dispose of product in a fire.The
batteries inside may explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type
as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the product
before charging.
• If removeable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to
be charged under adult supervision.
Battery Installation
• Protect the environment by not disposing of this
product with household waste (2002/96/EC). Check
your local authority for recycling advice and facilities
(Europe only).

• Open the frame. Push down on the hub to lock the frame.

Securing Your Child
• For your convenience, lift the mobile arm to move the mobile
out of the way.
• Lift the edge of the tray tab and lift the tray.
• Place your child in the seat. Position the crotch pad between
your child’s legs.
• Fasten the waist belts to the crotch pad. Make sure you hear a
“click” on both sides.
• Check to be sure the restraint system is securely attached by
pulling it away from your child.The restraint system should
remain attached.

• Feed the anchored end of the waist belt up through the buckle
to form a loop . Pull the free end of the waist belt .
To Loosen
•Feed the free end of the waist belt up through the buckle to
form a loop . Enlarge the loop by pulling on the end of the
loop toward the buckle. Pull the anchored end of the waist
belt to shorten the free end of the waist belt .

• To open the tray, lift the edge of the tray tab and lift the tray.

Seat Position
• Press the buttons on each side of the seat. Lift or lower the
seat back to upright or recline.

• Turn the seat until it locks into place to select a
swinging direction.
