Please carefully follow the instructions in assembly step 1 to remove them.

Warning and Caution
• Direct adult supervision required.
• Never use near steps, sloped driveways,
hills, roadways, alleys, swimming pools or
other bodies of water.
• Always wear shoes.
• Never allow more than one rider.
WARNING
This product contains small parts in
its unassembled state.
Adult assembly is required.
CAUTION
• Turn the frame upside down on a flat surface.
• Remove the front axles from the holes in the rear of the
frame. Set the front axles aside.
• Locate the rear and grill axles stored inside the frame.
• Remove the tape holding the grill axle to the rear axle.
Set the grill axle aside.
• Loosen and remove the screw holding the rear axle in
place. Remove the washer and the rear axle. Set the
rear axle aside.
• Properly dispose of the tape, screw and washer.
They are not needed for assembly.

Assembly
• Fit a large washer onto the end of the rear axle.
• Slide a long bushing, long side first, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a wheel, X marking in, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a round bushing, ring side first, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a wheel, X marking up, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a long bushing, ring end first, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a large washer onto the rear axle.
• Slide the rear axle through the six holes/slots in the rear
end of the frame.

• Place a cap nut on a flat surface, inside up.
• Fit the end of the rear axle into the cap nut.
• Tap the opposite end of the rear axle with a hammer to
secure the cap nut to the rear axle. Pull on the cap nut to
be sure it is secure.

Assembly
• Fit a round bushing, barrel side first, onto the rear axle.
• Fit a cap nut onto the end of the rear axle and tap the cap
nut with a hammer.
• Pull on the rear wheel to be sure the cap nut is secure.
Hint: You may want the help of another adult to support the
rear axle while you tap the cap nut with the hammer

• Fit a round bushing, barrel side down, onto the end of the
left front axle, as shown.
• Fit a cap nut onto the end of the left front axle and tap the
cap nut with a hammer.
• Pull on the wheel to be sure the cap nut is secure.
Note: The front axles are NOT interchangeable and are marked
A (right) and B (left).
• Identify the left front axle B.
• Fit a large washer onto the short leg of left front axle B.
• Fit a round bushing, ring side down, onto the short leg of
the front axle B.
• Fit a wheel, X marking down, on the short leg of
front axle B.

• Turn the frame upright.
• Lift the front end of the frame to locate the A and B mark-
ing.The right front axle inserts into the hole marked A and
the left front axle inserts into the hole marked B.
• Slide a large washer onto the left front axle B.
• Insert the left front axle B up into the frame hole marked B.

• Fit the grill between the tabs on the front of the frame.
• Insert the grill axle through the hole in the frame tab,
through the grill and out through the hole in the other
frame tab.

• Place a cap nut on the end of the left front axle B.Tap the
cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the end of
the left front axle B.
• Repeat steps 7 - 10 to assemble the right front axle A,
washers, bushings, wheel, and cap nuts to the right side
of the frame.
• Position the grill upside down on a flat surface.
• Fit the grill cover to the grill.
• Insert two #8 x 3/4" screws through the grill cover and into
the grill.Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.

Assembly
• Place a cap nut on the end of the grill axle.Tap the cap
nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the end of
the grill axle.
• Pull on the cap nut to be sure it is secure on the grill axle.
• Fit the door peg into the hole in the frame.
• Turn the dashboard face down.
• Fit the steering wheel retainer to the dashboard.
• Insert two #8 x 3/4" screws through the steering wheel
retainer and into the dashboard.Tighten the screws with
a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• Fit the dashboard onto the top of the frame.
• Make sure the hinge on the top side of the door is captured
by the dashboard.
• Insert six #8 x 3/4" screws through the dashboard and into
the frame.Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.

Assembly
• Insert and "snap" the shifter into the hole in the dash-
board, as shown.
• Fit the steering wheel into the hole in the dashboard,
as shown.
• Fit the small washer onto the peg inside the steering wheel.
• Insert a #10 x 1" screw into the steering wheel peg and
tighten with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

• Place the sound box, speaker side down, into the center of
the steering wheel.

• Fit the tab at the top of the steering wheel cover under the
top edge of the steering wheel.
• Press near the bottom of the steering wheel cover to
“snap” it into the steering wheel.
Hint: When it’s time to change the batteries in the sound box,
use a slotted screwdriver to press the bottom tab and then lift
the steering wheel cover.
• Loosen the screw in the sound box battery compart-
ment door using a Phillips screwdriver. Open the battery
compartment.
• Insert three “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries in the sound
box as indicated in the battery compartment.
• Close the battery compartment door and tighten the
screw using a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
(For longest life, use only alkaline batteries.)
Battery Tips
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard
(carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Remove the batteries during long periods of non-use.
Always remove exhausted batteries from the sound box.
Battery leakage and corrosion can damage the vehicle.
• Never short circuit the battery terminals.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recom-
mended in these instructions are to be used.
• If removable rechargeable batteries are used, they are
only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the
sound box before they are charged.
• If you use a battery charger, it should be examined regu-
larly for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other
parts. Do not use a damaged battery charger until it has
been properly repaired.
• When sound from the vehicle becomes faint, or if the
sound stops working, it’s time to replace the batteries.
• Dispose of batteries safely.

Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best.
• Wash your hands before applying the labels.
• Make sure the areas where the labels will be applied are clean and dry. Wipe this toy with a clean, soft, dry cloth to remove
any dust or oils.
• For best results, do not attempt to apply a label more than once.
